Sofa bed was not ready for the triple room. There were some old sheets folded in the sofa. We had to ask for bedding and make the sofa bed ourselves. No bodywash was left in the bottle. We specifically asked for our room to be cleaned everyday. They forgot that first day. We reminded in the afternoon. When we returned at night, the room was still not cleaned. When I complained and asked at least for new towels from the reception at night, the fella was nowhere near being apologetic. He even paused and gave me a dirty look. Imagine that! I tried so hard not to escalate the situation. Our room was facing the sloping highway. So, you hear a lot of engine brake noise of big trucks 24/7. Lobby and room are clean and sleek. Breakfast is good. At the end of the day, this is service business. When the service sucks, design and good food just doesn't cut it.

The hotel is clean and safe with easy parking. Our issue was the bed was extremely firm. Also the AC is extremely noisy and since the hotel is along an interstate there is lots of vehicle noise.

The hotel was beautiful and smelled very good the moment my husband and I entered. Our room was neat, loved his name was on the tv in a welcome greeting. Only con was the young lady at the front desk who did not say her name and was kind of non professional while checking us in. Other then that it was a wonderful stay.

No complimentary breakfast, expensive diner menu and drink selection, almost no amenities in the rooms. It was a clean and comfortable experience but overall felt very lackluster for a hotel this scale.

While I have stayed here a few times, it seems as though they have incorporated a water softner into their facility since I was there last time. During my shower it was very slippery on the shower stall floor. Be careful. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable.

Hotel tries to be upscale. Receptionist wasn’t around much. A/C too loud. Breakfast should have been complimentary. It wasn’t worth 16 dollars. WATER SOFTENER! I hate them! Got out of shower feeling like I had been covered in slime! That being said, it was fine for a one night stay. The hotel does look really nice and was priced well.

The room was very nice. Comfortable beds with fantastic pillows, and a lot of them. Clean, clean, clean. Clean room, linens, and the bathroom was spotless. Large, well appointed bathroom, with plenty of towels. Couldn't find the switch to turn on the exhaust fan while showering. Oh, and the view from my room was amazing...the parking lot! Lol. Overall, my stay was excellent.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. However, there was only one towel in the bathroom (easily got another after asking, but I figured two would be standard when I booked a room for two adults). There was no water pressure in the shower, and they have the large mounted shampoo / conditioner / soap - which I love for less waste! But the shampoo was completely empty, and of course I didn’t check before the shower with enough time to request a refill. I feel that should have been part of the room cleaning before I checked in.

I was ready disappointed and pissed, April 6, 2024 when I get there at 11:00pm try to check in the front staff told us they are all booked and have no room for us, I questioned the staff what happened to my reservation? he said it first come first serve??? is anyone run into this situation??? i just don't understand how can that happened? while I book the room weeks ago, and I'm here with my reservation paper work and they said it's first come first serve??? the funny thing is they still charged my credit card while I wasn't even get a room.
