Very cute and cozy, very clean, modern, didn’t get sketched out once, probably one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at. The only thing I was disappointed about was the comforter normally hotels have big chunky thick ones and I was sad to see it was only a skimpy thin one. Other then that 100% loved it.

Really enjoyed staying there. Very nice front desk staff. It was busy all week. Nice breakfast and the food service staff supplying and restocking were very nice and kept up with the needs of guests. Great place to stay for a business or pleasure travel. Convenient to visit minuteman national park, Louisa May Alcott Home, concord museum. Less than 30 mins to Boston.

Room was great. Beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was fine nothing good or bad. Tight security with parking pass that had to be paid separately then the room and key cards to acess the floors of the rooms . Comfortable and clean accommodations and friendly helpful staff. Also liked that the heat /cooling unit was not loud like many i have experienced in the past

The initial customer service agent was welcoming, the room was nice, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The pull-out couch was not very comfortable, and all the bedding for it wasn't in the room. I called the front desk to ask about it, and they said I had to go down to pick it up. A little strange because normally this would be available in the room. Also there were not enough towels in the bathroom. The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly when I saw one, but the tables were not clean and I didn't see anyone again I could ask about it.

Not good at all I booked my stay from 13-Jul. Reached hotel at 8am 14-Jul and room wasn't ready. After waiting for 2hr at the reception got into the room . Eventually was charged for parking on 13-Jul (when I was never there on that day). On telling hotel staff, didnt get fixed. Still didnt get a refund. I was charged extra $800 on checking out. Had to raise a credit card dispute fir this charge. Dodgy hotel for sure.

My third extended stay at this location in 2024 (stayed at residence Inn in both Watertown and Nashua as well). Cannot imagine I would be returning to the Waltham location. It’s a newer building but wildly overpriced for the area and not at all a good value. Being charged daily parking for an ordinary lot in an industrial park all the way out by 95 is beyond ridiculous. Having to scan your room card every time you enter the elevator is also a bad idea. Are you suggesting your hotel out in the middle of nowhere is unsafe? Finally, if you are going to promote the kitchenette in your hotel rooms, you have to provide the needed supplies for people to use it. I’ve never had a hotel room in which the nonstick pans weren’t beyond ruined. This time there was no dishwashing liquid, dishwasher soap, sponge, or coffee (decal only). Too many other hotels in the area that provide as good an experience at a much greater value.

Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was great. Service was another story. We stayed for a week and had to go ask for cleans towels several times. Also had to ask for toilet paper. I specifically asked to have our room cleaned halfway through our trip since our room had not been cleaned at all. The room did not get cleaned until the day before we checked out.

Exceptionally clean hotel, looks very new. The bed linens, mattress, and pillows were clean and brand new. The furniture (i.e., sofa, chairs, and office tables) and kitchen ware (i.e., plates, utensils, cups, etc.) were clean and ready for our use. The bathroom was spotless as was the refrigerator. We highly recommend this hotel.

It was a 4.5 star stay. Clean hotel with modern room design, large suite. First time in a US hotel I could open one window just a bit with a safety mechanism-and I loved that fresh air. Room service every 2-3 days only. Parking is paid. Breakfast was basic but okay. The price of the stay was reasonable for the area-and we would return in the future. Overall we were happy. Special thanks to the front desk staff for receiving our packages.

The stay was ok, the only thing I would complain about is having to walk out to the car after checking in to put a slip on the dashboard of the car. After a long night of traveling the last thing someone wants to do is walk back to their car.

There was rust on the shampoo and conditioner bottles, stains on the chair, and the room was supposed to have a full kitchen but just had a microwave and mini fridge I was only here for one night so the kitchen wasn’t a big deal for me
