Got in after a long long drive - you guys, so welcoming. The room and the facility were great. This was a stop over on the vacation and it was the place. Close to many restaurants and coffee shops, walking was safe, and everyone was so friendly.

The Kinley hotel offered an unforgettable getaway for my husband and I. Everything we needed or wanted to do was within walking distance. The free shuttle made exploring and traveling downtown fun and easy. We loved the environment, the staff was amazing and our stay will be unforgettable! We are already planning another trip here soon.

My daughter and I stayed in a room with queen bunk beds. The idea is genius for making the most of a small space, but the bunk beds creaked with every movement. Also I’m not a fan of barn doors for bathrooms, but I understand in this instance because there isn’t really room for a door to swing. Space was tight, couldn’t imagine staying here with any more people. Love the design and vibe of the hotel, but probably would not stay here again.

Not worth the price, made it so bougie that it was uncomfortable. However staff was fantastic. Valet staff did the best they could with jacked up situation of design

We very much enjoyed our stay in Chattanooga. It exceeded our expectations. The Kinley was a very nice property and well located. Staff was great! The Company restaruant was so much fun. The rooms were very spacious, but there was no place to put anything. No dresser or drawers to put your "stuff" or anything you might have brought with you. Put your bags on the floor and bend over and root aroud every time you need something. Still, we enjoyed it!

Didn’t like the room! The queen size twin bed was very difficult to use.
The ladder’s treads to the upper bed were dangerously narrow. Could not use due to fear of falling off trying to come down from bed.
The lower bed was a caution because of less head room when sitting up.
The room was awkwardly laid out. No space for a chair.
Won’t ever return!

Modern and stylish, clean and crisp except a few small things like the hallway carpeting which looks old and in need of replacement. Coffee shop and restaurant in the lobby is wonderful and staff super friendly. That's the good.
The bad: NOISY. My god this place is npisy. Thin walls and ceilings. We were on the 2nd floor and there must have been offices below us because it sounded like a work environment at 8am on Saturday and Sunday for Pete's sakes. Not what I want waking me up on vacation. Housekeeping staff were ridiculously loud in the wallways and cleaning rooms. Yelling back and forth, slamming of doors, also NOT what we want waking us up early. We poked out heads out to tell them to quiet down and they werent even on our floor, the walls being so thin and a staff so freakin loud. Will never stay here again as obviously they cannot just put better insulation into the walls but at least quiet down your office and cleaning staff in the mornings.

More help with valet
10.0 / 10.0
Parking or the lack of requires use of an off site parking lot or the valet service. The valet was not super expensive and all the attendants were great. The location is great as it’s only a mile from the river and arts district, pretty much everything is walkable. The hotel itself is very well renovated from lobby
To rooms. There is a breakfast/brunch spot and a speakeasy in the lobby, all are affordable and have great food and service highly recommend going to those while staying. The staff were all very friendly and carried this vibe of actually being happy and caring which carried over into their service, being remembered by many staff members on the stay is not something I’ve ever experienced but it was very cool. I’d highly recommend anyone visiting the Chattanooga area to stay here.

Hipster hotel - if you've stayed in them before you know exactly what I mean. Not a multi-star luxury hotel. Not a plus or a minus, just pointing it out. Big comfy bed, no issues whatsoever at the hotel, we were in Chattanooga overnight to attend a rock concert. We would stay here again ... despite being a little too old for the atmosphere.

I arrived late in the evening and was greeted at the front door by name. I was given a handwritten note of appreciation by the front desk. The decor and ambiance were excellent. The staff was outstanding from valet parking to Ellis in the speakeasy. Extending a special shout out to Kelly at the front desk who was so gracious and kind in dealing with a medical situation. We loved the special touches! Thank you.

This is a top notch hotel at a fantastic price point.
We stayed one night for my wife’s birthday and are more or less “locals” so take this review for what it’s worth. We checked in on a Sunday, had dinner and drinks, retired to our room, and checked out next morning - as was our plan.
The rooms are a bit small, but that kind of adds to the character of the place. If you’re here to get out of your room and explore Chattanooga and surrounding areas, that’s not a problem. However, they are clean, modern, and cozy. Our shower was HUGE. Again, after a day of exploring the great outdoors or the city, the rooms have everything you’ll need for a comfy stay.
The Company speakeasy bar/restaurant is a must see. Awesome food and atmosphere.
The staff are what makes the experience. From the desk clerk, to the food service staff, and even the valet, you feel like they are genuinely glad you are there. We could have spent hours just chatting it up with the lobby staff.
This is a central downtown location, so bring your earplugs. We live on a mountaintop, so we’re not accustomed to city noise. But if you want to be in the center of the hustle and bustle of Chattanooga, just steps away from buses, Uber, and a parking garage, this location can’t be beat.

Great location and comfortable rooms :). Staff was great!

We felt the price for one night ($268.50) was overpriced for the hotel. It's just ok. The staff was nice and it's clean but it doesn't have a luxury feel. Also, we parked on the street for 45 minutes and forgot to scan the code to pay for parking and received a $61 ticket.

We came in for a 1 night stay and had the best time. Elisa the Arrival Specialist was absolutely amazing, she provided excellent recommendations for things to do and great eats. I will definitely be visiting again in the summer months!

It was so perfect for our little weekend get away. I called in advanced and they helped me get some champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting in our room for when we arrived. 10/10 recommend

This hotel is very cute. I loved the whole aesthetic and the speakeasy was so cool!
Sometimes the valet parking gets very backed up, so keep in mind if you have appointments, etc. It is also extremely loud. My room was right over the valet, so the outdoor speaker could be heard in my room. I could also hear people next door and across the hall, as well as any time a door was opened or closed.

The hotel smells great when you walk in, we were warmly greeted, and our room was clean and comfortable. The decor is chic and modern, and we enjoyed both the coffee bar and the speakeasy bar. We will definitely be back!
