Visited Greensboro for a religious event where we would be gone all evening every day. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and we all felt completely safe. Outside lights were very helpful especially since we returned late every night. Home had everything thing we needed. Only issues we had was that we could not find an ironing board in the house and had to buy one and the lawn care person came early Saturday morning and woke everyone up. I called the host and they apologized for the inconvenience. Other than that, we had an awesome stay. tthatin. Thel.to

This home is beautiful and spacious! We would go from the east side of the house to the west side and it felt like a hike LOL! The four seasons is room amazing. Everyone fell asleep in the cushy couch as a rainstorm came through.
Neighborhood was nice and the neighbors pleasant as they took their walks. Lidl's, Harris Teeter and Target are super close. The Science Center is literally around the corner.
We chose the home because it was pet friendly but our pet didn't come! Many spaces for your pets to rest and an amazing fenced dog run! Definitely recommend this home for families and their pets.

The owner was quick to respond and very friendly. The property was easy to find and access. My dogs LOVED the size of the backyard. The property was very clean inside and out and well stocked for our needs. There were tons of options for food and activities all around. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was the perfect location for us to the baseball field. The yard and hammock were wonderful. Had the chance to play Frisbee in the huge yard. Owner was very helpful and responsive.

The house was 1-3 minutes from all our activities. It was a great place to come rest and recharge. Hosts were attentive. We had plenty of towels for the weekend and the queen bed in the master was comfortable! Enjoyed drinking my coffee out on the patio in the morning and the kids cought fireflies at night. The neighbors were nice and even let us pet their dog. All in all a great stay!

This quaint cottage style home with great amenities. Very nice neighborhood. This cottage is listed as sleeping 6 max, but it also has loads of room for socializing with the family with 2 living/family rooms and a sunporch. We did not have dogs with us but noticed it is very pet friendly property with a fenced in yard. If we were going to be in the area with our pets we would definitely choose this property.

We enjoyed a weekend stay here with 3 adults and our dogs. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We spent most of our time in the enclosed living area playing board games. Our dogs really enjoyed stretching their legs in the large fenced yard which was very secure and we would have joined them on the patio if the weather was warmer. Plenty of parking on a pad behind the house with easy access to the patio and entrance. The host responded quickly to all communications and check in and check out went smoothly. I was would definitely rent this property in the future.

Charming older house with updated furniture, kitchen, appliances, and decor. The layout is a little idiosyncratic but that's part of the charm, you don't get that with houses these days. The second door to the back porch could use a lock, but I felt perfectly safe staying there on my own.
Most of the house has real hardwood floors, which is lovely, complete with raised strips at every threshold, so it could be a tripping hazard if you are especially vulnerable, but otherwise there's just a couple of steps to get in the back door. There's plenty of space for gathering if you have more people (I hardly needed it). There is tons of natural light, but the bedrooms and bathrooms all have window covers for privacy. There is lots of glass on the doors in the more public areas, but there aren't people walking by outside to be looking in!
All in all a great place to say, convenient to the Science Center, Lake Brandt, and Stamey's Barbecue, a local favorite that my family has always loved.

Just spent three days at the cottage for a three generation meet and getaway. I searched vrbo and found Andrea's cottage. From the pictures, allowing pets and close to everything we wanted to do, I chose her cottage. As nice as it looked on the computer, it is so much more impressive in person. It is spacious with two living room areas and a patio room. The privacy of the bedrooms being one at each end of the cottage, with their own bathrooms, was nice. The privacy and quietness of being on such a large lot, was very relaxing. My daughter walked her dog and felt the neighborhood was safe, and the other residents were friendly. Andrea was a great host, quick to respond. If we come back to the area, I would definitely book this cottage again.

We stayed here this weekend, 6 of us total, for a soccer tournament and it was the cutest little remodeled old farm house! We all slept comfortably as we had 4 adults and 6 kids. The kids loved having their own living room (back sun room) to hang out in away from the parents...lots of indoor space! Kids had a big fenced in yard to kick the ball around in. We had everything we needed here and enjoyed watching a couple movies on the huge tv's. Our host was helpful and quick with responses and we would def stay again. Thank you

We loved this place! It was so nice and very roomy! We went to Martinsville for the Nascar race and this was the perfect spot that was only about a 40 minute drive to the track!

In town for a wedding and to catch up with long time friends. We wanted to bring our 2 dogs, and this offered the perfect place for us and our 2 dogs to relax after the long 9+ hour drive. The house offered everything we needed!

This cottage was one of the best remodels I have stayed in. It is truly beautiful.
That being said, traveling alone as a senior woman, I had a few concerns. There were many glass doors and windows without full covers which made me uneasy at night. The cottage sits on a busy corner which left me feeling exposed. Twice I got either locked in or locked out of rooms due to the doorknobs not working.I ended up leaving early.
Had I stayed with others, maybe I would not have been as concerned so only downgrading by 1star.

Our family flew in from Seattle, to move our college student athlete into Greensboro College. This property was in a great location and had room for everyone. Our host provided the address for us, so we could get our Amazon purchased delivered there, on our desired dates. Host always responded promptly. Would recommend and we would stay here again.

My family and I drove in from Illinois for a wedding and stayed at this cottage. Check in was simple and easy, the owners were easy to contact and responded immediately while giving us privacy in the house. MUCH BIGGER than the pictures portray online! This home was beautiful, peaceful lovely neighborhood, shopping was within a 5 min drive. Overall my family had an amazing stay and we will rent this cottage everytime we come to NC to visit our family!

The house was an easy commute to Bryan Sports Park, where we were spending most of our days. The fenced in yard was great for our dog and we enjoyed the large sitting rooms to relax at the end of the day.

Pleasant, well-kept older property. Updated bathrooms and appliances.
Lots of activities, good restaurants in the area. Hostess provided excellent information and even advised an excellent bakery to obtain a birthday cake.

We booked the property for its easy drive to the Greensboro coliseum. We love the quiet neighborhood and access to walking trails and parks. The huge fenced yard was great for our dog. We come yearly for a sporting event and will definitely rebook this home for next year.

The property was clean and comfortable. Andrea was very responsive and extremely helpful and easy to work with. The house is larger than it appeared online. Large fenced in yard. House was stocked with anything I could think of. Location was great. Neighbor was nice as well. I’m a picky person and I have no complaints about the property or the owners. I travel with my career and stay in dozens of houses throughout the year. Not very often I book the same house more than once but next time I’m working in the area, I’ll be looking to return to this one.

We booked this place on our trip to Greensboro to see The Boss because we had to travel with our dogs. The price was right and it claimed to be dog friendly. The extra bedroom provided space for my brother and his wife to also stay with us. The house is very spacious. The fenced in yard is incredible. Gave the dogs plenty of room to roam, run and play catch. it is convenient to any location you want to get to in Greensboro. It actually opened our eyes to a different side of Greensboro. We loved it and will definitely be staying here again.

This house is so warm and inviting. My wife and I were blown away by the beauty and uniqueness of this property. The first thing we did when we arrived was take and send pictures of the house and yard to our friends and family to show the place off. If you are looking for a beautiful home for you and your family, or a place to stay with friends, this is it. The house is inviting, the yard is perfect, and the neighborhood is wonderful. Andrea, the owner, is so nice and caring. We will be booking this house again next time we are in Greensboro.
