Welcome to Kaibo No. 4! Newly refurbished and redecorated, this is an ideal place for a romantic getaway or relaxing retreat. Sun, sand, and palm trees, this beachfront condo has everything you need for the perfect island getaway! The condo is a quiet end unit with amazing sea views, just steps to the white sandy beach. Spot starfish on your beach walk, relax in the shade of the swaying palm trees, or sip refreshing drinks under a thatch cabana and watch the sunset.

The condo is a second floor, very well-maintained unit, with a long rental history of happy guests! Enjoy views of the Caribbean Sea from your private screened-in balcony. Located right on the beach, with a shared pool & jacuzzi, and lots of beach chairs. Kitchen is recently renovated with stainless steel appliances, and fully equipped with the necessary amenities to make your own drinks & meals. Bedroom is complete with luxurious king size bed, Smart TV, and high quality bedding. Bathroom contains an updated shower, great water pressure, and plush towels. When you’re done exploring the island, relax in the living room with a new flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix and high-speed internet.

Located in the quaint and charming area of Cayman Kai; one of the last few spots on Grand Cayman with a true island feel. On the north side of the island, you’ll be away from the crowds of Seven Mile Beach, and enjoy the tranquil beauty of this safe and friendly community. The adjacent Kaibo Yacht Club offers a casual beach bar, formal restaurant, and a coffee shop. Enjoy waterfront dining under the palms right at your doorstep! Also within walking distance is Cayman’s famous Starfish Point, wonderful for snorkeling and spotting the magnificent starfish in the crystal-clear water.

Cayman Kai is the quieter side of Grand Cayman, with lovely white sand beaches and tranquil blue water, it’s a little slice of paradise for you to enjoy! The condo is situated in an idyllic setting with nice views and easy walking distance to several restaurants and beaches. There were ample kitchen supplies, towels, beach accessories including beach chairs and umbrella, and a kayak with equipment for using it. Julie the manager of the property was very easy to work with and communicated in a timely fashion about everything, including sending a maintenance guy over to deal with a slow drain within minutes of the request. If you’re looking for a laid back, chill place to hang, this is it! My one suggestion: buy groceries and booze before you leave the more populated areas of the island—meaning in Georgetown!

We had an unforgettable stay at this charming condominium on the north side of Grand Cayman Island, near Rum Point. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking ocean view, we enjoyed morning coffees and evening sunsets on the covered patio. The beautifully appointed kitchen made preparing food a breeze, and the comfortable king-sized bed ensured a restful night's sleep. Our experience was fantastic, and we would highly recommend it for a romantic getaway.

Book this property now! It is in a quiet neighborhood and we had the beach entirely to ourselves. Condo is directly on the water 2nd floor. Inside the condo are glass doors to a balcony with a spectacular view. We sat on the balcony to watch the sunrise. We rented a car and toured the whole island and i am so glad we picked this area-calm/quiet/peaceful. There is a restaurant only a few feet from condo that has beach side chairs/tables/beds etc. Try Rankins Jerk-it is a road side place you would just drive by-don’t! It was delicious food (about 30 min). The water right outside the condo was stunning and it must be highly salinated because i swam out far and didn't even have to move my arms and legs to stay perfectly afloat (ppl pay $ for that where I am from). You can walk to starfish beach (popular location). There is also an area near by that you have to access by boat that has bioluminescence but i will tell you a secret…one night i couldn’t sleep, went down to the condo beach at 3am and right in front of the condo was a small area of bioluminescence. What a special surprise!! Perfect for children because the water is very calm and shallow for a distance. Inside the condo is beautiful, clean and spacious for 2, has a lot of cooking items and a few spices, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, snack basket from host. This place is so special that my partner decided to propose right there! Host and manager were great as well! Not ONE complaint! Best VRBO i have stayed in thus far!

The unit was fully equipped, well-furnished and well-located at the quiet end of the Kaibo complex. Super comfy king bed, screened balcony and everything you need for a week of R and R. Thankfully far from the hustle and bustle of 7-Mile Beach.

