The room was great, clean and comfy. Im big on cleanness of the shower and bathrooms and it was perfect! No microwave in the room but there is one in the lobby. Entertainment downstairs was great. Our stay was really great.

We had a great experience. I had never been to a Tru property, but I will certainly pick them in the future. It was super clean, fresh smelling, excellent service by the Front Desk (Thanks, Morgan; you are an excellent ambassador! The same is true for Michael, AGM). The plentiful breakfast smorgasbord offered many options for my friends’ tastes. We all rate our experience Very Good.

We stayed here night before going to Charlotte airport paid to park 10 Dollars per day then took the free shuttle back and forth to airport then after we returned from our 2 week international trip stayed all night again where free shuttle from airport and our car was. Very nice and con

Clean, spacious room, pleasant check in, great area, great breakfast, ample parking, although cost $10 when should be free, Only drawcack was short on outlets for charging, dark lighting in room and no drawers in nightstand - not a big deal overall. Clean ,large bathroom with walk in shower

Great room , clean spacious, great check in and service. Lots of clean parking, only draw ack was having to pay for pai and by code. If pay to park, at least have it at desk and maybe a paper pass to put on car. Parking should be free like other places

No restaurants on property. Credit card readers in bar areas did not work. Rooms were very clean and staff was very friendly.

I liked that it was close to the airport. It was kind of a madhouse at the airport. Everyone dashed to the shuttle and it was a fight to get a seat. But it was easy to schedule a time in the morning to be picked up. The property was clean and comfortable.

Terrible experience at this property. Flight cancelled meant we had to stay the night in Charlotte. Poor hotel check in woman at 10:30 at night had to handle check-ins, concierge, housekeeping, hotel bar, and laundry. What a job and horrible stay.

Front desk night clerk on August 21st. Is a first rate professional. All of us having a bad day and he just made us feel welcome and efficiently checked in 10 people like it was nothing. Impressed if he’s here Friday morning I’m gonna tell him so.

The main problem I encountered was on arriving at Charlotte airport I phoned the hotel (per email from hotel.com) to request the courtesy hotel shuttle and the phone number was incorrect. I kept getting a message we are busy please call later. After 3 phone calls spread over 30 mins I ordered a taxi. When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist stated hotel .com was giving out an obsolete phone number and apologized for my distress.

Unlike the property discription, there was no bar or restaurant. Limited food if you wanted to eat in your room. Had to walk to another hotel for table service. Same for included breakfast which was at adjacent Hampton.

The stay was great. It was so quiet. If there were children there, I didn't hear them. A bag breakfast was available for those leaving before breakfast. You had to go to the Hampton Inn to get it. The door was locked and Tru's door locked when I went next door. Great stay but a few more details would have been beneficial.

What a very nice hotel experience! Family friendly, nice breakfast buffets, although a small selection for cooked foods, everything we had was excellent! The beds were comfortable and the a/c unit worked perfectly for this menopausal grandma. Friendly staff, nice gym and the bathroom lemony products were wonderful! Having a nice shuttle to/from the Charlotte airport was perfect. Saved to my favorites in Hotels.com. i will be back again!

Changed rooms twice. Exhaust vent in bath sounded like flapper constantly trying to close. Second room AC sounded like it had a turbo engine when came on and went off. Loud in between. Staff was helpful in relocating but…

Very clean and comfortable. Parking is not free. This hotel still comes up on Google, and I believe Expedia, as a hotel with free parking. Parking is &10 for 24 hours with no option to pay for a shorter time. You must be able to use a personal smart phone to pay, which thankfully works for me, but would be a challenge for others who do not have or don’t know how to use a smartphone and QR codes.

Airport shuttle service was inconvenient upon arrival. Service was picking up in the wrong part of the arrivals area making it a bit of a headache.
