Location is perfect. I can access to MTR, JR and shopping area within minutes. Hotel staff is very helpful. Room condition is good and clean. I will for sure to consider this hotel for my next visit to Osaka.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Comfortable size for 2. We paid for the 30+ Floor twin room and was not disappointed by the view. The bed was Serta branded and very comfortable by American standard. Medium Firm and supportive pillows Shower and bathroom was great but wish there was a door to close up the entire bathroom area for privacy. Check out time at 12pm is awesome for those who stay out late. Surrounding umeda area by the osaka station is mostly closed by 10pm, but there are plenty of late night options by the east umeda area accessible thru the underground shopping area. Hotel is conveniently connected to the Osaka station which was numerous train lines and subway lines. The only downside is there is a lot of walking to transfer between them.

Location is excellent, close to train station, downstairs with lots of foods choices and shops. Hotel is kinda new but double room is small due to space is used to partition bathroom, toilet and washing basin. Overall comfort staying, recommend and will consider to stay again when returning osaka

Hotel in the heart of Umeda - easy access to transport and shopping. The hotel is expansive and many people coming and going in the lobby. We enjoyed the location but the lifts were annoying with having to take two separate lifts to get to hotel, then another up to your room. Room was comfortable and clean, we liked the separate toilet from shower.

We chose the right hotel for our stay here in Osaka. The location is great. Osaka station ia right there. Great shopping and restaurants are near. You don’t have to go outside if you don’t want for shopping and eating. Our room was cleaned everyday we asked for it. The coffee provided is great. The staff is great and helpful. I recommend this hotel!!

Quite convenient location once I found it. Check in and check out very simple. Buffet breakfast is a BARGAIN! The luggage hold line was confusing as many "cut". I mentioned it to staff and when I returned to pick up my luggage, I noticed they "fixed" the line better. Shout out for that!

A fantastic view from the executive twin room looking out from floor 35. The room itself is also very spacious and clean. The only improvement that can be done is probably to have more laundry machine as 7 isn't enough to fulfill the needs of the entire hotel guests. The hotel is also located very conveniently on top of Yodobashi building, which provides access to the heart of umeda

Stayed late October on floor 34. The location is perfect, the hotel very clean. Breakfast was excellent with great service The room was bit of a sqeeze, though modern with a good bath. This is a very big and very very busy hotel, so wait times at the lift and checkin - automated. The bag drop was excellent. The lobby is too small despite being big, so always very busy. Good attentive staff. Overall, an excelkent hotel but perhaps too big

Location is great!! It is right by the subway/JR trains and lots of shopping and food options in the area. You would think it would be loud being in such a central hub but it was quiet so great for light sleepers. Found this hotel to be a great central hub for me to travel and see other cities like Kyoto. TIP! If you are travelling from Kansai Osaka Airport, don't take the subway or taxi. There is an airport limo bus (I believe it is called the Osaka Station bus line) where the stop is mere steps from this hotel. It was such a blessing with a big luggage that I didn't have to go far at all or carry it up/down any flights of stairs. Also given the close proximity to the major Osaka transit, taking the bullet train was also really convenient. The room is bigger than most during my trip in Japan. Check in was a bit busy so there was a wait. I'd recommend not checking in right at check in time. The line was quite long. Staff was there to support but all digital check in which is the norm in Japan.

Very big and modern hotel. The room was small (I got the cheapest one) but great. The location is awesome, it is extremely convenient! (but it is still a bit of awalk to get from the subway/train to the hotel if you have big luggages).

We had a stunning view of Osaka from the 26th floor! The rooms were clean but very small. The check in and out was automated and very confusing. Staff had to help us, which was frustrating, but they were extremely kind and helpful. Just not a big fan of the whole automated thing.

Extremely small rooms a double room did not mean a room with double beds which is confusing , no staff all self service, when you have a question for staff they redirect you to self service no bell desk. If you are a traveling alone and comfortable in a shoe box for a night this may be fine for you
