Really good facilities and lovely staff who where so helpful on recommendations on food and other bits. in the Smithfield area which was great for food and getting around to other places in walking distance

Fab hotel in Dublin, was able to check in early for €20 which meant we could explore for the day. Alan was very helpful and suggested places to visit and how to get around Dublin. Nice touch with ritual products in the bathroom would stay again

Perfect. Simple as that. Smithfield area has lots of nice eateries and great pubs!
5.0
Very good place to stay, not too far from the center
5.0
Really large room. Room was fine. A lot further out of the way, but in a nice area and still easy to get in / out of town. Would recommend and would stay again as it suited the style I was looking for but if something more central came up for similar price, I’d select that.
4.0
The room was small but the place is nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The guy from Croatia behind the bar was especially fantastic.

Great hotel. Very comfortable. Rooms aren’t big but the beds are super comfortable and you have everything you need. I stayed for three nights on business in Dublin and will definitely stay again.

They have self check in. They didn't work when we arrived in late. There was no one at the front desk. He was working at the bar when he finally did come over he could not log onto his system. Check process, took longer than 30 minutes and there was no one else around. He never was able to login. We finally got the self check into work and checked ourselves in the rooms are extremely small and there was black mold in our shower, probably won't stay there again

The location of the hotel is perfect. Right across the River Liffey from the central city and easy walking distance to the Temple Bar area. The Jameson distillary is pretty much next door.
You're surrounded with did, drink and entertainment options as well.
Best of ask though, the entire staff are pure gold. Particularly the bar staff. Just the most warm and welcoming people you could hope for. Great location to have a conversation with fellow travelers. Can't recommend highly enough. Fantastic stay in a magical city.

Great stay for a couple nights in Dublin. Close to city center - walking distance to Temple Bar area and Jameson. Check in/out process is through a kiosk, but there is someone to help if needed. Room is small but does the job. Very clean hotel and would def stay again.

Check in was quick and easy. The rooms are a bit small, but it wasn't a surprise as the website has clear pictures of the space. We also only used it for sleep and showering, so it wasn't an issue.

Great small hotel with great style. Our pre-arrival check in hadn't sent me an email with a QR code. So on arrival I went to reception and was pointed at the auto check-in console s even though I explained our situation, not a great first impression, then I found out toilet didn't flush but the was fixed when I brought it to the staff's attention. The art in the hotel is amazing and the lounge area is great. The location is also superb with most of Dublins main attractions a short walk away. The immediate area round the hotel is a bit run down, but there are some great places to eat and bars nearby. The only thing we thought could be improved was the storage in the rooms was lacking, there just needsto be a couple of shelves on the walls and happy days. Be warned the rooms are small but if your only sleeping there is doesn't really matter. Recommended.

Great location from Heuston station. Great room and walking distance to shops, cinemas, pubs and restaurants. Free wifi. The hotel has a great lounge for drinks and snacks. Highly recommend!

Trendy spot with great lounge.
Room was tight - felt like we were always in each other’s way - but well organized.

Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean, rooms are clean. Overall very nice, rooms a tad small, like most hotels in big cities.

The rooms were tine, but would otherwise rate the hotel excellent for service, cleanliness, friendly helpful staff

It was a smart modern hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar was nice and location good. I personally didn’t like the room. It has a ‘cabin’ style bed against the wall. So the sheets kept slipping off the mattress. Clambering over my husband to get to the bathroom was tedious in the middle of the night. Very limited room for a normal size suitcase. That said it was probably my fault for not noticing the bed when booking. It was also expensive, but would return if I had a normal bed!

My only complaint is the check-in process. They sent me an email to check in online before our arrival, which I followed through. I was supposed to scan the bar code at a kiosk and pick up key cards to avoid waiting time. However, the kiosk displayed a message "unable to retrieve your reservation" after I scanned the bar code. We had to wait in a long line to check in since there was only one person working. The room was very clean, although it was super tiny.

Area felt a little scary at night and it was quite a few blocks to walk into the Temple district. Hotel was very clean & new. The open bar/coffee shop was a nice addition. Staff very helpful. Room was very tiny but really clean. Bunk was adult sized but slightly cramped for three adults.

We stayed in a basic room which was small but had all the necessities for a comfy stay. I hadn't been feeling well prior to arriving and I was glad to have this place to stay and get food at the bar or nearby without trouble. It was a calm and safe area which I know isn't a given so central in a busy city. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Hotel is pretty accessible. Rooms are pretty small though. It's okay overall.

Loved our stay, comfy bed and so quiet! Great location with easy access via buses around the city. Lovely bar area felt very comfortable there

The location 10-20 minute walk from most main tourist spots. Did not need to drive at all. The service was excellent and the ambient was very calm which was great to come to after a long day in the town. Would love to stay here again.

Happy overall but the green light on the ceiling kept me awake most of the nights we were there. This small green light lights up the room like if you could imagine a normal light that was dimmed.

Hotel was clean and orderly but the surrounding area was sketchy after dark.
Hotel was a 15 min walk from The Temple Bar and surrounding areas.

Liked the up and coming Smithfield neighborhood and the Hendrick is cool with lots of Dublin pop culture history touches throughout. Easily walkable to the center of Dublin.
Rooms are very, very, very small, but clean and have the essentials. The gentleman working at the breakfast bar was extremely friendly and provided lots of recommendations.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Checkin was smooth. Maintenance promptly came to our room twice, as needed. Cute bistro and courtyard area.
8.0
Excellent hotel with cleanliness and service beyond reproach. The rooms are small so be prepared for that however if you’re going to be exploring the city and not spending time in the room then it’s not an issue. The reception, bar and cleaning staff were all great!!
10.0
Good location and ver nice and modern property.

The comforter on bed was too small and we are missing a bed sheet but the rest of our stay was good. The breakfast buffet needed to be replenished as food ran out before 9:15 am.

The hotel had unique features. However, there wasn’t too many family friendly events within walking distance.

This hotel is about a 20 minute walk to both the Temple Bar District and The Guiness Warehouse. The staff are friendly and the rooms are small but the bed was comfortable.
