Customer service was great resolving our heating issue. Kitchenette was convenient and came with salt and pepper, which was appreciated. The little fireplace was a nice bonus. Only complain was that hallway wall didn't seem well insulated so we could hear every time someone left their room(especially the door slammer next door). Incidentally, the toilet made this incredibly loud, almost screaming noise every time we flushed(we did not mention it to maintenance so no judgement there). Overall whole resort area was clean, well maintained, and reasonably priced. All staff were friendly and helpful. The mini golf was the hardest course I've ever played!

Had a great time at Mosaic....super fun....there is a resort fee that is otpional that gets u underground parking, premium wifi, open air gondola, etc.....the parking is suprr convenient as thr free parking is about 6 min walk away.....i found for premium wifi it was pretry spotty and was not able to do all i needed with internet that i upgraded for ao that was disappointing. The staff were always kind and friendly and suoer helpful.

Great staff and hotel, only con in my opinion is needed to pay extra for on site parking. It should be included in the price in my opinion. Otherwise the hotel is very clean and you are supplied with a lot of things in the rooms.

Checking in was easy and I received an upgrade for my birthday. The room we got was perfect except a slight issue with the thermostat and the temp was not going down. Since it was a Friday night it was easier to switch our rooms which had a bottle of lovely wine waiting to compensate (although it wasn't necessary, it was such a nice gesture). The location was perfect and we couldn't have asked for a better couple days away. We will definitely be back.

Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We had an upgraded stay, a later checkout and parking all complimentary. This was a time we needed a short getaway and they delivered with their service.

Bluemountain Resort is a beautiful, quaint spot. We loved the Mosaic hotel room, pool and hot tub. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Look forward to going again!

There was a meal left in my refrigerator from the last guests that made the room stink. Room was ok but the Mosaic is showing its age. Had to slam the door to get it closed. A paint job and touch up of the rooms would go a long way. Sheets had tears in a couple of places. But if you are looking for a basic inexpensive room, this is for you.

Excellent location. I have been several times and usually have a good experience but this time was an exception. Bed sheets were not changed upon arrival and bathroom towels not replaced. Very disappointing.

Our stay here was good . We come here every year . The hotel is clean, staff very nice, and the front desk is always so helpful . The hotel is perfect because it's in the the Village .Great for families .

My husband and I had a fantastic, 6-night stay at the Mosaic Suites! Our 1-bedroom suite was spacious and clean. We had a great balcony and beautiful view of the pool. We love the proximity of the Mosaic to the village, though we spend most of our time by the pool. Shoutout to Juan who is exceptional at what he does!

We had a nice stay at the hotel. I do hope they follow the room service schedule they provided. We were required to schedule room service 24 hours in advance. We scheduled room service for 11AM the next day and they gave us a time window of 10AM to 12PM noon. Our room service happened in the evening.

Found a disgusting stain on pillowcases on one if the beds and after bringing it up with the staff the semt a note with a popcorn bag… I was told this hotel was recently renovated However both the room and building were so OLD AND USED and from a cleanliness stand point they it was VERY POOR.

A unique place to stay. Everything was easily accessible. Lines for attractions were a bit long but there's always lines for good things I suppose. Amenities, room and staff were all excellent. I would recommend visiting. (next time I will bring golf clubs)

The mosaic is convenient and we've stayed here many times before - our previous visit was years ago and needless to say, nothing has changed. Positives: - Convenient, in the village, decent pool & housekeeping staff is lovely - Cleanliness is OK Negatives: - Nothing has changed, it's utterly the exact same as it's been for all the times we've stayed - Desperately needs an update, same cheap digital art, super small coffee table, same stuff, just more worn out than before

If there were half stars I’d have given it a 3.5 but went for 3 as it didn't deserve a 4. Fist off, the staff was great, really friendly and helpful both at the pool and front desk. The check in and out lines were always long and at the times i was in it there was only one person at the desk. The furnishings in our room were night and colourful and the bed so comfortable. The sofa with its bed below was a bit hard but not bad. The room was clean and smelt clean. The issues we had was the worn out and dingy state of the kitchen and the patio. It seems that the rooms are mainly owned by others and not the hotel but the hotel does manage them and it bears the hotels brand so it would really be in their best interest to mandate that the owners keep the maintenance up on their units. The kitchen cabinets were awful looking with the wood stain peeling off in many areas, the dishwasher wasn’t installed properly so had an unsightly gap showing. It was really a turnoff and made us wonder if the room was even clean-it was . The patio hadn’t been swept and there were cigarette buts on the ground as well as the neighbouring patios. The pool had way too much chlorine in it and no shower to rinse off with if you wanted to then sit by the pool.