Grand Cayman is one our favorite island vacation spots with beautiful beaches, crystal clear water, good dining options, lots of water related activities and importantly, welcoming residents. The only negative might be that, like most islands, everything is about 20-30% more expensive that in the U.S. Our stay in the tranquil "Beautiful Beachfront Oasis" was really enjoyable. We will return! The condo is located in the upscale Kaibo area of the island's North Shore. The grandly named Kaibo Yacht Club is next-door with a couple nice beach eateries. The beach entertainment area of Rum Point is about five minutes drive away. North Shore is a 45-50 minute drive from the airport/Georgetown/Seven Mile Beach so a rental car is definitely needed. The condo is on the second floor of a four unit building with scenic water views from it's moderate sized screened balcony. A great place for quiet morning coffee or to relax at the end of an active day. The sandy beach in front is nicely shaded by palm trees but I found swimming to be better at Starfish Point, about a four minute walk away. Surprisingly, we saw/felt zero bugs so the repellant remained packed during our entire stay. The condo itself was compact, very well maintained, clean and tastefully appointed with a tropical beach theme. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. There were plenty of towels of various sizes and a comfortable king-sized bed. The table and chairs on the balcony served as our dining area.

2 weeks on the beaches of Kaibo condos is a must do. Very peaceful enjoyable time with Sandy beach, pool and shade for when the sun gets too hot. Water ferry takes you back to town across the ocean must do for a day or two. Don’t miss the stingray tour and bioluminescence tour which leave from the dock out front. Go relax and have a fabulous time.

My husband and I loved staying here, the location is walking distance to Kaibo which has coffee, restaurant, water sports, ferry to Camana Bay, and trips out to Stingray City. We prefer to stay out at Rum Point as opposed to 7 mile, much slower paced. The condo itself is very nice, loved the pool and hot tub. Snorkeled right out front to see Starfish.

What a great property!! I can't say enough great things about this property. They had everything we needed. Extra towels, extra snorkel equipment, snacks, coffee, extra sheets, Netflix, a paddleboard, a kayak, and did I mention coffee and tea? The location was perfect. Close to Starfish Point, Close to an excellent restaurant. Steps from the ocean. It is a drive into town but we didn't mind at all. We were away from the hustle and bustle of everything. We will definitely be staying here again

This is a beautiful property and exactly as described with all the amenities. It is located far away from the crowds on Seven Mile Beach and cruise ships. We do recommend a rental car if you want to explore the island. Kaibo Restaurant is less than a 5 minute walk along the beach. It offers coffee/breakfast, an all day beach menu (the ceasar salad with snapper is awesome!), and luxury dining Thurs-Sat. If you are scuba divers, contact Indepth Water Sports - we got pickups/dropoffs from the Kaibo marina. Jennifer, you have a beautiful place and we will definitely consider it again!

Quiet place nice condo. No water access from condo however a short walk or drive will get you to a swimmable beach. If your looking for aqua colored water you will have to go to seven mile beach. This is a 45 minute hard drive or a 30 minute ferry ride ($25). Overall we enjoyed our stay but would not stay on this side of the island again,

29 April - 5 May 2023, First-Timers to GC From the very git-go working with Julie starting in September 2022 we felt a true diamond was found, and after arriving it was just that & more! The internal space was perfect for two: - Awesome living room w/ large TV to watch Netflix in the evening on a comfy couch - Spacious kitchen w/ a full-sized fridge and covers your cooking needs - The bedroom w/ king bed was superb, gently waking up to the sunrise - The screened patio was sublime during the dawn over coffee, lunch & dinner, and sunset over a Tortuga Rum cocktail - The private beach was spectacular! Lay out undee coconut palm trees while listening to music over the bluetooth speaker - Wading through the private beach watching many of reef fish, sea annemea, sea urchins, brilliant red starfish (counted 23 each), and juvenile barracuda & needle nosed fish Hands down a spectacular site! If we decide to return to the Grand Cayman, rest assured we will come back to this condo! You can't ask for a better low-key, relaxing spot away from the tourists on the west end of the island. The condo was located at a nice getaway area. It had wonderful views! It was quiet and peaceful, so definitely a good spot for relaxing! Another plus side was that a restaurant/bar was within a minute or two walking distance. The staff were very polite and kind when they stopped by.

