The parking was great and check in was quick. The rooms are very dark and 2 lightbulbs were blown so we couldn’t do much about the darkness! It was also a little grubby and run down feeling. The floor in the bathroom wasn’t very clean and the shower flooded. Wouldn’t stay again but it was relatively cheap.

It was a pleasant stay

The room temperature was unbearably hot.
No way of cooling the room
This made sleeping so uncomfortable that sleep wasnt possible.
So it was a sleepless night for both of us.
Not what you want when you have a long day of travel the next day

Terrible stay. Its 0040 hours and im in the hotel room unable to sleep. The A/C doesnt work and the room is boiling, can hardly breath with no air in the room. No soundproofing between rooms. Noisy fridge. Would not return
4.0
Difficult location from train station, lethal to cross the road from bus stop when dark.
Needs some maintenance but sleep and rooms were very good so overall fine.

Check in was very hostile, not very welcoming. Everything else was just average, nothing special but nothing wrong!
We stayed after a late flight from Gatwick and it was perfect for just a one night stay.
Bathroom was quite worn down and could have been cleaner but to be honest we were so tired and from the late flight we didn’t care too much.
4.0
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I was just staying over between flights, and had a great sleep and a very nice breakfast. Starbucks franchise is available at the bar too which was great.
My only minor dislikes were that the bathroom was so compact there was nowhere to put my toothbrush (not exactly a life altering problem!!) The lighting in the room was also not good, the mirror in the bathroom was backlit but provided almost no additional light, and the light in the hallway area in front of the mirror was a spotlight, basically meaning getting adequate light to put on makeup was impossible. Again, not exactly a major problem, just that I'd expect slightly better design from the Radisson brand.
Overall, a very comfortable and quiet hotel with good links to the airport.

Unfortunately even though I have stayed here before I made a human error and booked an incorrect night which I noticed immediately and contacted them to see if I could have it for the Tuesday instead of the Wednesday. This request was declined and I lost my money. Very disappointed as it was clear and obvious within the time I booked to contact them but very little compassion and happy to take the money

The Hotel is closed by Gatwick Airport and offers all amenities. I booked the hotel only to use the shuttle service but the bus left before the time set in the timetable forcing me to book an uber and spent 20£ for 1 mile. Needless to say that the fact the breakfast starts at 6.30 am is not also helping. I have contacted the hotel to make a complaint about the shuttle leaving 6 minutes before the time set up in the displayed timetable but they did not find useful to reply.

Hotel design trying to be cool but missing some very practical things—towel racks, counter space, room between the sink and toilet, lights in room too dark etc. So typical of these business hotels. Transportation to Crawley not bad but the public bus stops at an odd place and there’s basically no walkway so pretty scary crossing the freeway. Front desk clerk recommended an Uber to London….1.5 hrs later…idk the price WAS comparable to the train but omg 90 minutes is so long.

The room was comfortable but a little tired the bed and pillows very comfy. Food for dinner was average breakfast was worse cold food average service. Staff very helpful for late checkout overall the comfy bed was definitely the highlight

On check in. Could not find booking. Was told there was an error with booking even though I had bookint reference and prepaid. Was given incorrect room. Had booked a runway view room with 2 single beds and received a double bed without view (even though paid extra for this)

Comfortable bed and nice hotel room. Shower water would leak into room however not ideal. And waiting a while for the food. Would come back as ideal location next to airport.
4.0
The room was reasonably clean, not sparkling by any means, but clean enough. The windows didn't open unfortunately and there was a very strong smell of either men's cologne or cleaning products, either way it was overwhelming. Good location for the airport and quiet. Not sure why the hotel says no parking when there is lots of it there.

AIRPORT HOTELS HAVE INHERENT DIFFICULTIES
LOTS OF NOISE ALL NIGHT LONG. Pepple slamming doors and talking loudly. Tiny bathroom with slippery fiberglass mini shower. Air conditioning turns off automatically after 4 hours.

