Cabin was exactly as advertised, very clean and a very short drive to the National Park. Will definitely stay again.

Cabin was well equipped. Lower bedroom sheets kept coming off bed. Could use some under cabinet lighting, especially where coffee pots are located. Over door hooks on main floor bedroom and bathroom would be helpful. Hangers in upstairs closet would be nice for coats. Nothing major, but more helpful. Enjoyed our stay and very happy we took the peaceful side of the mountain. Will come again.

Cabin appears to be fairly new, and very well maintained. Didn’t need all the extra room or amenities it provided, but it was all available if we had. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for two nights and it couldn’t have been better. The cabin is clean and better than pictured. I didn’t think that could be possible. Cades Cove is a very short scenic drive away. Gatlinburg/ Pigeon Forge is a manageable drive and I was grateful to be away from the noise. It truly is the peaceful side of the Smokies!! I’d definitely rent from them again if/when I’m back in the area. Communication was great with the renters and there was information on the area and activities provided. We literally couldn’t have asked for better.

I was there for my daughter’s wedding, and there weren’t any closets to hang our dresses and suits except on main floor in foyer. There weren’t any dressers except one on the main floor. Overall the place is beautiful, but prepare to live out of your suitcase if you book a stay.

The cabin was well thought out and clean. For example, light switches were labeled which was so helpful. The location was convenient to accessesing all Townsend had to offer but also quiet. The hosts stayed in touch and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! I would 100% recommend this cabin and already are planning on booking again to bring more family along!

This was a great rental. It was exactly as advertised. We have stayed in Townsend often camping and in other cabin rentals but this was the nicest cabin. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a stress free trip.

This property is in the perfect spot close to Great Smoky National Park, Cades Cove, Tuckaleechee Caverns, numerous riding stables, hiking trails and zip lining. After spending the day enjoying the mountains, come back to relax in the hot tub. We were in town for a wedding and glad that we had a couple extra days to enjoy the area. The 2 bedroom(plus loft) with 2 bathrooms was perfect for our family of 4. We had great communications from the host with detailed instructions that made our stay very easy and comfortable. We will definitely look to stay here again if we are ever in the area.

We had a wonderful long weekend. The cabin was extremely clean, and the owners added so many extra wonderful touches. They had delicious coffee from a local shop and my children loved the chocolate bear from the local candy shop. It's extremely convenient to walk down the hill to the Townsend walking trail and just right off the main path of the town. The porches/deck/hottub were all wonderful and the beds were very comfy. We come to Townsend several times a year for hiking and events and am so glad we found this cabin. Would definitely stay here again.

The cabin is as advertised with two separate living areas each with bedroom and bathroom and a loft with twin beds for kids. We didn't use that part. It was clean and well stocked with a gas grill and a hot tub that some of us took advantage of. When I needed anything Molly was right on top of it, but we really didn't need much as everything was pretty much provided. I really enjoyed our stay and we would do this again. There is an identical cabin next door with a common driveway and parking area. It would be a really nice setup for a couple of families or groups to get together but be able to have some separation.

The cabin looks brand new and in excellent condition. The location is mostly quiet, the only noise comes from the parkway and it is minimal. The cabins are well-appointed and very comfortable for family stays away from the busy streets of Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. You can be in the park in minutes and there are several local restaurants that are very good.

Love the location. Close to Cades Cove which is why we chose Townsend. The cabin was clean with comfortable furnishings. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will very likely be staying there again if it is available!

Beautiful cabin with easy access to the park. So glad Jarad told us out the Foothills Parkway. The sunset at Look Rock was my favorite!! If you want to be away from the huge crowds this is the place.

This is a great property just a mile or two from Townsend Visitor Center and the Smokies. If you want a peaceful quiet setting this is it. The cabin was immaculate, brand new, and the hosts were attentive and welcoming. Super comfortable for my husband and me but plenty of room for another couple plus a kids loft. Kitchen was well stocked. Look no further, this cabin is a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Townsend this cabin was perfect for our family of 5. We were very comfortable we loved the games that were provided as well as the snacks that were left for us. We loved the little touches that made our stay even more enjoyable and we even got to see a bald eagle while we were there. We were about 30 minutes from pigeon forge and it was an easy drive there.

The cabin was everything that is listed. It is only a couple hundred yards off the main road going through town, convenient to local restaurants and national park entrance. It is also only 15-20 minute drive to Pigeon Forge. Our family loved it and will try to book the next time we visit the mountains.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Will def stay again. 4.8 stars out of 5. Nitpicky items would be not enough toilet paper in both bathrooms and the sheets seem to be too large for the mattress downstairs making it an odd sleep. Very trivial and won’t deter us from staying there many times. Bragged on it to our Jeep group.

We loved this cabin! It is very new and is well-appointed with everything you need. Kitchen has a full set of new pots and pans, utensils, etc. We appreciated the snack basket and the supply of coffee for the next morning. There were lots of hooks to hang your hiking gear and jackets. The bedside tables had handy usb plugs. We only used the main floor. Upstairs in the loft were two twin beds which would be the perfect place for our grandkids. Downstairs there was a king-size bedroom, full bath, and sitting area. This would be a great cabin to share with another couple. There is a hot tub on lower deck. Upper deck is a great place to have your morning coffee. The location is up from the main road in Townsend but it is a quiet area. We liked that we could easily get to hiking trails. One day we hiked in the morning and then swung by the cabin to have lunch on the deck before heading back into the park. Townsend is small but there is an IGA and several restaurants.

Overall it was a nice cabin and close to many things. The kitchen provided much more than we expected. Spices, oil, every pan/dish/utensil we could have wanted. The gas grill needed a good cleaning so we chose not to use it. Biggest glitch we had was on arrival, it was 80 degrees in the cabin and warmer outside. Tried turning on the a/c and nothing happened. Contacted owner right away and after trouble shooting what we could, we had to live with it for over 24 hours. It was a Sunday and no emergency service was provided. Very happy that a late day mountain storm blew in and reduced the cabin temp about 6 degrees otherwise our entire family would have all had to sleep in the bottom floor of the cabin that has a separate a/c unit. Thankful for the cooler lower floor so the baby that was with us had a safe temp to sleep in.
