We chose this for proximity to the Kia Forum, and I guess it was worth it just from that. You will not feel at home. Our room was non-smoking but there was still a bit of a smoking scent. Weirdly, the bed was a metal frame like made from filing cabinet material and it would make a sound with every sudden movement. So, sleeping was a little uncomfortable. Aside from the bed, the rest of the furniture needs updating. Very quiet in terms of other rooms and traffic. It's sufficient for a night of convenient stay, but nothing more. Lots of parking across the alleyway, but it felt a little sketch.

This hotel if you can call it that is basic 1*, with no amenities, pictures falsified, rusted room, tv does not work, bed squeaky.shower is full of rust that I could not take a shower. I cannot recommend this hotel and will never stay in a non franchised hotel again. I prefer to pay more to ensure healthy stay. This hotel should be removed from hotels site.

I extended another night.This place is great....reasonable price ,clean,quiet near eateries and close to the airport.The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.Very very nice.I intend to return in the future just for a "stay'cation". Not far from the stadiums ,beach and a theater. A must place to stay.

It was at a convenient location with food and stores very close by. Of course the neighboring area was rundown but it's LA as for the room itself it was nice for the price. The only issues we had were the bedframe being a hollow metal box every time we barely tapped it, it sounded like thunder. There was also small stains on the pillow cases but other than that the room seemed clean.

The staff was great. It was a very no frills place with a nice sized fridge/freezer in the room. There was an earthquake while I was there and nothing fell haha. Super close to the Forum and great view of planes landing at LAX without the noise.

It is in a quiet residential area. Surroundings are very safe. Many shops in walking distance. Near LAX airport. There is a small microwave oven, very useful. But you need some microwaveable cups to make a cup of hot tea. Great price for this stay. We will come back next time.

Lobby area was kind of bare bones so we werre pleasantly surprised by the room. It was fairly Basic but recently redone and very clean. I would recommend staying here and we will probably be coming back on our next flight out of LAX.

Check-in was great. Front desk guy was warm and welcoming. Room was clean. Location is kinda meh. Only one bath and hand towel available, but I could have asked for more. Bed was not comfortable, but that’s all about preference. One really annoying item? If you accidentally bumped the bed frame, it made this loud noise like you just kicked a full piece of sheet metal. Weird choice of frame to use. TBH, it’s not a bad place. Just not for me…

The lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful during our stay allowing us to check in early and being very friendly that it makes me sad to not be able to write a great review. The room was reasonably priced so my expectations were not super high but we found the cleanliness of the room mediocre. It wasn't terrible for a night but I believe the cleaning crew/maids are not taking pride in their work. If I was the manager of this facility I would reprimand the cleaning staff and begin the search for better.

(Couple/30s/traveling for fun) Selected this property on a whim for a 2 day event at sofi stadium to avoid my original 1.5 hour commute and outrageous concert parking fees. Hotel was about 25 minutes walking distance from sofi and has plenty of food options around. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and depending on which side your room is on you may be able to see planes land at LAX from your window. Our windows on the 3rd floor even opened about 6 inches, then and only then could you hear the planes and traffic passing. Parking was $5 a day and right outside the building. Our room had a large tv with tons of channels, a small dining area with a bar sink, minifridge and microwave and an a/c that blew freezing cold air. Overall, this hotel was a great choice for the price and location. The friendly staff and parking made it even better for me. I will definitely book here again the next time i come to an event at sofi stadium. The only hiccup we had was that our room keys deactivated and we needed to get them "reactivated" to open our door. I spent about 5 minutes repeatedly swiping my key until i was seen by another guest with the same issue who told me to go to the front desk. Problem was solved immediently, was given new cards that worked the rest of my stay.

The service is terrible. Reception gave me a key to a room that is occupied. I came 6x from 4th floor to front desk and keep telling him it won’t open and it’s locked from the inside. He keep giving me different key until after an hour of going back and forth he decided to go with us to the room and he himself is surprise that it’s occupied. Then we went back to the front dest desk for the 7th time and give us another room. Again I went back and forth for another 3x cause the key ain’t working at all. It took us an hour and half to get into our room. It was a terrible experience as we just want to rest after work. Room is beautiful and clean though. It’s big and quiet as well. Area little scary. If you park make sure your not alone especially if your a girl.
