Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly every time we interacted with them. We left our bags with the front desk (at no charge) on day of checkout so we could explore the city one last time. Highly recommended and would stay here again. Convenient location to Asakusabashi station, only 3 minute walk.

This is an amazing place to stay for families. When we previously stayed we’ve always had to get 2 rooms for our family of 4, which was not ideal when the kids were younger.
It’s nice that the toilet is in a separate room so that the shower/bath can be used even if someone is using the toilet. It was also nice that there were 2 bathroom sinks.
Even though we didn’t cook, we did end up using the refrigerator/freezer, microwave and toaster oven quite a lot. It was great to have real utensils and dishes, and they even provided dishwashing detergent, a sponge, a drying towel and a dish rack for convenience.
Since it was hot during our stay, we ended up doing laundry every day so that it wouldn’t stink. The W/D is very small so a day’s worth of clothes for 4 is about all it can handle. The dryer takes forever so we ended up using their hangers a lot.
As others have mentioned, it’s a quick walk to public transit (the JR is literally a block behind the hotel) and there are several markets and restaurants in the area and a yummy Taiyaki place right on the corner.
The staff is always pleasant and courteous, but don’t expect them all to be fluent in English (it’s their country after all and they have visitors from lots of places). But with a translator app and hand gestures you can pretty much still get what you need from them.
We didn’t mind not having daily housekeeping since they will still take your trash or dirty towels every day
Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had an overall great time at this hotel. We have no complaints. Everything was perfect! The service was so excellent, and the room was very clean and organized. My children enjoyed the interior design of the game room very much. It was also a convenient location to go to close attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very convenient to access by Sobu line.
Family Room is big enough for family with kids so that I don't need to be separated into 2 or 3 rooms if I choose other normal hotel with standard room size.

Family trip. We are 2 adults and 4 kids. Kids love the room. 2 supermarkets are nearby. Room includes small kitchen and laundry, nice.

This is a relatively new property so everything is in good condition. We have 2 kids, the bunk bed definitely helped given Japan’s limited space in most hotels. Wash machine dryer in the unit is a BIG plus!!!

The facility was quite modern and updated. Is economical considering the size of the room, which comes with the washer and dryer. They even have cooking pots and rice cooker. We Didn’t use it, but it was nice to have if you were the cooking type.
My only complaint was the check-in time they didn’t allow me to check in one hour ahead of the 3 PM appointed time all the other hotels I’ve been to will accommodate so this is a little disappointment but no biggie. I just sit in the lobby for 40 minutes and they check me in at 2:40.

Great for a family of four! Staff is very friendly

Great location for taking train. Within 5 minutes walking distance from Asakusabashi station of the Asakusa train line. Shopping, restaurants and groceries all within 5 minutes walking distance. Property is clean with good amenities. Washer dryer combo machine let you do laundry. Small fridge and cook top let you do small cookings. We had a room with bunk bed wich is great for family of 4.

Great location that is only 5 mins from Tokyo Subway Line and JR station. 24-hour grocery store right across the street and Lawson's next door. Nice big spacious rooms especially for Tokyo. Staff was friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage for us for a few hours on the last day which was great!

Wonderful clean rooms in a quiet area with lots of restaurants.
4.8
Easy transportation access and lots of restaurants nearby.

Really great place for our family of 4 - everything really was great. Proximity to train stations, quiet, clean and perfect size.

It was ok..staff were lovely. Shower had no hot water and very little spray. Overpriced.
4.8
For a family of five. Very roomy, clean we enjoyed our stay.
I would recommend this hotel to my famlies going to Japan in August and October. Fifteen minutes walk to Starbucks and McDonald’s
4.8
Hotel was clean, quiet and located close to subway station. Staff was very nice and accommodating.
4.8
Great place for our family. By American standards a little tight (for a family of four), but so is everything in Japan. There is a grocery story right across the street - super convenient. There is a little food district within 3 minutes walking. Try the BBQ place (my six year old called it "cow butt" you'll know why). Also two minutes away is Asakusabashi station so it is very easy to tap into the the subway system.
If you are shipping luggage, there is a 25kg weight limit. And it takes two days to get stuff to a different town. Just keep that in mind. I would stay here again.
The facility was clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was convenient.

Very good however please re-check the property address. The taxi had difficulty finding it and there are three MonDay hotels within walking distance of each other. Perhaps google maps has it wrong.
4.8
Safe and quiet neighbourhood away from the main city.
4.8
The hotel is very clean! The front desk is super helpful! Really enjoyed our stay!
4.8
Close to Asakusabashi train station. Full size kitchen with washer/dryer. Spacious room for three adults. Two grocery stores across the street plus a Lawsons.

Great location
4.8
It's very quiet, close to everything. The best part is that the 24 hour grocery store is right across the street, it has everything we need.
4.8
Clean, quiet, spacious, safe. Just wish the subway line had more direct connections to the popular tourist spots.
4.8
Everything about this hotel was OK. Rooms were small, storage was limited, room configuration is weird, the beds were too firm, the pillows were not soft, the toilet was too small, the room was clean, the additional beds were portable mattresses that were stored in a closet that had no compartments. The kids had to sleep on the floor on these portable folding mattresses. The hotel is close to a train station and there are restaurants and shops around it. Overall, the hotel served its purpose and I don';t have strong emotions or opinion about it other than it was just OK.
4.8
Clean, comfortable and convenient. Bathroom and toilet are separate. Very good to have a konbini just downstairs and a supermarket across the road. There are eateries nearby and I like that it is away from the madness of the shopping district.

Will come back!!

I spent 4 nights with my daughter and 3 teenager grandchildren. All 5 of us enjoyed the stay. Very clean and comfortable. Close to both JR and Toei Subway stations.

Very close to transit.

Excellent apartments. Great size, comfortable, with a lot of useful amenities (like a washer and dryer in the bathroom where we stayed). The surrounding area is really lovely, with the train station around the corner, plenty of places to eat, several convenience stores and a grocery store.
4.8
For families are enjoyable for hospitality and faciltities! Definitely will come back.

What a great way to start our Japan adventure. A short walk to and from the Asakusabashi station. There is a grocery right across the street. Our room was clean, very comfortable and provided all you could want for any number of days. The staff was great!!, helpful and friendly and patient during communication! We will definitely stay here again if in the area.
4.8
Close to stores, place is clean and easy access to trains

The room setup is not good. I tripped on the bed lining at the end of the bed and required 4 stitches from hospital.
Too much things in the room I booked and despite being a game room you still have to pay to play the video games. As other room were full, we booked this room instead but the coffee table at the end of the bed is a disaster. There were also no acknowledgement for the hotel as well.
