I have slept in third-world countries around the world, and I don't recall a place remotely as dismal as this. The photos on Expedia are not the pictures of the actual rooms! Expedia needs to remove or have them post actual photos. We could not stay in the room it was so soiled and filthy. Had to travel half hour to another town to find a place to stay. Incredibly incovenient. Was told that they were going to refund the room costs but have not, so still dealing with that problem. The mismatched bed coverings were horribly stained and had holes in them. How could they continue to put them back onto a bed!? There was no covering around the once-white box springs and they were filthy with dirt. Floor was audibly sticky when you walked on it. The smell of bug spray in the room made my eyes water. There are multiple cars in the parking lot with missing body parts. Trash was piled up along the walkways between front entrance, rooms and in stairwell. Did not feel safe anywhere on this property.

I did not expect it to be a bordello and drug den. I went to the first room assigned (after turning down a hooker) and when I opened the door there was a man already there and passed-out in the bed. He walked to another room past a woman sitting in a folding chair with room door open and 20 small children in their underwear bouncing on the beds. When we got to the new room the manager couldn't turn on any lights which was a good thing as what I could see was horrid. I demanded a full refund and canceled my return stay

When I got there I had made a 3 day reservation. They said that although I had a reservation they were not going to honor it! Although I was upset I’m glad they didn’t honor it as the place was in pretty tough shape.

This place looked like an abandoned property when we pulled up. Boarded up windows. Trash and glass all over the parking lot. Homeless looking people hanging out in parking lot. We were scared to get out of our car. We found another hotel down the road. This place should be removed from Expedia. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

Hotel overbooked and our reserved room made in May 30,2024 was unavailable.

Staff was cool but the hotel is trash surrounded by crackheads/homeless people me and my girl literally checked in just to shower and checked out I’m a truck driver no truck stop was no where near gas sign up say you FIGHT $250 fine damage room $250 fine late on weekly rate $250 fine and don’t clean up after pets $250 fine this place was sick I seen a lady standing in front of her door with nothing but bra and panties on SWEAR TO GOD!! Like she was ready to sale ewww!!!

I was denied a room even with my confirmation number. Expedia needs to refund my money and take this hotel off of their booking platform.

Customer services great, the room was great. Only thing is is walking to your room is not so great hallways are dirty.

We had some last minute changes and were unable to come. The hotel will not allow you to cancel or change your reservation! We are out the money. Never again will I book with these people.

The young lady that checked me in was amazing. The room itself was extremely deceptive from the picture online

The hotel room was very dirty, and I was only in the room for a few minutes, went back to the lobby to ask for a refund, and they refused, claiming that I was in there for more than 15 minutes. All of the towels were dirty, there was hair on the floor, stains on the bedspread and dirt in other places.

We only stayed for one night. The room I booked was unavailable. We entered our room and greeted by cockroach. Got a wake up call from fire department at 6a.m

I can’t believe this hotel is still listed on Expedia. 4.6 rating… are you kidding me? I was shocked at the outside appearance and was greeted by both a street walker and a shirtless man in the lobby. When questioning the front desk clerk… is this a safe place to park my car. (Signage said no) ? She responded that I could park my car in front of my room and “watch it!” What? The clerk was doing her best. Unfortunately, Expedia failed. Take this OYO property off of your listings. Beware… not safe.

I arrived with my 3 y/o and 5 y/o grandchildren only to find out that the hotel had gone out of business!!! DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION. At this hotel. A very kind lady was sitting at the desk just to tell us they were closed. She stated that they had contacted both OYO and hotels.com multiple times and they keep taking reservations and your money!!

We was made to evacuate at 630am just for them to say a hour later it safe to go back in the room by the time I feel back to sleep it was time to checkout managers rude didn't try to accommodate me for the inconvenience

We chose to find another hotel. It was that bad! I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all.

The outside was very sleepy looking...kind of scary. We couldn't even find the front of the building. So we left and paid over twice as much to get a good place. I was using my iPhone and hopefully we were in the right location. I wished I had checked it against our Google Maps just to be sure.

We were rousted out of bed at 6am by fire department. Someone was cooking in the hotel room ans started a fire in their room. Whole 2nd level was filled with smoke. Im still coughing. Must have been plastic. My son didnot feel safe.

The grounds were not well kept. The room provided no coffee maker, hair dryer, chair, cups, Kleenex, wash cloths or extra towels: amenities you expect to receive at a hotel charging $138 a night. The room appeared to be clean and the beds were comfortable. But when I went to take a shower and grabbed the bar, it came off the wall. I am disappointed that this property was even listed on Hotels.com

It's a live in hotel across the street the pictures on the website are very old and does not show the actual conditions of the property.

If you are a female or traveling with kids do NOT stay anywhere near here!!!! We felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Room was also dirty… garbage on floor, sticky floor, dirt? on blankets, hair everywhere. When I told the front desk how I felt she chuckled and said nothing else. You will realize you made the wrong decision as soon as you pull in.

I didn't like the room i felt unsafe. It didn't look clean. Ppl live there. I checked out right away. I didn't stay. The pictures lie.

Nasty accommodations! I felt so unsafe that I couldn't stay the night. $90.00 I wouldn't be seeing again. Thanks for nothing. I was even given a room that had a locked door to what I assume was an adjoining room, but I had no lock on my side to keep out anyone from the other side. CREEPY!

The mattress pad was stained, the floors were sticky, and the toilet was backed up. We asked for a different room and were told there were none available. We asked for a refund and were refunded 62.37 of 190.37 that we paid for two nights. We found accommodations elsewhere. The man at the desk was polite and respectful.
