It had great location. However, the place was unclean. The bathroom was dirtier than a public restroom. Definitely, gross at many levels.

This hotel sucks! They clean the rooms every three days, you can hear everything from other rooms because the drywalls are so thin. The patio floaded when it rained and the sewer smelled. Some of the rooms do not have windows or fans, nor air-conditioning. The heat was suffocating! There are roaches and no costumer service at nights and often during the day. The courtyard is so uninviting and hot because it does have a single tree and the few plants are as dried as the Arizona desert. The whole hotel looks built out off onstruction codes. Some of the restroom are so reduced in space that one is so near the smelly trash can.

We arrived at the hotel at 7 pm and were greeted by a staff member. Initially, the room appeared acceptable, but upon closer inspection, several issues became apparent.
Firstly, there were no towels provided. When we requested items for the room, such as toilet paper, the response time was extremely slow, and we never received the toilet paper we asked for.
The room features a glass wall with curtains, which caused it to overheat during the day. There was no air conditioning, no fan, and no mosquito net, making it very uncomfortable. When we opened the windows to cool the room, mosquitoes swarmed in.
Overall, the property is old and poorly maintained. It is in dire need of investment and upkeep to meet basic hospitality standards.

First arrive, no towels in the bathroom. The shower, either cold water or hot water will come out and could not be adjusted. Reported the issue and Maintenance was call twice but did not fix the problem. There was no air condition on any of the hotel rooms as posted in their website. My room was hot and the receptionist provided a fan

Reception personal was not available at all, we were missing towels and nobody answered the phone, whatsapp, nor was present at the front desk.
We were unable to take a shower or even speak to a person.
Nobody was at the front desk nor answered when we tried to check-out, we had to leave the keys on the desk.
It was awful.

Wouldn't recommend this hotel
It was a bit rundown but that's what you get when trying to save a few bucks.

I was trying to sleep, and I couldn't. Noise everywhere. people talking in the patio next to my bedroom all night. The hallway light that allows people to use the shared bathrooms was next to the window, and the light kept coming on an off. I didn't sleep well.

The room needs to be updated. The price is high for the hotel facilities

Room smelled moldy.
Was unable to fall back asleep once the cigarette smoke from outside reached the room.

Awful, everything is old and not taken care of. You get one towel and one
toilet roll. Besides there is hardly someone to talk to if one needs anything.

It’s a nice place, but the bathroom had a lot of filtrations. No fridge, no microwave oven, no AC, no drinking water. Fair for the price. Location is excellent and staff are friendly. Breakfast is available but not included.

Great location but poor conditions of the hotel, ugly bathroom and staff did not respond on timely manner to request like towels and toilet paper, also if is a hotel, the standard is a daily cleaning but did not happen

No servían las puertas del baño ni el foco y es muy incómodo, sin tapetes en el piso no tenía portarrollo. Muy viejo y feo el baño.
Su ubicación es bastante buena, no usas taxi y es muy seguro y accesible el lugar.

The hotel is in a great location. The check in was a bit of a hassle because they didn't open the door and i had to walk to get wifi to call them. The room was very cold but had extra blankets so sleeping wasn't a problem. Overall the place is adequate.

First and foremost, I needed to change my booking after arriving at the hotel very late. The hotel was very accommodating and cooperative. There are 2 ladies working at the property that can help with anything throughout the day. They were more than happy to do my laundry at a moment's notice. The room was comfortable and clean. This is in the best location in Mexico City in Polanco. This neighborhood is a mix of Mexican and European vibes with parks and amazing architecture everywhere. Overall considering the great price I will rate this hotel 10/10.

The "hotel" (its a repurposed home, really) is in a great neighbour hood in Polanco, near museums art galleries great restaurants etc. However the staff that is present at the hotel speak no english, and the manager (who myself and a friend spoke to over the phone) said he would be present the next morning after we arrived never came. The biggest issue I had with this space was that the doors are paper thin; I was woken up every single morning of my stay by other the staff working and sweeping the floors (the floors are made of some kind of material where everything reverberates off of them very loudly) until I purchased some ear plugs. The bed in my rook was very soft and comfortable however. Nice and cold at night as well.

It was quiet . Gate trouble to open , no English, room was not reserved. Finally found someone speaking English and they prepared a different room

Absolutely disgusting. Had to check out at 3 am because it was so dirty and loud I couldn’t sleep. This isn’t a hotel, it’s a nasty house with filthy rooms

Location is fantastic; but in my stay, this is what seems to be a garage or warehouse; everything falling down. Terrible bed, and bathroom. Air 'conditioner' is a circulator placed on top of a chair. Tables are plastic picnic. To be honest, $50us including taxes is way too much for this.

The room where i stayed did not have a number and it was at the entranve so other guests thought i was in charge of the service of the hotel.

I only stayed here for 1 night. They messaged me a day earlier asking for my departure time. I arrived after 2pm as indicated in the message and i had to make a few phone calls for someone to arrive 20 mins later and let me in. Apart from that my stay was OK.

It is a great place to stay very good location and it was comfortable it is an old place so you can hear bathroom noises and the bathroom ceiling is a bit dirty but other than that i do recomended it is close to alot pf cool places. The cleaning lady was very nice and the atention we got feom the owner or person in charge was great. Order flowers for my gf and they were on the table when we arrived... i give them A+ and I will come back.

This was a great experience! The hosts made it easy to check in upon arrival. The 3 bedroom unit I had was super quiet and had access to a rooftop patio - very peaceful with sounds of a resting city at night. Lots of beautiful natural light during the day and a bit of a modern feel to the place which tempered the sparse but very adequate furnishings. The neighborhood and location could not have been better! Everything was walkable but you were still off a quiet street - just perfect. I was in town for a family member's surgery but I will be back to explore the city and spend some time to relax - and I will definitely look up and stay here again. Thank you, guys.
