WORK SPACE - Designated large desk for office activities
SMALL SUNROOM - Furnished and air conditioned
OUTDOOR SPACES - Front porch features a fountain (April to October), large stationary hammock, lounge chair, additional seating. Extra camping hammocks are available to hang between trees. Large deck with rocking chairs. There is additional outdoor space with adirondack chairs to relax.
PETS - Absolutely NO pets allowed

GETTING TO THE CABIN: Access by 300 yard gravel road. There is a small steep section and 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended in winter/snow conditions.

EXTERIOR CAMERAS: Flood-light camera (pointed at the driveway, records audio and video, 1 min intervals) and Ring doorbell camera (entrance door, records audio and video, 20 sec intervals, medium intensity)
SECURITY SYSTEM: SimpliSafe system is on the premises (entry sensors on doors and glass-break sensors). The system will NEVER be activated during the length of your stay.
HOT TUB: Follow the hot tub rules
TRASH BAGS: Leave trash bags in the garage. You are welcome to leave up to five (5) bags at the property. Please take additional bags with you. There will be an extra charge of $30 to $50 if there are more than 5 bags left.
