First of all the apartment was clean and tidy. The bathroom was very clean and looked brand new.
The apartment was easy to find and we had no problem with the check in. We had one minor problem with the electricity but they fixed it immediately. Overall it was a pleasant experience and if we ever decide to go back to Malta we are going to book the same apartment!!

Great location close to everything important. There is no noise, so you can sleep well. Good and clean apartment. Good air conditioning. Easy to check in, you receive a message on your mobile phone half an hour before check-in, very clear and detailed explanation of how to check in and enter the apartment.
We ran out of hot water, because the water heater was turned off and we didn't know where to turn it on, but the staff quickly and efficiently solved that problem. while we were gone they solved the problem and even provided us with new bed linen and clean towels.

Super séjour et super appartement, à proximité du port et de petits commerces, immeuble très propres.
Communication avec l'établissement parfaite, ils sont très réactifs et compréhensifs.
Appartement plus grand que celui espéré et bien équipé donc parfait.
Beaucoup de travaux aux alentours, donc beaucoup de bruit.
Et peut être penser à mettre a disposition un balai dans l'appartement, de quoi ce sentir plus propre lorsque l'on reste longtemps ainsi que du papier (essuie main).
Manquait une poêle (à disposition deux casseroles mais pas de poêle).

Soporna utanför dörren. Stadsutsikten var en bakgård. Kod för att komma in både på hotellet och rummet. Väldigt lyhört, ni skriver att det är isolerat. På det stora hela ett skithotell som inte lever upp till vad ni skriver.

Very good location but it was the only good thing about this venue.
The superior room called the suite was in the basement "cave". No light, terribly uncomfortable bed, the terrace looked like a well - surrounded by the high wall. The bad smell from the toilet located just next to the bed made the night unpleasant let's say. And on top of that I was supposed to book a room with a balcony and the owner received the reservation of this "suite with terrace" which was really strange.

The property was located in a good place, very near to the bus stop. It was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful whenever we asked for the assistance.
The view from the balcony was far from what was shown in the pictures. In spring did not bother me that much but in summer the view would not inspire me to enjoy coffee there.

Just the location.
Usually I don’t leave anything at this window, but now. First of all - water heater squeaks every 20min, night time for us as well. Bed was noisy. We booked an apartment navigating through the booking.com pictures, but when we arrived, disappointment was major when we saw the window and the sight out of it. All we could see was 4 near walls and windows at all floors. The window in front of ours was opened all the time, so we couldn’t let the air in. It is ugly when you book an apartment, while looking at sunny, bright and wide pictures, but actually get basement style flat.

Wystrój, lokalizacja, dobre wyposażenie, czysto. Blisko przystanków autobusowych i promów do Valletty.
Początkowo zostaliśmy zameldowali w apartamencie o niższym standardzie niż ten zamówiony, przylatywaliśmy późnym wieczorem więc dopiero następnego dnia udało nam się temat zgłosić. Personel zaproponował zmianę apartamentu zgodnie z zamówieniem i dostaliśmy darmowy dowóz na lotnisko.
Niestety przez cały pobyt o godzinie 7:00 byliśmy budzeni przez robotników (prace budowlane dosłownie za oknem). Dodatkowo apartamenty mają dwie lokalizacje. Radzimy zapytać, które apartamenty nie wychodzą na budowę. Dodatkowy minus za bardzo skrzypiące łóżko. Widzę, że powiela się to w innych opiniach. Obsługa powinna zrobić z tym porządek.

Przestronny apartament, dobrze wyposażony (kuchenka, zmywarka, komplet garnków)blisko centrum oraz punktów gastronomicznych i sklepów. Bardzo przyjemna okolica
Zamówiliśmy opcję odbioru z lotniska, niestety kierowca dostał zły namiar od opiekunów i zawiózł nas pod drugą lokalizację apartamentów (przy wyborze apartamentu podany był inny adres niż faktyczna lokalizacja apartamentu) po rozmowie telefonicznej cała wina została przerzucona na kierowcę, który zły adres miał podany. Dzień później dolatywała do nas rodzina i ich apartament znajdował się w innym budynku, szkoda zależało nam na noclegu w tym samym miejscu, adres niestety dostaliśmy w dniu przyjazdu - i był różny od tego z ogłoszenia). Trzeba mieć na uwadze, że można trafić do innej lokalizacji niż w ogłoszeniu.

Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal lungomare di Sliema, alla fermata del bus e del traghetto per La Valletta. Cucina fornita del necessario e letto abbastanza comodo.
Avevo prenotato una suite con terrazza, ma della terrazza nemmeno l’ombra. Ho contattato la struttura per chiedere chiarimenti ma insistevano col dirmi di avermi fatto un upgrade rispetto ad una soluzione più piccola. Non c’è stata molta chiarezza da parte dell’hosting su questo punto.

