This hotel was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The first room had cat urine on the beds and a cat running around in the room! They put us in another room which was old run down and trashed. At bed time my husband saw a roach which I stepped on, then I saw two more. I went to the office and the guy at the desk said we’re on a ground floor and it’s cold outside. I said I’ve stayed in other hotels where it was on a ground floor and much colder and never ever saw any bugs, let alone a roach. After seeing the 5 th one I slept in the car. The guy at the desk was rude and not helpful at all. PLEASE heed my warning and don’t stay here! I tried reaching out to hotels.com but haven’t been able to get a response on their chat line!

I made the mistake of thinking that this was a decent inexpensive hotel. Boy was I wrong. The rooms were dated and in poor condition. There were no bedside lamps, no facial tissues, no ice bucket (which now makes sense, because the one ice machine was broken). The overall vibe was of the facility was depressing and run down. The icing on the cake was on my day of departure, I came out to my car and found 2 tires completely deflated. Local pranksters. Not a great area. I wouldn’t recommend.

It was okay. The noise was terrible. To many people just hanging out. Yelling late at nite. Cops were there for 1 argument. Just not a place for me to stay. Service was very nice. Room was nice.

They are racist, and the customer service is very rude they are mean, they won’t let u change your room if u don’t like the first one they put you in, I stayed for a week and had one of the new rooms it was fine then I checked out and got another room and since it was older Indians I’m guessing they don’t like black people they tried to judge me by my color and put me in the back with a ran down old room with drug dealers and junkies all out in the parking lot all hanging outside the room I went in to get a new room the lady did not want to give me a new room she made faces and started talking in her language about it I had to tell her I didn’t feel safe back their for her to give me a new room, I ask for my old room that I just checked out of 7 hours ago I seen nobody was in their and she is telling me she can’t give me the same room (new remodel room) so she gives me another room and it’s still an old room okay cool but it was infested with nats everywhere the air conditioner was leaking the floor was soaked the outlets didn’t work the shower had nats all over the wall the Mattress was brown the sheets and blanks smelled like mildew, long story short WORST HOTEL IN NEW CASTLE DO NOT GET A ROOM THEIR UNLESS U KNO ITS A NEW REMODELED ROOM ‼️‼️‼️‼️

I have stayed at a superlodge before and this has got to be the worst poorly kept facility ive ever stayed at. It was like a homeless shelter...ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Chose to stay elsewhere after two nights giving up the additional nights.

The guy kind of harasses you when you’re checking in. Then as I was on my way to the room, I was stopped by another guest leaving who said the beds had bed bugs. I’ve stayed at some dumps before so I thought I’d check the beds myself. Upon inspecting the mattresses they were covered with gunk and various bodily stains. I was not going to stay in that room with my family. We split and found a new hotel. So bummed to be out the $90 but it’s better than bringing bed bugs home. Super disappointed with the experience and with Expedia.

doors were broken, musty smell, and we were forwarned by a local as we were brining our luggage into teh room that were were 'not the right color' to be staying there. That the car was not safe in that parking lot and it would be safer for us to move to another hotel. we checked out within 15 minutes. Hotels.com should be embarrased to have such a hotel on their listing.

We liked the external color of the building which is warm and enviting, the service to help us find a non-smoking room, which the management didnt have control over as almost each room had a smoked smell. The one we got was still the best , though not smoke free. Unsafe environment made us uncomfortable, and lack of access to food late at night other than McDonalds. We still had a good time as the interior of the room was clean and fufille all needs. Except more chairs, and not run down arm chairs would have made it better as well as upgraded furniture.

I was homeless (living in my car) and working at Amazon when I went to Super Lodge. From management down to house keeping they treat you with respect if you want to change rooms (at one point I wanted to switch sides) they let you. I even totally forgot about it and thought they did to nope they let me know we still have a room reserved for you if you want. They have a bunch of cameras and if any shady stuff goes on they don’t play they’ll call the police. They made it to were in an unsafe are you can feel safe. And you’re in walking distance with a lot of stuff. Seriously from room 137 (black guy who use to wear the Aldi jacket all the time in the winter) THANKYOU SO MUCH I wish y’all nothing but the best.

Staff was friendly. My room was clean. The only thing that really concerned me was the chain lock was missing. Being a single woman I like to have the extra lock on the door. My safety is #1

House keeping are always on it, every day in the morning they make sure to ask everyone if you want anything or need cleaning service. They go above and beyond for the people and things they have to deal with, much love and respect to them. Also from the people in the office, to everyone in housekeeping they do everything they can to keep it a clean and safe environment. They make sure they have security on site that are active at nights! Any type of weird stuff security is on it, I loved them for that. The only issue I had was the area , it wasn’t bad just a lot of junkies , and tutes around. The superlodge is miles above the hotel across from it when it comes to cleanliness and no drama. Trust me I stayed here for 5 months, it’s the cheapest as far as price and yet still the quality and security doesn’t ever drop. The management have to deal with a lot of negative people sadly, but they do amazing! Guys give them a shot and I highly, highly doubt they will let you down. For a safe, long stay don’t look any further because the Superlodge Hotel is always the right choice in many ways.

When your reading this you’ve probably have already read some bad reviews. But my stay was anything but, they are the cheapest hotel , but honestly one of the cleanest in the area. Housekeeping is always on top of it , every morning you get a knock and it’s them on top of it asking you if you want cleaning service. There’s no bug problem at all, and the utilities are always working. Lastly the staff they have my complete application and love. They deal with a lot of negative people, and negative drama guys the area isn’t the best, but they make sure to always have security at nights and they take it seriously! I’ve stayed here four months and the whole time I’ve had no problems, it’s worth a stay and it’s the cheapest place to lay your head if your in a jam.I love everyone at the superlodge and thank you for an amazing 4 months.

This property is super unsafe. Homeless people sometime knock your doors and drunk people roaming around all the time. I online booked this place and didn’t get a good wibe reaching there. I stayed for 2 hours there and had to leave the place as it was unsafe. Booked 2 nights and paid in advance but had to leave within 2 hours.

I had to get refrigerator change 2 twice, my food went bad. They told me it wasn't there problem. Than stayed and paid for extra night and i had to pay full amount no discount or anything. House keeping service was trash, it wont let me add pictures

Very horrible experience. Very outdated, plumbing, as well as furniture. It’s almost like it’s a homeless motel facility. Very strange breathe of people. Not judgmental but it’s more like a homeless motel and drug den.

I have stayed here a lot..this motel is the best one in the area imo.have to fight for service sometimes,sketchy people sometimes,but overall not bad.it’s convenient for a place to stay for a few nights and compared to the other hotels in the immediate area this is the only one I will stay at.
