Perfect location directly in front of Munich central station

Pros: Room was clean and comfortable. City view from 13th floor was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. Bed was decently comfortable with lots of pillows. Hotel is situated with easy access to public transportation, tourist spots, restaurants. Cons (for me): shady characters (more than an few) outside the hotel and in the vicinity. This might be due to being so near public transport. Hotel had a very strong floral scent (not the room tho), which is a bit nauseating. Would I stay here again? Yes.

I chose this hotel for location. It is located just 30sec away from the main station. A lot of variety restaurants and specially DM store next to the hotel. It was so convient for tourists like me. Also there are grocery markets and asaian maket with 5 min walk. My daught was craving for korean ramen and we bought 6 of them from asian markets. Again this hotel location is just perfect for tourists.100% rebook for next time.

Great if you're traveling by train. Hotel is across the street from the central station. Hotel is just 20-25 minute walk down shopping premenade to the Marienzplatz and old city sites.

Very helpful staff , spacious ,comfortable well designed room .Cleaning was well done and bottled water provided every day which was greatly appreciated .Central location was very convenient with excellent transport links . The breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice and kept fully stocked . My only negative comment would be that the reception lobby area looks rather tired and would benefit from some refurbishment to bring it up to the standard of the rest of the hotel . Also the street directly outside was not very clean ( but I do appreciate that this is a busy area at all times due to the proximity of the station )

The property is perfectly located right adjacent to the Hauptbahnhof. The underground mall gives perfect access to all the U-bahn & S-bahn lines, and the variety of services located inside means you have access to anything you might need during a visit. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the Old Town, but that's a good walk with lots of window shopping available. For our visit, it was the perfect place to stay. I'd stay there again.

Fire alarm training at 8am on a Saturday morning was not appreciated with no prior warning that there would be a drill for the staff. Reception and bar staff were quite rude.

Safe and superb location , it is just right across the street from Munich Hbf . Walking distance to the Maria Plaza , 3-4 mins to Supermarket Lidl. Our room is kind of small but extremely clean. Both AC and WiFi work great. The front desk staff is so kind and helpful. Check in and check out is very smooth. The breakfast is great and the service people in the restaurant are very nice too. Definitely recommended it. PS: Unfortunately I left my favorite blazer in my room, hope the hotel can find it for me.

They didn’t have twin beds although asked for. Aircon was not working. It’s not major and still have a 4 star, but it was so much money for the room I wasn’t fully happy about that.

They initially didn’t have our room ready and placed us in a small room with issues with ventilation of sewage gases from the plumbing. But they moved us to a much nicer room

We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to the main train station in Munich. The hotel is literally 5 minutes walking distance from the train station (opposite to the train station entrance). We were pleasantly surprised by how nice and modern the property was. The breakfast buffet was delicious, they offered a great selection. It was 28€ per person. Ask for a room on a higher floor because people do walk by all night and are loud.

Our experience was skewed because it happened during the huge Crowdstrike fiasco. Very annoying that our room card did not work at all and we had to have staff let us in each time we wanted to go to room. Aspect that didn’t have anything to do with the IT issue was the room itself. Room 112 had a huge pillar (at least 3ft sq) in middle of room that was completely in the way of everything. We had a party of 3 and room had a king bed plus sofa bed. No TV view from the sofa at all since the massive pillar blocked your view. When the bed was open, there barely was much room to walk to the bed because of the pillar. The room is handicap accessible but I honestly don’t see how the bed would be accessible if a wheelchair-bound guest was in a group of 3.

The hotel is nice however the location across from the train station lends itself to some unsavory people hanging out just outside the hotel. It is also quite dirty outside hotel. The rooms were nice and the housekeeping staff was very accommodating. The front desk staff unfortunately is very slow bumbling and hit or miss in terms of helpfulness. The rooms were nice. There is no ventilation in the bathroom so it can get quite hot in the room. The AC was controlled by the hotel so it could not be adjusted lower and if you opened the window it was loud due to the traffic construction and trams passing by continuously.

This hotel is close to the main train station. Which is about the only positive I can give. We stayed for two nights during a hot weather streak and our AC did not work at all. Both nights we called and spoke to the night receptionist and was given the same excuse as we must be doing something wrong. The manager came up the second night to check himself and offered nothing but a fan. Our room was warmer than outside but the windows don’t allow for a breeze. A technician came up the day we were leaving and it was determined there was a technical problem, not user error. Very disappointed with how the service was managed for us.
