Value for money with good seaview. Close to KTX and tube station. The bath room set up is not good and floor is easily flooded. Breakfast is not included by Hotel.com and cost extra 22000won. Not too bad but no change for two days.

Great property so close to transportation, dining and shopping. Loved the room set up that separated the 2 rooms. Definitely stay here again when in Busan.

The reception desk is at level 3, you will be a little lost if you do not enter the property via the front door or missed the directional signs. Check in was a breeze and the staff who handled us explained everything in English. The room was slightly bigger than expected. Loved the seaview especially during night time. Liked the idea of having the vanity sink outside the bathroom and it was really easy for us to get ready in the morning. The hotel is located just next to the KTX and Subway stations. There's many eateries within walking distance. You can easily grab cup noodles from the convenient store nearby if you came back after the shops are closed. The only downside is that the pillows are too soft, not very comfortable for side sleepers,

Excellent hotel location which is located beside the KTX Busan station and metro station. Front desk staff are well trained in providing service with flexibility. However, the room air-conditioning is not worked adequately. Despite I set the room temperature at 20 degree, the room temperature kept at 29 degree during the 1st night stay.

Excellent value hotel right next to Busan railway station. I arrived on the ferry from Fukuoka and this was an ideal place to get to. Whilst the main station area is fairly quiet, the subway is right next to the hotel and the old town and Nampo areas are a very short hop away. Room was a good size, well fitted. Service was as attentive and quick. If I have a couple of minor complaints, the AC unit, if switched on, shone a bright white light into the room which is very annoying. Also the bathroom was pretty basic. But at this price you could have a lot worse so overall five stars.

I liked the hotel's location. I didn't have to take a taxi because it's directly across from the train station. Dinning was also very convenient without having to travel far. I had a good experience staying in this hotel.

Best location you can ever get: 1 min walk to Busan station, just few metro stops away from main shopping area, seafood market and also international terminal Best view: even i have stayed in a room with partial seaview, the view is super nice and wide. Good size: though the room is not big, its enough to open two big luggages and even with sofa. Hospitality: staff can speak good English amd nice

Easy to get to from KTX train from Seoul (literally across the street. Easy access to subway/taxis and tour pick up from Busan station was great too. Overall convenient central location to see Busan points of interest Highlights: The housekeepers were quick and attentive and the Korean/western breakfast buffet was excellent (great coffee). Highly recommend going to the restaurant in the evening for the spectacular view of Busan cityscape in lights as well as for excellent margaritas. Cons: reviews cautioned against going into Chinatown or to Texas street so limited restaurants and shopping nearby. Hotel room was comfortable but small.

Headline covers the good parts. On check in the first thing the desk says is we can't give you free toothpaste you have to pay even though I never asked. Was given a list of things that weren't free. The toothpaste would have been cheaper in the convenience store on the ground floor. Asked to check out at 12 instead of 11 and was told the cost. They didn't even pretend at customer service, just how much they could get from you. Worst hotel I've stayed at in Korea.

Everything was top notch. Felt safe and luxurious. Nice bed. No make-up mirror or light at standing mirror. But these are minor issues. Gym was clean and had good assortment of equipment. Could do with a better aircon, because it was very hot in there. And why no changing rooms, shower or toilet at the gym? Also lighter weights like 1 a 2 kg is little investment, but all the comfort for women.

This was my second stay here, visiting that area with my aunt; it was wonderful once again as it is convenient located next to the KTX Station, exiting from Exit 5, the hotel staff are warm and friendly, the room was cool (and the temperature can be adjusted directly in the room), clean, and tidy, and there is a Starbucks right downstairs. Please note that single-use products (toothbrush/toothpaste/wash cloth) are not provided so I bought my own at the convenience store there. I intend to stay there when I visit there again in the fall/winter.

This is 2.5 stars hotel max. carpet of the hallway and room are dirty and have strong mold smell. The 1st room's smell was so strong that caused headache. I requested room change. 2nd room's smell was lighter. The room was humid but no dehumidifier. AC didn't work . It's more like fan then AC. Shower water force was weak. Mold on shower tiles and stains on the door. Housekeeping only reload tower and water. They didn't clean shower or counter at all.

Traveled with family and stayed here in Asti Hotel for 4nights. Hotel was conveniently located besides Busan station. Great food options all-around within 2-5mins walking distance. Bus and taxis are very much accessible. Rooms are well maintained. Excellent staffs - very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Busan.

The hotel is i a great area, right next to Busan Station, my tour bus pickup locaton. The hotel is clean, staff is very helpful and there is a convenience store on ground floor. It is the perfect location for everything.

Hotel is very conveniently located in between the train station and the subway station. 10 minute walk to either station. Room was comfortable and quiet, breakfast was good, great view to the harbor (in our case), we arrived 2 hours before the 3PM check in, so the front desk graciously checked our luggage in the meantime, until we came back later to check in to the hotel. Easy to get around the public transportation from the hotel. We will again choose this hotel if we come back to Busan.
