Our host Naomi was very responsive and always reachable. The location was great for everything we wanted to do in Sorrento and convenient to one of the big public parking locations since we had a car. The continental breakfast made fresh each morning was good and the cook was quite pleasant. The room was clean and seemed newly updated. Our only issue was the bed could have been a bit more comfortable and the HVAC was loud, but these were not significant enough to keep us from staying here again should we come back.

Excellent location, walkable to everything in the old city. We stayed in the Capri suite which had a lovely large balcony overlooking the city with distant views of the sea. A wonderful breakfast was prepared by Lisa every morning. She was very friendly and welcoming and kept our suite and the common area spotless. Highly recommend!

What a true pleasure to stay here!!! Lisa is an absolutely amazing woman and the best hostess!!! The breakfast was extremely delicious and the presentation was wonderful!! The room was clean, the decor is very tasteful. Very centrally located - overall a great experience staying here!! This apartment is in a perfect location in Sorento. Area is near everything. LISA our cook and host was the best. Very kind! One of a kind. Great service made us feel at home. Highly recommend this place

Great location, easy walking distance to main sites in Sorrento. Close parking (if you're driving). Room was a little small for 3 people but still manageable. Easy check in and checknout. Host was friendly and helpful.

The location of this property is in a fantastic spot… a minute from the city center. The building itself is very old and the elevator fits a little more than 1 person, but the rooms and common space is very nice. Lisa made a fantastic breakfast every morning for us and was super sweet. Arrival can also be a little tricky as there isn’t a front desk like other hotels- but they are great about communicating- just make sure you have some way of communicating with them. Take a boat tour to Capri!

We had a wonderful stay and experience for our family of 4. Our host Ms. Lisa and Francesco were very friendly and helpful during our stay, from preparing a delicious breakfast each morning to assisting with transportation and sightseeing arrangements. We highly recommend! Thank you Ms. Lisa, we hope to visit again in the near future.

Like its location: hidden in a small alley in the center, close to actions but far enough from noises. Spacious and very clean. Very surprised to see slippers and tooth brushes and toothpaste in the room. In addition to Lisa's delicious home-made breakfast, I love the colorful local signature plates they used. Highly recommended!

Great spot right in the heart of Sorrento. There is a market right across from the entrance to get water, snacks and single alcohol beverages if needed. Steps from all the shops and restaurants. 10 minutes to the beach clubs and 15 minute walk from the train station. Everything you need is walking distance. Bonus points for the full breakfast everyday from the fabulous Miss Lisa.

Lovely stay, property was super clean and conveniently located to everything, right off the main shopping road. The included free breakfast was delicious. Our room had a huge terrace with amazing views overlooking the hills and where we could enjoy breakfast if we wanted. This isn’t a standalone hotel - the suites are located in a residential building but someone will come meet you on check in. Overall a very pleasant stay in Sorrento.

We had an amazing stay at the Deluxe room in Sersale Suites. It was situated a block away from the Sorrento downtown and near a small supermarket. It was very easy to get around and reach the train station, bus stop, and port. The lady preparing breakfast was very kind and prepared many different kinds of food for a full breakfast. The suite was kept sparkling clean and also had a patio. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again!

We had an amazing stay at Sersale Suites in Sorrento. The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Sorrento, close to restaurants and shops. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast in the common area was plentiful, and the lady in charge of breakfast was truly lovely, answering all our questions with great kindness. Highly recommended!

This was the most magical place!! I would put 500 stars if I could. They got all the details! From toothbrush with toothpaste to little egg holders for your breakfast. Giuseppe, Luci and everyone in the staff so welcoming. And the breakfast AMAZING and so generous! The balcony with amazing view and even prettier tables. Shower that you didn’t want to stop showering, decoration super beautiful and sorrento style. We stayed in the positano room and couldn’t be happier. We wanted to stay longer but booking this gem last minute meant we were only able to stay for one night but it was soooo worth every penny! Best place I’ve ever stayed. Hands down. 😍 hope to see you again sometime!!

This is a bed and breakfast with 4 rooms, each with its own lock. It’s on the 5th floor, you walk into a common dinning area with the 4 rooms around it. Property was very clean and close to main streets and beach. Hosts were very reachable and helpful. Lisa had breakfast prepared for us as we had to check out early. So sweet. We had 2 adult children and the bunk beds were a bit cramped but they were totally fine for a night. Our terrace was very spacious with great outdoor space for all 4 of us. We would definitely stay again. Would be really fun if you had a larger party and rented out all four rooms. Highly enjoyed!

My husband and I traveled to this property May2024. It’s down a quiet street near the center of town. The property is in an apartment complex so a bit unusual. It has 4 rooms surrounding a shared kitchen/ dining area. Lisa, prepared a delicious breakfast every morning. We met some lovely travelers and enjoyed our mornings sharing some of the places we visited. Overall I would recommend this for the convenience to town , cleanliness, modern well appointed rooms and comfortable bed.

Lisa who managed the breakfast and housekeeping was a truly wonderful hostess. So accommodating and kind. She made our stay very memorable. The breakfasts were fantastic and our terrace in the Capri suite was super for sundown cocktails.

The property manager was very kind and came out and met us and showed us exactly where to park and how to get into the hotel facilities. The hotel is actually inside an apartment complex, so not very visible, but the property managers will stay updated with you and make sure you get there ok.

We so enjoyed our stay at Sersale Suites. It was super clean and cute! The breakfast was DELICIOUS. And every person we spoke with on staff was kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was one of the nicest/largest hotel showers I’ve seen!

The entry looked a bit old, but once you enter the accommodation it looks so nice, clean, and beautiful. The people at the accommodation were so helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place if you travel to Sorrento - great price, great location, great hospitality!

We rented the Capri suite and it was lovely - nice terrace to enjoy the view. The room was very big, very comfortable firm bed (better than my mattress at home) large bathroom and shower. Lucia was very welcoming with the overview of the place and Maria was so friendly and provided breakfast every morning. We loved our time in Sorrento and really enjoyed the Sersale Suites, we would definitely stay here again.

The property itself was very nice and in an excellent location; however it was a bit overpriced for Wgat it was. It’s not really a hotel… more of an air b&b with rooms rented out. It ended up being an apt broken into rooms with a small center k dining area. I had tried to cancel 1 night due to an error and the owner refused… and it was more than a month before my trip. I thought that was greedy. He also charged me the tax for the day we weren’t there! They don’t offer you water in your room after the first day… I was told where the grocery store was. The day I got there, I asked the girl for water as we had travelled in a hot train for hours and she was giving us the “rules”…. and she said I’d have a bottle in my room… and kept talking. After I told her I really needed some water, she got a standard bottle and split it between 3 of us!!! Seriously! A $.25 bottle of water and she couldn’t give us each one? Again… a bit greedy when paying $400/night. The elevator definitely needs updated… it was very scary and the halls are black at night… you’d have to know where the light was; and we weren’t told. The pics on the internet are a bit deceiving… only 1 room has access to the patio… view is poor. We were told not to lose the key at night because it would be hard to get another… no one is on property??? Had to go thru “what’s app”. It was just not a great experience as we had in the other hotels.
