This has got to be one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Wonderful staff, super clean, I’m not just talking about the room, but the whole hotel itself. It was also peaceful and slept like bears. If we go back to Queretaro, we’ll stay here.

Our room was nice and bed was comfortable. Hotel offers free parking located about 10min walk away. Only complaint would be that a party was going on somewhere near the hotel one night and we could hear the music well past midnight. Not the hotels fault, but though I would mention it, in case you book a weekend stay. Restaurant Carola is located within the hotel…eat there. Food is awesome. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We just spent 6 nights here along with all of our friends for our wedding week. Without us asking, they went above and beyond for us in every way possible. There wasn’t a single thing they didn’t jump to accommodate us with. A truly perfect stay. Their entire staff, from the front desk to the waiters to cleaning staff and maintenance worker, is absolutely wonderful.

It's a really good place to stay and visit the center of Queretaro; the staff is lovely with you; however, the room has an aperture in the window, and you have to be careful because the people outside can see inside your room and bathroom.

Hotel was very nice and clean. The restaurant at the hotel was great with excellent food and service. My room was very nice, although only big enough for one person. Two people would need more space. The music from the lobby was easily heard in my room in the evening, but was turned off at a reasonable time.

Wonderful boutique hotel located in the downtown. Marianna - as well as other staff - at guest reception was wonderful and wanted to make sure that I was pleased with my accommodations. Rooms are beautifully designed and very comfortable. Added bonus is the lovely restaurant - Carola - which is part of the hotel. I look forward to returning.

Such a great location right in the middle of centro historico! The casa santiago boutique hotel was stunningly beautiful, the staff was great and the rooms were clean and so impeccably furnished. Also loved the notes the staff left for me in the room with nice greetings plus weather forecast. Ate breakfast at their restaurant once, and it was delicious.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the Historic District. Bedrooms are comfortable and very clean. Could add a full length mirror inside closet door. Restaurant was great for breakfast, food was delicious, however they did not have tea the whole 4 days I was a guest. I am not sure why… Dinner menu and food was ok. The patio is wonderful to hang out, have a drink or coffee. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The staff/service here is outstanding. This is the best hotel in Queretaro, IMO, and I will be staying here every time I visit. I have also tried another highly-rated hotel (Dona Urraca) and had all kinds of problems there. Most rooms do not contain a desk, FYI. Like most hotel rooms, bathrooms are not very private/sound proof.

The hitel is a great eacape and extremly well run, Ana, MRissa, Juan Carlos, juan, and the entire staff are amazing. They go out of their way to treat you as a very important person in their Casa. The food, is excelent, and very well priced. From the notes on the vanity with warm wishes each day to the chocolates, and the amazing Latas frim the coffee bar, everything was perfect. Thank you, we will be back

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Spotless and their staff was very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and dine in the Terrace, Carlos our waiter was very helpful and accommodating. My only complaint is that they did not give us the room we paid for. I made reservations for a Delux Suite and they gave us a suite. When I brought it up to the lady who walked us to our room. She acted as she didn't know when she was the one who checked us in.

This location is beautiful! Minimalist vibes, the architecture is beautiful. The rooms are absolutely breathtaking. Too cleanliness, technology and accommodation. Definitely recommend. The restaurant inside has amazing food! All hand made bread and tortillas.
