Lovely and as per expected. Excellent location and felt like a 'quick home'. I would only dislike the matrix of the double bed and lack of pillow choices. Something the manager should consider in future adjustments.

Great property. Staff was friendly when arriving but otherwise they kept to themselves. The water pressure from.the shower and AC was excellent. Conveniently located, quiet and easy to find. No duvets were available but we did not as either. Could provide better pillows. Overall i do recommend

Stayed for 7 days in a combined worktrip/vacation. The location was absolutely perfect and within walking distance to old town, the port, the airport bus, shopping and a massive amount of restaurants and bars. The apt was clean and tidy and I much enjoyed the hot water in the shower. Extra plus for additional towels for me to change, when needed. The shower gel and shampoo were not very high quality, though. Perfectly ok equipped kitchen – if I should have used the kitchen for more cooking, I would have liked a larger kitchen knife and a midsized saucepan/pot in addition to a petite one and the 5Litres. Very welcoming staff (all of those I met) – friendly and helpful. Much quieter than expected Sunday-Thursday (no trafic on Calle Bailén) but much noise from the bars outside on the Friday and even worse on the Saturday late evening(s). Acceptable wi-fi. Rather hard bed in master bedroom. In conclusion, really good value for money. I will come back.

Perfect location in the center of the city. In front of the hotel is bar, so it can be little bit noisy during weekend nights, but it wasnt so bad.Big advantage is roof top pool.

Sijainti tosi hyvä. Allas alue todella pieni. Henkilökunta aulassa tosi mukava. Iso huone. Roskat piti viedä itse ja seurueellemme oli varattu vain pari rullaa vessapaperia ja sitä ei saanut lisää vaikka pyysi. Location really good. Pool area really small. Staff in the lobby really nice, thanks Marco. Large room. The garbage had to be taken away by ourselves and only a couple of rolls of toilet paper had been reserved for our group and we couldn't get more even if we asked for it.

Location is ok but room is very basic and dark. Bathroom was dirty and washing machine did not work. Management was rude and unhelpful. Bottomline is that there are better places to stay in Alicante. Not recommended.

The apartment itself is fantastic, very clean and slick with all the necessary things for cooking etc. It is very central, minutes walk from the beach and the great food outlets. However sadly there are bad bits. There is a club directly opposite which kept us up the Friday night from 1am till 4am and then on Saturday it started at around 6pm, by which point we decided we couldn’t have another sleepless night so we booked another hotel for the night as by 7pm the music and crowds were so loud already. I can appreciate that centrally there will be hard and clubs, but this needs to be listed on the property accommodation allowing the guest to make their own choice. Had we known there was a club weekly that was as loud as that then we would have booked elsewhere. So unless you plan to join the party I would recommend avoiding any weekend bookings.

Central flat. Walking distance for food, airport and beach. Helpful staff who kindly printed off flight boarding passes for us. Building work next door, but didnt bother us too much.

We had an amazing time at MyFlats Bailen Apartments. Cynthia was great! She welcomed us nicely and then was always available for all the questions we had during our stay. Totaly recommend this place!
