場所と値段が良い

朝の朝食ビュッフェを最上階のビュッフェと勘違いされて予約される方(自身もそうだぅた)が多いようなので誤解を避ける表記をされてはどうか。朝食付きでの予約は2階でのビュッフェで、朝食なしで宿泊予約をし、別途最上階での朝食を設定して食事に行かなければならないのだと自身は解釈したのですが違いますか？もし朝食付き宿泊で2階と最上階での2パターンがあるのならその条件が明記さらていてもいいと思いますが。 2階のカフェの朝食に不満はおりませんが、高層をうりにしているのですから、2階での朝食と知った時に残念な気持ちになったのは確かです。

Great place to vacation!

I liked the food options even that there were some outdoors as well as a little play area for children. The price was fair. Service was easy and fast. The room was comfortable and we had a very pretty view of the city.

The lay out is a little confusing, otherwise no real things to comment on

立地と景色Good. 製氷機近くてよい。中国人五月蝿くなかったけど、日本人でフロア纏めてもらえた？たまたま？

ガラスコップ汚い。洗剤で洗って無い汚れ。空気清浄機カビだらけ。フィルター清掃LED点灯。バスルーム壁のカビも気になる。冷蔵庫の音気になる。連泊なんだしタオル位、金取らずタダでほしい。洗うにも洗濯機は6個全部埋ってた。

Quarto bem espaçoso e confortável

É muito perto da estação de trem, oq é excelente, porém viemos com malas e pra sair da estação até chegar no hotel não tem elevador saindo da estação, com isso tivemos que subir as malas grandes na escada , e são muitas! Tirando este inconveniente o resto foi excelente, quarto espaçoso, bem limpo, banheiro ótimo, funcionários muito educados, receptivos, nos ajudaram , prestativos! Excelente , além disso, fica em um complexo onde tem mercado, farmácia, daiso, burguer king a disposição

Местоположение лично мне подходит и очень нравится, все рядом: любые магазины первой необходимости крупные и круглосуточные, метро и поезда JR, некоторые места, обязательные к посещению в Осака, например, Universal Park и аквариум Osaka's KAIYUKAN. Кафе на любой вкус - в пешей доступности. Лёгкий доступ к гостинице с багажом от общественного транспорта. Лучший в Осаке персонал отеля! В кафе на втором этаже, на стойке регистрации, в службе поддержки через он-лайн чат.

При заезде было чуть больше пыли в семейном номере, чем я ожидал, даже нос ночью зачесался! Аллергия (( Отреагировали на вопрос через пять минут, через пару часов мы вернулись в другую комнату.

旅の疲れはここで癒す！！！

到着が夜だったこともあり、カーテンを開けて見たロケーションに、家族全員目を丸くして飛び跳ねました！！！USJに行った後の疲労を一瞬忘れるほど！！！徒歩3〜5分で「弁天町」の最寄駅。USJは、2駅先。そして、コンビニ・飲食店・薬局がホテル目の前。便利すぎて驚きました！次回は近所の温泉施設や、ホテルのビュッフェもゆっくり利用したいです。リピート確定！

Great location, overall good, but would be great if there was onsen in the hotel and more variety of food for breakfast.

Location is good, close to Bentencho station

No onsen, bathroom is old. Little variety of food for the western breakfast and menu does not change (at least menu did not change during our three nights stay)

Amazing stay for the whole family, we will be back

We stayed in 4 different hotels on this trip and this one is by far my favorite. The whole family loved it. Located conviniently next to Bentencho train station and the station can be reached underground which is perfect for rainy days. USJ is only 12 minutes away by train. The hotel has a buffet and a restaurant in site. Restaurant required reservations but buffet did not. Food was great, excellent variety and great quality. All of us were able to find something we liked. The kids absolutely loved the food. My favorite was dessert, coffee and variety of juices. The hotel room was basically 2 bedroom - 2 twin beds in one and a very comfortable bunk bed in another. It was great to have our privacy at the end of the day, while kids had theirs. The hotel provided 24/7 shipping services for shipping the luggage and has a laundry facility where you can wash and dry your clothes for a few coins. At the lobby there is a money exchange machine and a coun machine. Everything for your needs. The view out of the window was magnificent. Perfect stay by all means.

部屋にソファとミニテーブルの他に、ダイニングテーブルと椅子があり、食事やお茶をするスペースがあって、家族5人で泊まった我が家には良かったです。また、トイレと浴室が別室なのも良かったです。雨が降っていても傘をささずに駅から濡れずにホテルまで行けるのも荷物が多かったので、良かったです。ホテルまでの道のりにパン屋、コンビニもあり、すぐに買いに行けるのも便利だと思います。他にも本屋さんや日帰り温泉もあったり、ホテルの周りにお店が充実していました。

ロケーションが良かった

２部屋予約（２泊３日２名と１泊２日４名）したが、２部屋同泊日の朝食が別々（５１階と２階）となっていた。プランが違っていたかも知れないが、全員で朝食をと思っていたので残念でした。　予約名が同じなので、ホテルからの事前確認（提案）をいただきたかった。　チェックイン時に、空庭温泉の利用優待及び優待券の有無についての説明がなかった。　子供を含めた予約なのに、ＵＳＪへのシャトルバスまたは電車等のアクセスについての説明（提案）が全くなかったので、ただ泊まるだけのホテルという感じがした。

卒業おめでとう大阪最高!

部屋も広くて、家族皆でゆったりと過ごせました！ 25階と言う事で、夜景もキレイでした。雨天でも、駅から濡れる事なくホテルまで行ける点も子ども連れにはありがたかったです。

思った以上！

家族連れだったので、お風呂に洗い場があり、小さな子どもも入りやすかった。部屋も広く、ゆっくり寛げ、よかった。朝食ビュッフェもチェックイン時にお願いでき、品数も多く、満足できた。

エレベーターが客室階を指定するためにカードキーがいり、それを持ってないと行きたい階に行けず、困った。

Going on a second trip to Japan, I knew Art Hotel Osaka Bay Tower is my best accomodation choice.

The view is amazing, staff is nice and the breakfast is good. There are many shops and restaurants just next to the hotel, as well as metro and JR stations. The area is quiet, especially so far up. Rooms are spacious by Japanese standards.

建議室內拖鞋改淺色，因半夜下床如厠常看不到拖鞋，因地毯也是深色！清潔人員整理及補給需再加強，如：捲桶衛生紙有2個，一個已沒了，另一個只剩 1／5，但未給新的！

眺めがよかった。

WiFiのつなぎ方が最初わかりにくかった。有料wifiとの区別の説明があったら、どのアカウントか分かったと思います。隣のお風呂がもう少し安かったらまた来きます。ローションやクリームなどがなく女子にとってお得感がない感じがします。

Hotel is convenient for travellers

Near to the jr station and metro station with family mart directly in front of the hotel

The coined laundry facility is not good. 1 kg with wash and dry for 500 yen and had to wait 80 mins while 3 kg with wash and dry for 600 yen and had to wait 120 mins. Would propose to upgrade the washing machines to those laundromat that can perform 15 kg of wash and dry within a minute
