We stayed here only one night but the hospitality was amazing. This is also a very serene and beautiful resort that’s very affordable and still luxurious.
1. Beach access is really easy and if your building is further - they have golf carts at the ready! They provide mats and towels.
2. The food is really really good! We had breakfast food for breakfast and lunch and the Sinigang is really tasty.
3. The staff is super attentive, helpful and all very very nice!
4. We had a minor incident re: luggage being delivered outside of our room and was left there for 4sh hours. The entire building is secure with access only to people staying there but we arrived early and paid the half day rate so that we can go freshen up and hit the ground running. But since we still had to wait 30 mins for room to be ready, we decided to head to the pool/beach. So by the time they came to deliver my room keys, we were having so much fun that when asked what to do with luggage, I had asked them to deliver it to my room while I stayed at the pool. They never said anything about their policy that they don’t enter unless client is in room but this is the first ever, in all my years of travel, that they would leave it outside even after I asked them to deliver to my room. I just assumed that means inside. So please make sure everyone is clear on communication. It made me upset but Belle, the manager, refunded my early check in fee since I didn’t actually enter room until 4sh pm!

It is a little isolated from the main strip but that is why it is one of the best locations, you have privacy on the beach...and the walk does everyone good. Staff fantastic. It is a large resort but they are only utilizing the front oceanfront 50 suites. the pools are quiet and the guys in the gym are great to help you out as well. Well Done!

The hotel is nicely located, but the quality of the food ruins the stay. for breakfast we received an all-carte menu with a few sweet items to choose from! The hotel doesn't even offer cheese, ham or vegetables for breakfast! The staff doesn't care about food allergies. Gluten everywhere. no information about allergens. the staff doesn't speak English and I ordered, for example, espresso and received iced coffee. very expensive and the quality of the food was terrible. I am attaching photos of the entire (I emphasize the entire) breakfast! terrible!

The staff is so friendly and caring. Very attentive and making you feel welcomed and looked after. Tom and Cristelle were the best and also Hershey and to be honest everyone we encountered was great...its hard to name them all... but what i can say is that this is the best hotel for anyone looking to be pampered and well taken cared of with NO VENDORS...although you are in station 3 you are far enough away to basically have a piece of paradise for yourselves... SUPER BONGGA!!

The property is gorgeous! Beyond my expectation. The Auhana staff, from the welcome personnel at the gate, the the pool attendant, there all Ritz carlton/ Four season Hotel service! "Stress free" stay. They always ahead of what your family needs, especially for the little one. Worth the money, compare from the other 5 start hotel around the island of boracay! Thank you so much Auhana. We'll definitely come back

We like the attitude of the staff c very helpful and kind , breakfast was good , room was big and clean .
Food à la carte could be better quality and more generous portion and better presentation
The overall organization wasn’t very efficient , miss communication and lack of explanation/ information in the room : for example , every night having show in the main restaurant but we have not been informed , we noticed by accident our last night in the hotel , shame .

A true get away, a pearl of Philippines. Blue like sky water friendly and courteous staff, warm and welcoming rooms are what awaits you here. Walk to a white beach if you would like, build a sand castle, drive to the center and many more. Love it.

The best Boracay stay for my family and we will definitely return. Having gone to Boracay many times before and being with young children and early teens, we chose The Auhana for the safety, privacy and secluded beach. There was an extra charge per person for the private transfer from the airport but this was money well spent if your are looking for exclusivity and safety for your family. It was impeccable service from the airport to the resort and our check-in process was fast, efficient and came with delicious farm to table drinks and snack. We then received a short tour of this wonderful resort so the children got to see where they wanted to spend time. Great kids areas. Kids Club, Kids pool with fountains and the teens had the games room and movie theater. The rooms are so nicely and comfortably done with kind helpful housekeepers. Breakfast was ala carte order when we went and so well prepared, plentiful and freshly made. This is hand down the best value for money beach spot and resort for families in Boracay.

