An apartment of sorts, it was missing a few things like bowls and a tea towel (to dry the dishes). Other than that, it was spacious and well kept. There is a bit of an odour in the bathroom, but suspect that's either the water or the drain. Quite common in Europe we find, especially when the bathroom is purely internal with no external ventilation.
Parking is available on any street around Brasov, you can use the TPark app to pay. Free from 6pm-8am and then you pay for any hours parked within 8am-6pm.
I can understand some of the reviews that made mention of the parking, as on the webpage it has slightly conflicting information e.g.,
Parking and transport
Off-site parking within 1 ft (EUR 5 per day)
Street parking available
But then if you go down to the FAQ it says:
Is parking offered on site at 92 Residence?
No, unfortunately. However, there's street parking available.
The offsite parking it refers to, is what I just mentioned above. 24 hours in zone 0 is 24 RON. You might have to hunt around a bit, but you'll eventually find something within 500m or so of the apartment - it's pretty chaotic on the streets!
The location is good and is very central for wandering around the centre.

Walking distance to every where you need to go. Everything was great just slight smell in the bathroom

The location is convenient and the flat is comfortable enough for three people for the price charged. Easy key location system, and good communication from the host.
However, there was a strong smell from the pipes in the toilet, it really stank. We flushed the toilet several times and open the sink and shower taps, but the smell kept coming back.
Extremely difficult to park. Walkable to town centre.

Nice place, close to city center, but no ventilation and no AC. Very hot and high humidity, not possible to have a normal sleep. Had to keep the street window open, but it brings a lot of noise. Fan in the bathroom is not working - entire flat become very humid.

The communication was faulty. I was not warned that I might not be able to find a parking space near the hotel. I found it about 300m from the hotel. Finding the address and entering the room was conditional on creating the account, accessing some links and especially filling out some check-in sheets (all in English) while I was behind the wheel. The person who answered the phone was very sensitive and because I would have yelled at him, he hung up on me. On the next call he told me I was naughty. After many misadventures worthy of a detective novel with keys and traps we arrived at the building (it turned out not to be a hotel in the true sense of the word), contrary to the instructions (the room was supposed to have a light on at the door and the key would have been found inside), I did not find the camera open (something not recognized by the communicator) and gave up. I entered the room at about 5.30 p.m. The room was pleasant, well furnished and equipped (toaster not working) and had a working dehumidifier. I later understood why. The room had moisture at the bottom of the walls, which was very serious. The entrance gate to the building looks desolate and the access corridors to the rooms are full of garbage bags, leftover packaging and disused furniture. We were warned to clean up and take out the trash at the end of our stay, otherwise we risked a fine. I would not recommend this experience to anyone. The person who answers the phone has an unqualified attitude.

Excellent place in a great location!

The property offers 3 parking options but in reality there is only one. Pay 5 Euro. The property works in a dishonest way understand they are being transparent when it comes to parking.
The interest fact is that after I raised the issue, the property manager blocked communication and I had to spend hours with Expedia to get the property to communicate with me.
They also recently removed this option of their description:
“On site park includes off street options.”
The place is cute and clean but the bathroom door is right by the bed. Ideal if you want to enjoy your partner Morning evacuation.
Not my thing btw….

Very nice safe area with beautiful views. The property was clean and in a satisfactory condition.

The property was exactly as advertised, and 500m from the city center. Except that you will only receive the code in the afternoon of your check in.
You can see a street in one of the pictures - the windows are at street level. This street is a dead-end with almost no car traffic (and it leads to a nice promenade). In the corner of the building there is a coffee shop that put loud music at 8AM - be warned!.

The apartment is really well located, just around the corner of the central square and with view to the park, very close to the cable car. It had a good size and was well kept. Unfortunately, it was a bit limited regarding cooking options - just a microwave, no hob/oven, no water kettle for tea/coffee, limited cutlery. But we liked it a lot there.

We had a horrible experience because of cockroaches and bad communication with the owner.
My boyfriend woke up in the middle of the night and saw a cockroach. He woke me up, and we saw a few running towards wholes in the wall, at least 5. We even saw one walking on our clothes we had left outside of our bags. We called the property owner to let them know we didn’t feel comfortable staying there, but they didn’t have any other room available. They told us to take a picture of the cockroaches in order to get a refund. At 2 in the morning, there was no way of us finding another room in the area. We had to go through all of our bags to make sure none of them were inside, closed them shut, placed them in height to prevent cockroaches from going back in. We then slept with the lights open in the upstairs bed, hoping the cockroaches wouldn’t come up. Since we had opened the lights and walked around, the cockroaches all went back in the walls and didn’t come out, hence we couldn’t take a picture. We called back in the morning and were told that the deal was to take a picture, and that without one we couldn’t have a refund. The owner didn’t believe us, and even accused us of scamming him. He could’ve simply have the room checked before accusing us of lying, and then decide to refund us once he would’ve noticed there actually were cockroaches.
This really ruined our night and the communication with the owner was inacceptable.

Beautiful location in the center of the old town of Brasov. We booked at the last minute and it all worked out. The room is very large and nicely furnished. we would come back anytime.
