Beautiful room with very nice view. Very comfortable. Parking is available a couple of blocks away. The restaurant was awful. I had fish and chips that were severely overcooked. They served them anyway. No server came to check on us until my wifes meal was done. Mine was not edible. They apologized and I had to ask for the meal to be free of charge. They did not offer.

The hotel has a very poor location with views of a parking lot and lacks appeal. Our XL room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a good bed and soft bedding. Breakfast was okay but unremarkable. The pool area and covered terrace were dull and could benefit from some lights and plants to match the stylish reception furniture. The restaurant's view is of a bland concrete wall and blue metal cover, which is uninspiring. Adding some attractive palms or similar would improve the view, instead of seeing people on smoke breaks. The hotel is overpriced for its location and overall quality. The beach is large, but only a few restaurants are cozy; most have loud music and a typical touristy vibe. The hotel's website photos are misleading and don't reflect the disappointing location. We would have preferred quality and coziness over quantity.

Great location on the beach close to some amazing restaurants

A cool, new hotel near the beach and marina. It’s a bit of a walk to town though and there is no parking for guests or taxis. There is a garage for people staying at the hotel.

It took us 3/4 hour to check-in.
2 elevators for the whole building?

Was a great experience staying here. Hotel is very opulent with amazing sea views though it is a bit remote, with the nearest public transit stops a twenty minute walk from the hotel. Restaurant has good options and affordable.

The whirpool has a light that blinks all night, we had to cover it up with a towel.(maybe there is a way to turn it off, but after 20 minutes of trying we gave up) Also the deposit is 150€(never seen it so high), but you get it back by check out(if you paid by card it takes 3-4 business days...). It is not allowed to bring your own alcohol and consume it there. Also that we needed to pay 40€ for 2 days parking space is so annoying. They have no own parking lot. For a 4 Star Hotel kinda customer unfriendly. Overall it was an awesome experience, we loved the view and the whirlpool. Very clean and nice staff

Great new hotel, nicely designed and decorated rooms, amazing view of the sea and friendly staff. Some points for improvement: the area around the hotel is not fully finished yet and the brand of tea bags makes you feel like you're at work, just standard, not so much for tea lovers.

Excellent location, right by the harbour and the beach. Would not recommend the twin rooms. Very narrow beds and noise from the nonstop boat engines when sleeping with the windows open. King size room was much better, and thanks to the hotel for kindly switching us. Hotel is very new and in good condition. Spa area has generous opening hours and a great view. Parking only accessible outdoors. It’s not far but with wind and rain it could be quite unpleasant. Closest access to public transportation is a 10-15 minute walk. Plastic single use cups in the rooms should be replaced by reusable versions.

Very nice location of the hotel and new infrastructure of the hotel, modern and well equipped.
However, the performance of the staff drags down the overall rating: long queues every afternoon when checking in, which is also caused by the staff not working efficiently. The "reception" telephone didn't even arrive; it only worked the fourth time. My daughter's request whether they could put a table candle or something similar on the breakfast table on my birthday was completely ignored. So despite explicitly mentioning my birthday, there was no response.
Beds are totally uncomfortable, although they look good, they are far too narrow and soft for a 1.9 m man. I haven't slept so badly in a long time. Completely unsuitable as a single bed, but perhaps still tolerable as a double bed if you push them together. This also brings down the otherwise great room facilities and location.
When there is a lot of wind, the windows whistle extremely loudly, so you can't sleep. This appears to be a design flaw.

There is a big problem about parking. There are no affordable parking slots arround. You can get some support by an external Parking company that takes your car from arrival to departuce, but you are not able to drive the car inbetween. The front desk cannot help you where to find parking slots. There are some "Parkbee" arround, but you have to walk.
The view is really nice and its possible to swim at the small beach quite in front of the hotel.
Right at the moment there are constructions sites arround the hotel, so the way is that nice to walk.