The key box was difficult to lock.

No era el apartamento que me ofrecieron. Me dijeron que a la mañana recibiria las indicaciones y 10 min antes del ingleso me mandaron a un lugar que no era el contratado. El departament horrible. Contrate con balcon que no habia. El sillon estaba frente al televisor pero a 80 cms y de la heladera a 50 cms...
Un desastre, una estafa tambien. Pedi que me devolvieran el dinero y 8 dias despues sigo esperando.

The terrasse was nice but the place missed some natural light, it was a ground floor apparement.
At your arrival, we have been informed on whatapps message that the accommodation was located in another street (not the adress mentionned on booking..). No commercial gesture from their end to apologize for the inconvenience… it has been reported many time on the reviews… nothing done ! Avoid this place !
No joint in the shower.. no finition in the apartment.

The property is in a very good area, and staff is very friendly and responsible.
The floor was looking very dirty.  The living room and kitchen are a little bit darker because there is only one window.

The location
I initially had booked this apartment for 3 nights. Due the change of circumstances I was to come a day earlier. I called the reception to extend the current booking and they said I had to go through booking.com (they were of no help at all). I booked a cheaper apartment (located in the basement, faced a wall) for an extra night (the first when I arrived). This was the only apartment available at that point. After the first night they refused to move me to the apartment I had booked for the other 3 nights. Despite me calling the reception trying to say that I had booked a different apartment (more expensive) with a view etc, they blanked me out saying they gave the apartment I had booked to other people and that I had to stay to the one I was the first night. They weren't helpful, they gave the apartment I expected to see to others and they haven't return the difference in the price to me. The apartment I ended up staying it was dark, in the basement and had a strong smell of mould.

There was no electricity for three straight days. When we asked about a refund the property management stopped picking up the phone. There is no reception and noone in person to ask for assistance. We couldn't even charge our phones and slept in 35 degrees centigrade room with no air conditioning.

- Spacious, modern apartment
- The apartment was very clean
- Great balcony area that got a lot of sun with a table and chairs
- Sheets, towels, toilet paper and bins were changed every 3-4 days. We had read some reviews about there being no hairdryer/shower gel/washing up liquid/sponge but we had all of these.
- Kitchen had a food range of utensils with everything we needed
- Fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, air conditioning, smart tvs in living room and bedroom and a safe (although no instructions on how to use this)
- Good location: 10/15 min walk to Sliema and easy bus/ferry to Valletta
- Use of jacuzzi on rooftop terrace
- Two bathrooms
- Good wifi when working
- Could hear the cathedral bells throughout the week which was nice
- We were messaged the check in details about an hour before check in and it was very easy to get in. The key is kept in a lock box outside the apartment which means no chance of losing it!
- The street outside is dug up and there was a lot of dust because of this. There was some construction noise but it didn't affect us too much. I think being on the top floor helped with that maybe.
- It would have been nice to have sun loungers on the roof terrace as the tiles get very hot and there's nowhere to sit. The tiles are also quite dirty so towels got dirty when using those.
- The luggage storage was just a room on the 1st floor that anyone could access. There was no staff around so we were a bit wary leaving our bags but they were fine.
- The WiFi stopped working on our 3rd last day. After messaging and receiving a phone call very quickly, I was hopeful but it was never resolved.

Apartment is freshly renovated and very clean. Location is pretty good, walking distance to Sliema and 45ish minute walk to Valletta. Position on the island is great, 15min taxi from the Airport too.
When we visited in May, there was construction both underneath our balcony and inside the building. Neighbourhood itself was loud and messy. Close to the water and restaurants, but so crowded.

The rooms themselves were nice. Good size and comfortable. If the road had not been under construction the location would have been considered very nice.
The hotel was essentially unmanned. Getting towels, toilet paper etc required great effort and got a slow response. If you are going to have an unmanned hotel then you need to have a closet somewhere where the guests can get things. The hotel advertised pictures of the rooms with a washer inside the room but they were actually outside on the balcony and not every room had one. The hot water heaters were set to cold when we got there and we had to learn how to adjust them ourselves. One room did not have a way to adjust it that we could find and 2 members of our party had to deal with cold water showers the whole time. The street the hotel was on was under construction and no one told us this when we booked it. This meant any kind of transportation to and from the hotel had to be met at the end of the street and any transportation of luggage had to cross the construction zone to get to the hotel. There were 3 custodial staff who worked there but did not speak any English (or chose not to). I am unsure what their purpose was because the did not service the rooms and I did not see them cleaning the rest of the hotel at any point. One of our rooms had stains on the comforter that looked like blood. The persons staying there chose not to use it and it never got replaced.
