Check in was an hour late rooms tiny but have everything you need although didnt like not having a sink in with the toilet .

Very nice stay, on a 24hr bus line which helped a ton not having to pay for a taxi. Location is perfect as it is not very busy at night and very close to the city centre. Area felt very safe at night and the room was very comfortable

Clean, functional room. Auto check in so difficult to rate friendliness, service etc.
code for main door did not work

Self check in didn’t work well.Didn’t receive any entry information until after we called & emailed. Areas of the property were dirty, old and stained. You then wonder how clean other areas are! Please see the picture of the dirty remote control. A lot of noise from other guests above our room.

Hotel well located. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Great set up in the room if you need to work. Good car park at the property. A bottle of water or water fountains at the property would be really appreciated.

Check in was difficult, everything else was nice

Beautiful boutique hotel in Rathgar, very peaceful surroundings and the amenities in the room were great- I loved having a kettle and mini fridge. Bed was extremely comfortable, would recommend

Pictures indicated front desk personnel, when I booked the room months in advance. Were informed day before check in it was self service. Would not have booked had I known. As first time visitors help would have been nice. Also loud, people on floor above could be heard as the moved around their room.

No. 9 was perfect for our 1 night visit in Dublin. Excellent value for money and within walking distance of a family get together in Harold’s Cross. We have no hesitation in recommending this option and we would gladly book again.

Great area with friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend.

Good property. Room was fine. Transportation from here was a bit more challenging, but workable if you don’t mind walking a bit.

Could do with air conditioning but very good apart from that

Great location with Dublin bus stops very close. Plenty of towels, tea & coffee, safe, mini fridge all in your room. The rooms are very small but this is reflected in the price. No room keys given, all key coded.
Supermarket & excellent deli , a 5 min walk away. Would recommend.

It was a tussle to get room cleaned. Room wasn’t even tidy properly before boarding, No air conditioning system in the room, tv wasn’t working a lot was wrong with the hotel or whatever it is.
It’s ok for short stay for you to just crash for few hours.

The overall stay was amazing but check-in was a bit rough. We did not receive the email with all the details until 1:30 am the night we were staying. I had to email them when we arrived asking for the details in order to get in. Also, nobody answered the phone numbers they had. The rooms themselves were quiet, clean and comfortable.

Very clean basement room. 15 tog duvet perhaps not optimum for July even in Dublin.

Room was wonderful - newly refurbished and clean, but lack of elevator and Byzantine "self-check-in" process made staying a hassle.

A great spot, very close to Rathgar. Have stayed multiple times and will stay again.
No frills accommodation but what is provided is high quality and very comfortable.

Extremely dirty, worn room. There were smashed bugs into the wall and stains on curtains, carpet and bedding. Dust on all surfaces. Poor facilities in the room. Rooms not like pictures at all! Avoid at all costs.

The property itself was clean and tidy but it took over an hour to get into the building as me and my guest were sat waiting in our car for an hour while a guest tried to help us get in the property as u needed a PIN code for the front door and room to get in which we didn’t get until round 6 and check in started at 2. We tried the help line and they could only give us a number to call which declined every time and they could do nothing else to help just said have a nice evening hope the issue can be resolved. I had to email to property requesting the code as we were already late for an event that started at 4.

This is a hostel, not a hotel

Initially we didn’t get our info to access the hotel and were expecting a problem. We did get our codes about 3:45pm and got into our room without issue. The hotel itself was on a bus route and an easy walk to shops. It is about 3o minutes away from Dublin City centre, but it is quiet and probably a better location than being in the middle of the busy core. No issues with the room. There is no onsite staff other than the cleaners.

Was ideal for one night stay . Small studio style room with a surprisingly big bathroom and amazing walkin shower .

Decent basic accommodation for getting to Marlay Park. The self serve checkin is tricky. The doors are hard to unlock. The room was quiet. The bathroom was clean and the space inside the room was enough for a short stay.

The property was in a good location. It was overpriced, impossible to contact the manager for maintainence, shower tap fell off and took 2 days to fix and could hear the neighbours party through the walls. Would not stay there again

No check in info made available prior to arrival. Had to call and ask, took ½ hr before we got access to room. Had booked 2 rooms and had to call again with another 20 minute wait to get second room. Bath is without ventilation, very humid after showering. Pictures in ad not like the actual hotel

Lovely, quiet place to stay. Handy to city buses.
Curtains are requiring attention as is the light shade.
Extra plastic bag for rubbish required.

Pros: Secure hotel in a quiet part of the Dublin suburbs. Well-kempt and spacious rooms. Several parking spots available on site. Detailed check-in instructions and building passcodes are given through messaging on Expedia since no on-site staff is present.
Cons: Relatively far from city center, will require a car/bus to get there. Had issues getting responses to some of my questions about the property/parking.
Overall experience for a solo one-night stay was positive.

Shouldn't be advertised as a hotel, it's more of an AirBnB with hotel prices. Only after you pay for the hotel was I informed that there were no staff at all manning the place. I was supposed to be given a access code for the front door and my room which they failed to do before hand. It was only after I arrived at the hotel that I had to call the support line and figure out how to access the hotel and room. Moreover, house keeping was only available on request and had to be requested before hand. No room-service or menu either.
