The house worked really well for our family. The view is spectacular and very well cleaned. We spent 2 nights for our son's wedding. I called about an earlier than 4:00 pm check-in. I was told at 11:00 the cleaning crew was there and she would let me know when it was available. We hung around the area after the rehearsal in hopes of getting in early so my 94 year old mother could rest. At 1:00 I was told they did not have an update. Finally at 5:00 I again asked about checking in and needing a door code. Not only did we not get an early check in, we were given the code late.
I was also surprised we were responsible to taking the trash out to the street (which was overflowing from others), which we did when we got home at midnight. It was also our job to empty all trash cans, start the dishwasher and also start a load of laundry. All before our 10:00 check out. That's a lot to do considering the cleaning fee we paid.

Very nice stay in Apache Junction. Home was very clean and conveniently located to all the places we wanted to go to.
Only minor item of note: several window screens were missing or in poor repair that sometimes limited how much we could have windows open, but again this was minor. Would definitely stay at the property again. Thanks for a great family vacation.

Overall this house is in a beautiful location by the Superstition Mountains! It would be nice if there was a griddle to make pancakes, French toast, or other food for a large group of people. The neighbors were a little rude to family checking in on the house before we arrived. They done this because previous family came and the house they rented no longer was available and had to squeeze in with the couple they went there to see. We would definitely stay here again.

Great, quiet and safe neighborhood. The seperate Casita was a extra bonus for seperate small sleep accommodations, we loved the Casita. Only 1 TV which was great to keep the kids engaged in other activities. Location was great near Saguaro and Canyon Lake, lost dutchman and praying hands hike. Great family and or couple weekend getaway. The beds were comfortable, everyone sleep well. Full kitchen and the dinning table was large round, great for families. The view of the Superstitious all day from the patio was the best!!

Can't say enough good things about this property! Gorgeous setting, beautiful and clean home, excellent amenities, easy check-in and communication with property manager.
My husband, adult daughter and I used this as home base for a very busy long weekend. We traveled to the Grand Canyon, went horseback riding and ran the Tempe half marathon. This property was excellently situated as it's relatively close to major highways for traveling, but far enough from the beaten path that you can truly appreciate the beauty and quiet of the Southwest.
Our daughter stayed in the Casita. She appreciated that she had her own private space, but could join us for family activities as well. Her only complaint was the lack of a television in the Casita.
The home's decor was perfect, bed and furniture comfortable, and views from every room exceptional. We enjoyed grilling on the Traeger, walking the beautiful neighborhood and soaking in the gorgeous Superstition Mountains. We would not hesitate to return and stay here again. Highly recommend!

We came to Apache Junction for a wedding of friends and for another friend's birthday celebration. This home was central for everything we needed to do for those things. We had a few free days between events and got to spend some time in the local towns Gilbert and Mesa to check some things out and do some shopping! Allison was great and was able to help me with any questions that I had! The home was so beautiful and perfect for the three of us! Will definitely stay again, when in the area!