We were sent there due to a flight cancellation and initially the Manager was helpful, given the chaotic circumstance. The food on offer was awful, just about edible. We had to stay a second night because the flight was booked two days later. Nothing was said until we were told to check out or pay for an extra night. The Manager told us to book via an agent because it was cheaper (not so) and then produced an invoice at checkout for £35 less than I paid. When I started to query this he quickly became angry, accused me of being rude, asked me to move so he could deal with other customers, refused to give me his name, and when another person complained about the delay, he scribbled his name on the "invoice" illegibly and tossed out the spelling. Worse was to come: after paying for the transport, a rogue operator picked us up at the bus stand and we had to pay another £18 to get back to the airport on top of what we already paid. Breakfast was another fiasco - asked for eggs "sunny side up", "yes. Soft" and the yolks could have been used as hockey pucks! We were woken up twice at 2.20 and 2.35am by a fire alarm, and insultingly, "comped" a breakfast for the inconvenience, that was already included in the "non-refundable" room price, and nothing else was taken off the bill. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place: You will be left seeing RED. Simply awful. Sadly, some of the staff were helpful, even though they were overwhelmed.

The toilet in my bedroom had a broken cistern and was noisy all night. The aircon was not working properly. The food selection was awful with stale looking sandwiches the only thin on offer at 1030pm. When checking out I asked if I had to pay for the airport shuffle and was told no only to find out we did have to pay…
A one off experience and would not recommend to someone I disliked intense.

Overnight after a red eye flight. Taxi yo hotel £22 but there is a shuttle £6 each. Got an early check in. Food was great. Only problem was house keeping walking straight into room without knocking just as I was leaving shower, she thought it was a departure room.

Don't appreciate arriving at the hotel late to find there are no parking facilities (all spaces taken) or directions to alternative parking. Not happy!!!!

We booked at the last minute thinking we preferred to be at Gatwick ready for our flight the next day, as so many road works between where we live and the airport. The room and shower were small but just what we needed. Had to wait a little while to check in but the guy gave us complimentary parking so that was a bonus (normally £12 overnight) We ate in the restaurant which was nice food, basic menu.
The room was unfortunately very hot and the air con was just a fan blowing hot air around. I mentioned it when checking out and the receptionist was horrified that we hadn’t mentioned it before as it could have been fixed but too late by then. I suppose we should have.

Close to airport , proved shuttle service for a small fee ,
Clean , comfortable.

To get a taxi or Uber to the hotel was £20 for one mile. Rather than pay that, out of principle I booked a new hotel.
I messaged the hotel who did get back to me but by that time I was in the new hotel and asleep. They do provide a shuttle bus with tickets for £5. I didn’t see any information on that, it’s at the bus stop apparently. They need to make this clear in booking and send emails with the details.

The hotel was great but no food and drink after 10pm

Building and facilities are good.
Friendly staffs. No problem with early check-in. Included breakfast is very decent. Choice of coffees, juices and hot items. All you can eat buffet. There's a restaurant and bar in the hotel that serves dinner until 9:30pm. Their fish & chips is really good for 13.5 pounds.
The hotel does not have it's own shuttle to Gatwick airport. There is an area wide hotel shuttle that runs on a schedule. Cost is 5 pounds. Lots of Uber and Bolt rides available. Public buses to both north and south terminals are 5 minutes walk.
The walls between rooms are thin, definitely can hear conversations from next door. There is no electrical outlet in the bathroom. My wife finds that a little inconvenient.
The dispensers in the shower for shampoo and conditioner were empty. Bodywash was at 1/3. Love the big and fluffy bath towels.
Security concerns: deadbolt lock was not aligned properly, couldn't get it to work.
In room safe is big enough for most laptops, but it's not bolted down.

The price was right, the hotel services worked well. This was a big improvement on our last hotel in Uxbridge. We needed something near Gatwick and this worked fine.

At this hotel you're going to pay for absolutely everything including drinking water. This hotel do not offer anything for free.
The bus transportation you will have to pay for every time you go to the airport. Hotel shuttle bus is at 5pound per person so you can imagine that cost going up every time you were to go to the airport to take the train into town.
The room are extremely dark including the hallway very limited light even in the rooms because of the black wall.
Also,I would think that housekeeping is every day for some reason persons trays were left in the hallway with garbage, for a few days.
My husband even place a trash bag out in front of our room door and the guest in the front of us was also placing their stuff also in the trash bag.
Convenient for airline employees but not the sight seekers.
