Extremely small room. no wardrobe nor mini bar

Cool lobby! A little shame there wasn't an AC in the rooms. There is a noisy fan tho!

The staff was lovely and tried their best. The hotel has limited rooms with AC. Yet, on expedia it says AC as an amenity. We had a room for 8 and the heat was unbearable. We were given 2 fans but it was hard to sleep. It was around $125 a night so half of us left and paid another room in another hotel. The other half asked for a smaller room with ac. The hotel gave it at no additional charge which we were grateful for. It was a very hotel summer and with no Ac or ceiling fans it was not suitable for small kids. Yet, the hotel understood and really helped us out. Thank.you Eklo

Very Nice common areas with friendly staff and a good breakfast. The room was very small (double with bath), but okay for a couple of days. Easy to reach the hotel with the A train. A nice walk to the old town. The bathrooms are a little run down. A nice place to staff for young people, couples and families. A little noise from the building site just next to the hotel.

The room (in principle for two) is unusually small. The bathroom had no soap at the sink and cups/glasses (yes, one can get them after asking at the reception, but why should one need to ask?).
My room was next to a service area where some kind of a machinery kept on operating all night long. Not too noisy, but audible and not good for light sleepers.
Food and drink is fine, the hotel is 5 min walk from the tram station and also 15 min walk from the Darwin Eco area, which is good.

Good budget hotel. Rooms are small, but fine for a night or 2.
Nice sociable bar area serving food. Good breakfast.
20 min walk in to the city over the bridge.

It was small room, but cute and comfortable enough for some days. Friendly staff, comfortable location
5.0
Very helpful staff
3 minutes on foot from tram and bus lines
Only two stops from the centre of the city reachable on foot too
Quiet neighbourhood
Affordable price
Clean room linen and soft bed
They offer also breakfast lunch and dinner from monday to friday
24h reception open
They clean the room every 4 days and give one towel per person however this was not big deal for us.

Room was very small but it was clean. There was very little natural light and it was difficult to keep the shutter on the window open as it meant everyone could see into your room. The extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy. The food in the restaurant was good and the bar was good too. Overall it was very reasonable for the price but it’s not that comfortable for a long stay.

We stayed at the hotel during a one night stay in Bordeaux, the reception staff were friendly. We booked a family room which was a good size and had a double room and bunk beds. The room was really clean and perfect for our short stay. It’s about 4min walk from the nearest tram stop so it was easy to get to.

We really liked the setup and efficient small rooms. Just could have used some better air flow since the ooms were quite small. Surrounding area was under construction but close enough to the downtown core

Cheap and cheerful.

Staff friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast good. Tram very close to the hotel.

Location, was pretty good, and transportation was available through the use of the tram

amazing value for money, handily located to the tram and buses, also an easy walk to the river front. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. I don't think I'd like to stay here for a week as the rooms, unsurprisingly, are on the small side, but it's fine for 2 or 3 nights.

I love that the hotel has an ecofriendly initiative, but in June, with the temperature going 29C, it’s very difficult to sleep without air conditioning. It’s very hot, and humid. I appreciate the staff giving us a fan to try and stay cool for the night, but my husband and I still kept waking up all sweaty. The area around the property are mostly under construction, as I assumed, so there is a lot of dust around. There aren’t a lot of dining options as well, but close enough to the city center anyway.
The staff are very lovely though, and very accomodating.

Room was small but good for what we paid for it was clean and had everything we needed. Only issues was the tap leaked a bit and the bathroom wall was super thin. It was also too warm on a night with no air conditioning remote. However it was a great place to stay could come and go as we pleased with kind staff.

I have travelled all over the world and this dump , trumps everything. I'm certain there are bigger prison cells then these "rooms" no more then 8ft by 8ft in size. The 1 tiny window has no blind or curtains so for privacy, you have to roll down a steel shutter, which makes room have no light at all. God help anyone staying here if it is warm. Didn't have breakfadt , has i could only see bread and eggs and no fresh coffee or juice. Cheaper to eat in a local bakery and definitely nicer food. Had 1 pint of rotten lager here and cost 7.50e , definitely the most expensive beer in Bordeaux . No where to leave bags for few hours and if you want late check out, you have to ask in advance . ABSOLUTELY UNDER CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD I STAY HERE

The listing said breakfast included, air conditioning and laundry services would all be provided. None of that was true. My room hadn't been cleaned when I showed up, the breakfast was expensive and I was not allowed to leave my bag there after check out. Overall not a good experience.

Vi where 9 people who came to spend the night. Not allowed to store suitcases at the Hotel before check in time. We Even asked to pay for this, but no! We were then robbed of all my luggage including passport. There was no airconditioning in tiny rooms and a workplace beside started hammering away at 07.15.
Absolutely terrible. Police and authorities in Bordeaux was fantastic. STAY AWAY!!!!!