The property was everything the listing advertised. The unit was well equipped, very clean, plenty of towels, snorkeling equipment and beach coolers. We really enjoyed the quiet location away from the crowds. That being said, it's about an hour drive to George Town/Seven Mile Beach/West Bay. There is a restaurant/bar located next to the unit but it's extremely expensive. Don't let the shallow water off the beach fool you! There is great snorkeling around the rocks including star fish, eel, sea urchins, etc. We loved that it was right in our backyard. If we go back to Cayman, we'll definitely stay here again.

Our property manager was outstanding, we had her stock the refrigerator before our arrival for a nominal fee. Our communication with her was quick and helpful. The Condo itself was clean and neat and was exactly what was described and shown on VRBO. We are planning on reserving next January as well

Some listings show pictures that don’t quite live up to the expectation of the property. This was beyond expectations. Very nice property, great access to beach, friendly people…quiet and calm. Working with Julie was a pleasure and we will be back! We were concerned the Northside would be too quiet but everyday we found so much to do. Starfish were abundant and the snorkeling was top notch.

The space was better than the pictures show. I had low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. The property manager was responsive for the few issues we encountered (hot tub wasn’t hot , they sent someone out two days later to fix it and the shower water did not get warm - they said unable to change that, but the sink water got hot). The pool was very clean. The location is quiet and great :) Would recommend

This was our first trip to Cayman, and while Seven Mile Beach is really spectacular, it's also really crowded and busy. By contrast this condo out in Rum Point is well appointed (pots and pans that are in good shape, adequate utensils and glassware etc), it's clean, not rundown, quiet and as a bonus, right on the beach in a beautiful location. The crystal clear water and loads of starfish are just steps away. For us the only drawback that could be mentioned is the air conditioning unit is just outside the bedroom door, so very light sleepers will need to get used to it cycling on and off through the night - or you can leave it off, but temps will climb. My wife and I are light sleepers and even knowing this, we wouldn't let it prevent us from booking here again. It deserves 5 stars for sure.

We had a wonderful stay and would book again in a heartbeat. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The property is stunning and perfect for a do-nothing, relaxing vacation. I could spend all day on that balcony enjoying the view. The pool and hot tub were also clean and well-maintained. The area is super quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We loved our stay at kaibo 4! The condo had everything we needed and more! It had a well stocked kitchen, with the coffee and snacks being a bonus. There were even tumbler cups to keep our drinks cold! The snorkel gear came in good use throughout the trip. Also, we saw sooo many starfish right outside the condo- one afternoon we counted 35! The restaurant and coffee shop that is steps away was open Weds- Sunday and has a great setup, staff, and menu! Julie was very accommodating and we had no issues. We definitely recommend renting a car to explore the island while you are here.

Our condo was absolutely amazing - you are provided everything you could possibly need and more! We were shocked to find snorkel gear and a beach umbrella :)! We could not be happier! We had just the best time during our stay in July! You all really went out of your way to make us feel right at home and transition us to a new unit when the maintenance issues arose. We can't thank you enough for the prompt attention, the beautiful accommodations in Kaibo #4, the warm welcome by Julie upon arrival, and the tips to direct us on the island. It was just the relaxing vacation we needed to unwind! The condo was so comfortable, well stocked for our needs, boasting a beautiful view, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated from the remodel! We were honored to be your first guests there in the newly finished unit! We appreciate the use of the bikes as well, which we took on early morning rides on Rum Point, and then to Starfish point several times, where we were able to enjoy it all to ourselves in the morning, and then a one of a kind sunset experience with our wine and cheese! We really can't wait to come back and hope to do it soon. It was really hard to leave!
