Staff is very helpful and the Breakfast is always fresh I would stay again for it’s location in Kabukicho close to the train stations and access to any other destinations you have in mind near or far just plan accordingly for certain places.

We wanted a bar night in Shinjuku and booked this hotel. It's was nice and quiet. As anything in Shinjuku it's too expensive.

Nice and clean hotel away from the worst noise of shinjuku.

Great location and excellent services provided by reception.

Staff was excellent, very friendly and super helpful. The room is small! It was just me with 1 full size suitcase and there was barely enough room for me to fold open my suitcase (on the floor) and then had to hop over my suitcase every time I went to the bathroom of left the room. I can’t imagine 2 people staying in the room trying to play Tetris with their suitcases each and every time they need something out of their bag.

Stayed here for 8 days and we loved our stay. Hotel room was a decent size for 2 people and hotel provided all the bath amenities needed so we didn’t need to pack much for our trip. The staff were extremely friendly and the location was great too!

This was a small-room (typical) Tokyo hotel that was spotless, great breakfast (if you don't expect a full Western style) and in crazy, busy Shinjuku. I've lived in Tokyo, knew the area, and wanted to expose friends to the "Shinjuku" experience after a week hiking remote northern Japan. But the rooms were very quiet, never heard a sound from the streets and we were early to bed. Showers and small bathrooms were modern and efficient. About a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku Station. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. We all travel very light, small carry-ons only, and our bags and backpacks fit under the beds very well leaving enough room. Tip for Japan: just don't bring big suitcases. Anywhere, actually. Period. Lots of steps at stations and onto trains and buses. We saw many enormous suitcases in the lobby that probably didn't fit in the rooms. Photos of rooms were accurate. I highly recommend the hotel.

Everything good except room way too small

Its was a great stay, easy check in, just FYI this property only has room for 2 or 3 people only per room, if you plan to come in a big group, let them know so that you can book rooms for the correct amount of people per room.
Other than that staff was nice, I would recommend this hotel.

Cool, boutique sized hotel. Not a luxury hotel, but good value for the money.
Bed was comfy.
The ceiling shower spray was our favorite part. That hotel was also right
Great location in Shinjuku.
Staff was super nice and helpful.
Breakfast was good, with good selection.

Second time staying here. It’s very convenient and only a 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station. Although, the room is small, it is what’s expected. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good environmental policies in place, comfortable rooms, good breakfast.

We booked this hotel because we wanted to be within walking distance of food and shopping. This is one of the few hotels that allow families with 2 kids and 3 kids to stay with enough bed space. We had 2 floor beds and 2 double beds. It was a spacious room and a great location across from a park for them to play soccer or basketball. The single/double room though is really small. We had another person staying there, so I would note to expect this. Check in was a little awkward because they wanted to charge us for early check in and they wouldn't let us have an extra key. 2 keys for 5 people and one has to be in the slot by the door. I didn't try the breakfast, but it didn't look busy.

The rooms are small but the decor and overall ambience made the rooms feel generously spacious and comfortable.

This was my last hotel visit in Japan. And it's the nicest room I've ever stayed in. Between the hospitality and the friendly staff; I was over the moon in quality service. In an interesting location, that serves as a great hub for multiple train lines: this hotel is close to everything you could want. The views are great and the neighborhood busy, yet safe. A must visit hotel.

Great hotel and just on the outskirt of shinjuku but only minutes of walking to tourist and popular spots.
Room is small like any other Japan hotels. It’s super clean and comfortable.

I booked the luxury room and it was spacious for four of us including our four carry ons.
We stayed on the eight floor and rebook another night on the 9th floor. I also booked a room with a twin bed and it was super tight. Would highly recommend anyone spend the extra 150 dollars cdn for a nice bathroom size.

Pros: Cleanliness, central location near shinjuku attractions & 10 minute walk from the train station. Friendly & helpful staff. Con: Room was tiny.

Great hotel with friendly staff, well located in Shinjuku. The room was well appointed and the bathroom was larger than most Japanese hotels with an excellent large bathtub. The only disappointment was the breakfast, which was very basic in the quality and quantity of the food on offer.

The room was clean and the staff was kind and helpful. I’m staying there again in a couple of days. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a really good time staying here. The location is great, and the rooms are contemporary and clean. The staff were very helpful.

Rooms are too small, there is no closet space available, no space to unload your bags. Limited supplies of toilet paper.

Room is clean and updated. Very gomfy to stsy for a family abs very good access to all major Sightsee areas. Highly recommended

In the heart of kabukicho area. It’s the red light district so I would not recommend staying in this area if you have kids. However there are lots of restaurants in the area and convenience stores. Limousine bus makes a stop at a hotel 2 mins walk away so it’s easy to get to the airport. Metro is about 5 mins walk away. The hotel itself was great. No complaints except maybe a better hair dryer would be nice.

A querky looking property with close access to the cool spots in Shinjuku. A fair walk to get to the station if that matters
