Between the air conditioning not cooling the room and extremely uncomfortable bed we could not sleep. We ended up leaving at 3:00am. Will never go back to that hotel!

Just a quick stop for the night on the way to Myrtle beach. Rooms clean and was a late booking. 2 adults 3 children. No bedding for the pull out couch and only 3 bath towels. But front desk gor extra linens and towels quickly great value for the amenities and wonderful staff

It was way too expensive but a nice hotel. The bee was a little uncomfortable. I feel like the mattresses needs to be updated. The staff was helpful and accommodating of our group.

Check-in was a bit slow. Air conditioner in the room was VERY noisy. Beds were grooved from use. It wad very clean and spacious. Well worth the money!

We were not happy about the service from the front desk. Internet never worked. The pullout sofa did not have sheets so the front desk lady who was nowhere to be seen for a while not answering the phone had to change us to another room only to find that the other room did not have sheets either. She had to go find the sheets herself which did not do in the first place when i told her and she replied that housekeeping was not there. Elevator was not working. Breakfast was good. The property needs very little maintenance but the hotel was not ready for 4th of july weekend.

The front desk staff was courteous and breakfast was great. However, I stayed there four days and my room never got cleaned. Each day they said the run will be a priority, but it never got cleaned. This was very disappointing. I had to ask for clean towels daily, and a trash bag to clean my room. I felt like I was working and on vacation.

W didn’t like that the elevator did not work one was broken, and I saw a review that this was broken for the last couple of months. There was only one elevated to use housekeeping use that elevator as well as the gas so I had to wait on the elevator to get up and down when housekeeping was cleaning and they loaded up their carts on that one elevator that was in use. I was going to stay an additional night but they wanted $240 for one additional night with the use of only one elevator. Also, I didn’t like the idea that the pool close at 8 PM you had no time to really get in the pool it open at 10 am and close at 8 PM. The time should be switch open at 8 AM and close at 10 PM. That’s better hours for a pool.

The rooms were updated and clean. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was satisfactory. We were pleasantly surprised because we never stayed in a Fairfield Inn before. We picked it on Expedia because of the price.

We are Marriott Bonvoy members. We often use our points for hotel & resort stays. This trip we used Expedia to book a room to avoid using our points. The room was clean but in room amenities were minimal. It seemed that the hotel kept a couple less quality rooms available for guests who booked via an online booking system that offered discount rates. We’ve had much nicer rooms when we’ve used our Marriott points.

The gentleman that checked us in (Cam) was super sweet!! He suggested a fantastic restaurant for our dinner as well. While our room was quite nice we’ve never stayed in such low lying beds so not liking that too much..however, the bed was comfortable so there’s that. Breakfast in the AM was perfect..quiche, sausage, yogurt, fruit, muffins and coffee and more to choose from..yummy thank you!!

Clean but beds were not queen but double. Pillows flattened quickly. Bathroom toiletries in big family size bottles without being locked in wall to prevent tampering so no use. Brought my own. Very small bath mat. Very low tub so if you are person wanting a bath it would take a lift to get you out. Husband didn’t sleep at all which kept me up with his tossing and turning.
