About this house rental

Enjoy a delightful stay in our 4-bedroom modern mountain home that was fully remodeled in June 2022. The house comes with AC, an entertainer's backyard, and all encompassing game room. During your stay, you can also enjoy using a convenient hot tub, indoor fireplace, and full kitchen. Our Airbnb is located in a wonderful neighborhood walking distance to the forest, ponds, and just a short drive to golf, downtown Flagstaff, Snowbowl Ski Resort, hiking and so much more!

We booked with Ryan & Emily for 10 days to escape the valley heat and spend some quality time with our kids and grandkids! The place was perfect for all, plenty to do and close to everything! House is lovely and fully equipped. They even had a high chair, that came in handy for youngest grandson! :) One of the best places we have rented! Plenty of space with many amenities! It was awesome to have such a nice place for some family together time! Thank you Ryan & Emily for sharing your home with us!

This house is beautifully redone. It had everything you could think of inside and outside the backyard and patio were just perfect. Only thing I’d change is that the hot tub could get hotter than 99 degrees.

Ryan & Emily have a fabulous home located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to all that Flagstaff offers but in a secluded and peaceful retreat that outdid our expectations. We've stayed in many home rentals and hotels in Flagstaff over our daughter's 4 years there and this was by far our favorite stay. Home was better than we expected and hosts really thought of everything to make our stay feel like we were at home...but better! We loved the quiet neighborhood, the smell of the pines, the cleanliness of the home, the awesome welcome basket, the game room, the "cool" backyard, the cozy blankets and fireable, the comfy beds, fully functional kitchen and so much more. Choosing your home for graduation weekend was the best way to end our NAU experience. We will be back for sure! Thank you Ryan & Emily!

I wish we could give this home more than 5 stars. This is by far the best experience we’ve had. The home is immaculate. There is so much care and thought with everything in the house. We felt at home. The communication with our hosts was amazing. We are looking for future dates to visit Flagstaff just so we can stay at this home.

This house is awesome! It is in a great neighborhood close to Continental Country Club and the house has everything you need and more. We really enjoyed the pool table / game room, frisbee golf in the backyard, and patio area for hanging out in the perfect summer weather. We will be back!

We had the best weekend away! CUTEST home and plenty of room. They didn’t miss a detail! Seriously so cute and plenty of room to spread out inside and out! Also a great safe neighborhood we took several walks around the block soaking in the cooler weather! Can’t wait for another chance to get back and visit!!!

We had a wonderful family vacation. Our family included 5 adults and 5 children. We had plenty of room and everything we needed was included in the house. The children loved the bunk room, the game room and the backyard. The adults appreciated a kitchen with all necessary items to make meals for the family. We also liked having a laundry room as we had 2 one year olds! The owners were very responsive and available. Thank you.

Truly one of the best house rental experiences we have ever had. This beautifully appointed home has everything and all the thoughtful-details make it a truly luxurious experience. If you’re thinking of renting stop and rent now! There are not enough good words for how much we loved this one of a kind rental in beautiful Flagstaff. Even had extra baby amenities such as a portable crib & highchair. On top of it all owners are beyond helpful and considerate. Already wanting to plan our next visit.

Our family gathered to celebrate our new NAU grad, and this house was absolutely perfect! Our hosts included so many details to make our stay wonderful. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with all we needed from an ice cream scoop to pyrex. Our family sat outside on the lovely patio and played pool inside in the game room. This was a wonderful place for gathering, playing games, cooking and celebrating. Thank you!

We stayed at Ryan & Emily's house in late-March 2023 for a spring break trip to Northern Arizona. The house is clean, well appointed and fit our family of 5 perfectly with some room to spare. Ryan we very responsive with any questions and the whole process was a breeze. The neighborhood is quite and the outdoor amenities were awesome. It was a great spot for us to hang while we did day trips to the Grand Canyon, AZ Snowbowl and Sedona. If I could give it 6 stars, I would! Highly recommend! Thank you Ryan & Emily.

We stayed at Ryan and Emilys home in Flagstaff to celebrate my Moms 70th Birthday. My Mom and Sister arrived before us and they called us immediately to let us know that the house is gorgeous and asked how soon can we rebook for the ski season. The home is in a quiet and walkable neighborhood adjacent to the Continental Country Club and probably one of the prettiest houses on the block. Whoever decorated the house is genius and did such a beautiful job with every detail. We really appreciated that the house was big enough to host 9 people comfortably. We were also welcomed with a wonderful welcome basket filled with snacks that the kids loved too. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make a meal or enjoy a drink on the porch. The home is laid out so well, that we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kids were in heaven having their own game room space away from us. The backyard is large and had a nice well-maintained Jacuzzi and areas for the kids to play and burn some energy. Our family loves Disc Golf, so that was fun. Ryan was gracious host and always there to answer questions in an instant. Checking in and out was a breeze. We are so grateful to find this gem in Flagstaff and hope to visit in next coming months.

From the arrival to departure the visit exceeded our expectations. The communication was perfect and we had no problem throughout our stay. Our kids loved the property, ages 11 & 17, so enough to keep everyone content.

House is exactly as depicted. Everything seemed brand new or very close. Perfectly clean and beds were very comfortable. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Host communications were excellent and there was even a lovely welcoming basket with lots of goodies for us upon arrival. Will definitely be back!

Great stay in the pines

We had a great time at this property! Everything is basically new and so tastefully done. Even the small things like towels and kitchen tools were vastly better (and plentiful) than you find at most rentals. While we were out and about most of the time it was relaxing and fun to get to spend time here both indoors and out. Can't wait to visit again.