The hotel is really nice and spacious. It was just a disappointment that we were not picked up and waited for an hour trying to reach them. Same thing dropping off to the airport. Checked out and came to find out they didnt know I confirmed a transportation booking. Breakfast should be buffet apparently the 2nd day it was ala carte and without it knowing i was starving and ready to eat and surprise no food took an hour to finally serve the food for a simple breakfast meal

This resort gave us a short lived experience that we’ll probably never forget . There we good and bad experiences but we lean more toward on the negatives . Upon arriving, our friend who was the first one to arrive was not fetched by the hotel transfer accommodation which was confirmed the day before. Yes, this hotel has the look for an exquisite, luxurious feel but the management made us experience otherwise . The rooms we booked were spacious and comfortable, had a great view and had a peaceful surrounding. We booked in a 5 star place so that we can experience an awesome stay. From 14 hours flight to waiting for an hour to be picked up. Called and put on hold for a while with no definite answer why they were not able to show up and picked up. Ended up carrying our luggage to transfer from airport to the port and to the hotel. We were just lucky that we speak the language to ask around. What if i dont speak the language or even speak English, I could not imagine how a relaxing vacation could turn out into a very traumatic experience not knowing where to go. In addition to these, they will let you sign 4 papers to pay for your bill in their resto, no option to pay for cash but credit card. Also breakfast experience was annoying in a way that they were not able to provide the coupon for it that we have to go back to the reception to get it. They said that we were on the list but they needed the coupon. This is definitely not a 5 star experience when you are starving.

We were not able to avail of our reserved 2 days accommodation w/ Auhana resort due to Taal Volcano’s eruption. All flights were cancelled. Shout out to Anna of Expedia- Phoenix office for her efficient job & patience in helping me cancel my reservation. It really took her 2 days before Auhana Hotel acknowledge her call & request. Anyway, we weren’t able to get a refund, but instead a re booking w/in 90 days except for peak season w/c is quite impossible since we live in the US. We also have a 1 day reservation w/ Coast hotel. They refunded us the money w/out problem. Coast Hotel has a complimentary Round trip airport pick up whereas Auhana charged us $165.00 for a 1 way airport pick up. Refer to the customers’ reviews & Coast hotel has more happy customers than Auhana. We consider coming back to the Philippines next year, Boracay will be in our itinerary, & it will be 100% Coast Hotel for our accommodations.

Although it’s a new hotel, they tried their best to accommodate our very large group of 40 people. Leo was great in securing meals for my daughters who had peanut allergy. service was always on point. My daughter had to go to the ER and the hotel attendant accompanied us to the hospital and to get prescriptions as well. So, I was very happy and I appreciated the effort. The only recommendation I would make is to improve their menu of food. The food was OK. There was not a lot of selection and not many kid friendly meals.

What a terrible place!!!
Bad smell in room, bad clean for room, bad kindness...
bad food with like old ingredients.
If you wish to have horrible experience, you can have it here....

Loved the property and how attentive the staff was to every detail. The fact of being away from the hustle and bustle of Stage 2 allowed us the privacy of having our own beach. And the locating wasn't a far walk to Stage 2 via the beach.

Housekeeping forgot to replace hand and face towels on their second maintenance visit to our room on the last day of our stay and held us liable for the missing towels upon our early morning checkout on the following day. They ended up searching thru our packed baggages at the lobby. Of course they didn't find their missing towels since we didn't steal them in the first place.
During our stay we left generous tips for the housekeeping everyday and we were satisfied with their work we even left a satisfactory feedback on their survey before we left our room for checkout. Now i regret staying at the Auhana. It was a terrifying experience having the hotel staffs and security guard going over our stuffs in front of our kids. When they didn't find what they were looking for they didn't even apologize. If you're planning on staying at this hotel make sure you notify the housekeeping whenever you notice something missing. They'll hold you responsible for the things they forgot to reinstate in your room. Better yet just don't bother staying here. It's so sad since everything else was perfect. The horrendous checkout experience was more than enuf to jeopardize otherwise beautiful holidays spent on the island.