The hotel was very new, the room comfortable and clean, with a wonderful view to the sea. I also enjoyed the pool, you can watch the sunset through the huge windows while swimming, they also had spare towels and closing lockers, so very convenient.
The only thing that was annoying was that you can’t wear swimsuit in the sauna. I wanted to go there but it was a tiny space filled with naked men and there was no option for women only, a very weird and unsafe choice from the hotel’s side.

First: no own parking for a new hotel. Count at least 26€/day for uncovered sandy and windy beach lots.
Second: minimum service in the hotel. Be aware that waiting to be served is part of the promised „surprise“ of the hotel‘s claim: at the reception (low quantity of personnel), at the elevator (only 2 for 13 floors), at the coffee machine of the breakfast (2 for the whole hotel), when ordering a drink in the evening (low quantity of personnel, and low level of memory. - you‘d better order twice).
Third: Breakfast is on narrow space, service can‘t really follow the amount of people, tables and floors can be found with remaining breakfast dirt. Service and delivery of new food ends before official ending time of breakfast.
Four: the room itself: minimum amount of towel holders, no napkins, no way to dry bathing clothes.
All in all: Exaggerated avarice for such a price (I was in an executive room)

Official check-in 3pm which was not convenient. We ended up checking in at about 9pm. Upper floor rooms wish originally noted but not honored. Lights didn’t function properly. Disappointing breakfast, both in terms of quality and choice. Cost-benefit ratio poor. Friendliness of service a mixed bag.

Impressive brand new tower hotel, full wall glass frontage to the room, great view of the huge harbour, or the ocean. Decor is impressive, art deco maritime themed. Room furniture a bit Ikea-eco minimal. Large protruding wall mounted (kitchen?) cabinet next to bed and overhanging the luggage rack caused a couple of smacked heads on its sharp corners. An insurance liability if ever I saw one. Twin beds only 75 cm wide, 2 foot 6" in imperial, I actually fell out twice as the mattress is slightly raised in the centre. Rooftop pool/spa gorgous, but just my luck the pool part was closed for maintenance for 3 of our 4 days stay. Food very tasty, prices suffering from inflation like everywhere, but the burger and fries is still under €20, just. Staff really nice. No. 11 tram 8 minute's walk, change to no. 3 for city centre. Small outdoor pool also, weather pemitting.
There's oceans of room for two 90cm/3' beds, lose or halve the depth of the dangerous cabinet, and put a mirror behind the dressing table, that would tick all the boxes for 4 *.

Whirlpool and sauna in youre own room and beautiful location

Nice new hotel feel in a good quiet location for relaxing after work, although very little night life. However it was cheaper than staying in central Den Haag and only a short taxi to the night life and more restaurant choices.

Beautifull hotel and overall comfortable stay but no access to public transport. Closest tram station is more than 1km away which made traveling with suite cases almost imposible. Temperature of pool water too cold😬

We were in Scheveningen for a Romantic Getaway.
I booked a Sea view XL room. When we arrived the staff was very nice and sweet. However we arrived at the room, I was disappointed. There was no Waterfall shower like supposed to. I told the staff but didn't do anything about it.
The fridge was empty, no options. There was a vending machine in the hallway so you had to go out of the room to have something. There was a little note telling to use the nice tap water of the city (to be ecofriendly I guess) but there was plastic cups aside.
The XL room meant more space but isn't necessary in my opinion. We could see the sea but there was construction that woke us up in the morning and wasn't nice to look at.
Overall a bit disappointed, I had high expectations. Staff was very sweet tho!

New Hotel in The Hague in an area called Scheveningen right on the beach. Rare for Holland, super beach views. City views look at a working fishing harbor, and are lots of fun. Pool at the enclosed top floor pool has infinity edge with 270 degree beach view. Great sauna / spa area freely available for guest. In total tops!

But daily staff did not remove all packaging everyday from purchase. We had empty bags and boxes lining the hallway everyday, only once removed
