Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at Suite Resort, but it turned out to be nothing like the name or the photos promised. Instead of a hotel, it was more like an apartment, and even people outside were asking if it was a hotel. The room was in one of the apartments, and it was difficult to contact the owner. The issues in the room were as follows: • The bathroom and sink were dirty, and the drains were clogged. • The corners of the bathroom were moldy. • Instead of a coffee maker, there was only a broken kettle. • There was an uncleaned, plastic ashtray. • The room was small and impractical. • The breakfast and coffee offered were not up to the promised standards. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I do not recommend this place at all.

It is a B&B, not a hotel. To access it, you have to climb a staircase with your luggage. Then you can take an elevator to the next floor where the B&B is located. The room is very clean, but it is a bit noisy because it faces the street. The staff is very friendly.

Quiet and simple for a few nights stay in Sorrento. Situated just outside of busy tourist spot, easy access to train station. Highly recommended for couple.

The hotel may not have stunning views overlooking the sea but it is in a very convenient location. The train station, the main square and the port are all within a 15 minute walk. The neighborhy is clean and pretty quiet, especially after 7 pm. The high traffic tourist area is about 2 blocks away, so you're far enough away to have some solitude but close enough to get to where everything is. The cleanliness of the hotel is astounding, 10 out of 10, and the staff is pleasant and welcoming. Would definitely recommend

We booked this hotel on the morning of our stay because our ferry had been cancelled so we needed an emergency hotel.The lady who greeted us, cleaned the room and served breakfast was just so friendly (sorry-I sadly do not remember her name!). She called the ferry company for us to check when they might be running again and was flexible with letting us leave our bags, putting them in our room for us when we had finished exploring Sorrento. The hotel is in a great location a short walk from the centre of Sorrento and the ferry port. It was clean and the breakfast was brilliant-a wide selection brought to your room, with more available if you wanted. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Clean and comfortable.

Stayed here for one night and had a wonderful experience. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room had a nice balcony and was very clean. Breakfast was presented to my door in the morning on a tray. And there was extra bites in the hallway. Worth the stay!

We had a tight itinerary for the three nights we spent there. Rosaria was lovely and welcoming. She made sure she left a small breakfast and juices in the refrigerator for us since we had early excursions before she made breakfast. Finally on our last morning we were able to enjoy breakfast on the balcony. They recently updated the shower, and plenty of room to hang up clothes. Location was great, most points of interest was walkable. Just know you have to check in by 3:30!

The building was dark, the front door into the building was left unlocked by the other tenants and the elevator was difficult to operate. Also, after 3:30, no one is at the office at ResArt Suites. Because I travel alone, for safety reasons, I like to book places that have a help desk 24/7.

We booked this property very last minute during our trip to Sorrento, and we are so incredibly glad we did! The owners were extremely flexible with the last minute check in, and the hotel staff were amazing and friendly. The hotel is very well located, only minutes from the main train station and near a lot of bars and restaurants. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and stylish. It was very good value for the money paid. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Sorrento!

We had such a wonderful stay here! Breakfast is served in the room making it feel like a cozy bed and breakfast and the location is quiet but walkable to places. The staff was friendly and very responsive.
