Lieu de transit court uniquement pour dormir.

Chambre spacieuse.

La personne à l’accueil lorsque nous sommes arrivés vers minuit était désagréable. Il avait de jolis colliers dommage que son comportement n’était pas aussi joli. Les sanitaires sentaient très très mauvais et les serviettes n’étaient pas très propre. Les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité.

situation géographique et petit déjeuner

Le lit complémentaire au dessus du lit double est une source de problèmes si l'on y prête pas attention. Quelques bosses à prévoir.

Un letto per dormire

Il parcheggio gratuito. Colazione ok

La puzza permanente nei corridoi e nel bagno, i muri sottili quindi si sentiva tutto. Pavimento sporco e formiche sul tavolino. Per dormire una notte e risparmiare va bene

Отношение персонала , чисто и уютно ! Можно оставить машину или вещи после выселения без проблем до вечера!

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. No shops or anything around . So unless you have a car you are stuck

Very good value. Clean. Easy access to Bordeaux.

For the price this hotel is great. Very basic but it is so easy to get into the centre of Bordeaux (the tram is literally a 2 minute walk away and takes 20 minutes). Parking was free, and plentiful, it was clean and comfortable and the reception staff were brilliant- they explained the trams (in perfect English).

All you need after a long journey...shower, comfortable bed, good location and A+++ staff

For several years we stop/stay at this hotel when travelling south. Location is very good, rooms are clean and comfortable with all the essentials required after several hours driving. Bonus points for allowing our 4 legs companion !!!! Also would like to give a big THANK YOU to your reception staff, they always try to help and accommodate our needs, cant leave out the night porter as well...what an amazing team!!!!

Horrible odor, carpets outdated, small toilet and worst lift. The A/C doesn't work properly. Better pay a little more and stay in another same area

Basic but reasonably comfortable and good breakfast at a reasonable price.

Close to a tram straight into the heart of Bordeaux with no hassles parking.

The bathroom light stopped working and it was too late to have it fixed.

- Bed was hard as a rock. Might as well sleep on the floor. If the only thing you offer is basically a bed, make sure it is comfortable.

Give this one a miss if you can

The staff were helpful

The electricity in our room did not work properly - at first the lights to the main room would not work, then the bathroom lights did not work. The wifi was difficult to connect, I needed staff help (connecting to wifi should be easy not difficult). The wifi was unsecured without a password and my computer security system was not happy. The floor of our room was vinyl but the carpeted hallways were stained and clearly no effort had been made to clean it (our room and bathroom seemed clean enough).

would have liked duty manager to have taken sympathy on our plight, instead it was an unprofessional response. to which

didn’t see it, broke down two hours away - punctured tyre phoned hotel to explain we would be unable to get to hotel that night - woman in reception simply said ‘okay’ and hung up. terrible customer service

Fake room pictures

Decently clean, ok beds.

Fake pictures from a standard IBIS room. Real rooms look nothing like what is presented on the site. Corridors are old, small, obscure and downright depressing. Rooms are much worse than standars Ibis budget rooms (I've been to a few). Everything is old and used up. I only stayed for one night but if I booked for longer I would have to look for something else.
