Third time we have stayed here in less than 12 months.
Location is great and within walking distance to everywhere central. Great location beside the river for walks and exercising.
Gym set up is very good with a mini studio to do a virtual spin class on a large screen.
Restaurant staff in the morning are lacking serious training and attention to detail which really lets the hotel standards down.
The hotel parking is a nightmare with only room for approx. 15 cars in one row, I have seen the Man City coach park in the car park alongside the hotel opposite the parked cars and yet you're not allowed to park cars in the same space? There is also parking available underneath the actual hotel but this is for Travelodge guest next door, this doesn't make any sense at all, when this hotel is much bigger than the Travelodge!!

Very welcoming staff, lovely and clean. The bar and restaurant area are lovely and the cooked breakfast buffet was very good.

Located along the fabulous Quayside walkway. The breakfast is excellent. The onsite restaurant serves delicious food and the hotel is very close to other amazing eateries. We loved our room and found it beautifully quiet.

Very nice hotel.
5.0
Excellent rooms and location.
Slightly on the pricy side, but I suppose you’re paying for location and style.
Check in was disappointing, sat and watched numerous other checking in with speed and no issues. We were annoyed as our room wasn’t ready by the guaranteed 3pm check in. Looked to be a one off, but can’t not mention it as it did annoy us.
Rooms them selves are fab quality, big and spacious. We had a terrace room and enjoyed sitting looking over the tyne and bridges! We thankfully hit on to go on the two days of Geordie summer so it was gorgeous to sit in the sun.
Breakfast was expensive we thought, so we went to local Tesco bought pastries and ate them on the terrace.

This is a great hotel, lovely rooms, helpful and hospitable staff, free soft drinks in the mini bar. Excellent breakfast. Great views over the river. However, car parking is an issue - I ended up a 10 minute walk away, had to drag heavy case through rain - not ideal for someone of a certain age

Amazing hotel which far exceeded expectations

Friendly and efficient reception, lovely large and comfortable room, good pizza restaurant. We had a great view too. No complaints at all, would definitely come back. Only thing to note is the shower is part of the main room. It's mostly frosted, but still weird to me. I hate that, but many people won't mind.
2.5
Great staff, excellent restaurant - rooms are quiet, which is far from a given in Newcastle, but hotel still has good atmosphere in the bar.

Great location and a modern clean hotel. Breakfast is excellent. Only negative was that the England women’s team were stopping and they had a function on the first floor, went to public toilets located on first floor and was approached by an England track suited midget who rudely told me to get back in the lift !!

Really great hotel! Friendly staff, great rooms with thoughtful amenities and great location. Our room had a great view of the river and the complimentary drinks were a nice touch. We ate at the Gino restaurant on site which was great. All staff members were so friendly and welcoming. Location was about a 20 minute walk out of the city centre, but loads of bars and restaurants nearby

It was fantastic. Staff were friendly and hotel was spotless. No complaints from me

fantastic. great view. of the river and bridges from our balcony room. Reception staff and room service exceptional. They even gave us a bottle of prosecco as it was our anniversary. Can't fault the hotel, brilliant stay.
3.0
I didn’t like the fact that the shower and wash basin were in the room and only the wc was separate. The music in the evening in the bar area was too loud but the guy refused to turn it down slightly despite a polite request and the fact that our group was the only one there and we couldn’t hear above the noise. My keycard didn’t work and I couldn’t get into my room at the end of the evening.

Staff were really attentive and helpful. Comfortable bed and decent size room

The hotel is in a great location, everything we wanted to do was accessible by foot, the room was nice, staff were friendly. It was disappointing that the gym was closed but otherwise we enjoyed our visit

Excellent staff and location with a modern contemporary hotel. Sensibly priced stay and good value .

Nothing negative to say about staff, comfort, cleanliness etc. Just had a problem connecting to the WiFi. Would be useful to have a sign on the Quayside to identify the hotel.
