Everything was perfect in this house. The lake was beautiful and warm. We had family and everything was so convenient. The kitchen was nicely appointed and we never wondered if they had something. We will be returning

This house and property are immaculate, the pictures do not do it justice. It is one of the best pet friendly Lake Norman rentals we've ever stayed at. The numerous, very comfortable outdoor seating areas in the sun and shade including two huge umbrellas at the pool, the huge wrap around screened in porch and the sandy beach were some of our favorite things! There were even fresh flowers on the table to welcome us. The expansive lake view and sunsets from the dock were not to be missed. The attention to detail in this home is superb and we can not recommend it highly enough. And many thanks to Paul, our property manager who answered every question and made the check in and check out very easy.

This our second year staying at this home. The home and the location are perfect! We love our time spent on the lake with our kids. The addition of the hot tub and new outdoor furniture was a plus! Paul is excellent to work with and the whole process is very smooth. We will be back again next year!

The location is phenomenal. Host is great. Pool, spa, dock, and beach area were a hit for kids and adults. We rented a boat from 77 watersports that was a 5 min boat ride. 10/10 would stay again.

This home is fantastic. The location on the lake is perfect. The home has been updated, as it was maybe built in the 1980's. It is decorated beautifully. The home is very clean, there were plenty of towels available and the beds were all very comfortable. The owner has thought of everything.
The propane was almost out in the grill so I texted Paul, the property manager, and he came over right away with a new one. He was very friendly to work with. We are already talking about booking again.

Our group of nine women enjoyed our stay at Blue Sky very much. It was very clean, well-stocked and everyone slept well in the 4 bedrooms. There is plenty of seating everywhere both inside and outside. We enjoyed the screened porch everyday. We found everything in good condition and nicely decorated. It's in a quiet cove with a sandy beach, a covered pier, a fire pit, a pool and a new hot tub. It's in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. A lower level bathroom and game room are conveniently accessible from the large backyard. A large primary bedroom and beautifully updated bath are on the first floor as well as a laundry room/bathroom combo. There's plenty of parking. It's convenient to downtown Charlotte which we visited for a stadium concert. The manager, Paul, was very helpful and responsive. We would stay here again!

What a fantastic property!! Our family of 12 visited Mooresville for a week while attending a wedding.
This home had absolutely everything we could have possibly needed- bedrooms, sleeping areas, 3 full baths, pool, hot tub, lake, dock, kayaks, plenty of space to eat together inside and out, screen porch, game room, gym area. The kitchen was full equipped with everything you could possibly need.
The host was excellent and offered quick responses and recommendations! We hated to leave!!
Saving and sharing this home with family and friends for future visits!! Thanks for a great vacation and we’ll definitely revisit next time when visiting NC!

This house and all the toys and amenities was perfect for our family reunion. We try a new place and house every year and this was by far one of the best ones we’ve enjoyed. The house is well equipped both for rainy days and for enjoying the lake and the pool during good weather. Plus the area around Lake Norman has many fun activities and great shopping in nearby towns. We will be back!

This stay was awesome for our family spring break. We have younger kids ages 8 thru 4 and there is plenty to do with the lake…fishing, beach, swimming. The house and lot have lots of room to throw a football, kick the soccer ball, play some LAX, and the game room is great for kids and the adults after hours. Would recommend and would stay again.

We had an amazing time spending spring break at Lake Norman. The home was clean and well equipped throughout. Plenty of beds and baths and places to hang out inside. The outside space is amazing! Pool was open for us (in late March) which we weren’t expecting but was such a nice bonus. Kids even swam a little when it was hot. Home advertised a sauna but we were pleasantly surprised to find a hot tub instead 😊. Beautiful dock, fire pit and wrap around screened deck for great for meals outside. The home had 6 kayaks and beach access which is so much more convenient when launching than dock access. Our 9 yo went out on her own for the first time with ease.
Paul was great to work with - responsive and proactive. We hope to come back!

I was super satisfied with this trip we didn’t want to leave the house. This vrbo has everything you need and you’ll never get bored. The host answered all questions immediately. Overall if I could give more stars I would. 10/10 recommend!

The house was absolutely perfect! Beautiful lake home and the pictures were spot on. The property manager answered my questions in a timely manner. We spent Thanksgiving week and the fall weather was perfect for us living in FL. I would definitely come back to this property!

Absolutely beautiful inside and out! Our daughter was getting married at the Venues at Langtree and this was 2 minutes away on the lake - we just didn't have time to enjoy the outside! From the moment we drove up - lights on and welcoming. The amazing Property Mngr was very prompt when I had asked if there was a playpen for my grandson and they thought there was one, but was not and when I contacted him - he was at our door within an hour with a brand new one! That is service! I would highy recommend and hope to be back!!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this home on Lake Norman. This property was meticulously maintained and very very clean. They had everything that you could need with a well equipped kitchen, beautiful pool and fenced in yard for the dogs, lake front quiet property and a fun game room that our family enjoyed! One of the best rentals we have stayed in!

We had fun because we were easygoing enough to tolerate a few inconveniences: torn outdoor cushions, waterlogged outdoor cushions, refrigerator handle that popped off and we repaired it enough to be able to use; septic tank overflow which required repair during our stay, (the septic tank was in the front yard); loss of power in part of the house during the middle of the night due to a faulty breaker; water in the basement due to overflow of the air conditioner's drain pan which resulted in water spillage on some of our stuff and in the section of the floor that had exercise equipment (which discouraged use) and the water became trapped under the linoleum floor then leaked to the outside through the garage doors; we had to reset the sauna during our stay.
The property manager was quick to respond when we asked for help; however, the house is old and needs quite a bit of repair before being offered up to guests.

My husband and I, along with our four kids, my mother-in-law and our dog just had the most amazing week at this beautiful home! Everything you could possibly need for a fun and relaxing vacation has already been thought of. We were able to dock our rental pontoon right in the backyard. The kids loved going in the pool after a long day on the lake. We really enjoyed the game room as well! We will definitely stay in this beautiful home again!

Absolutely fell in love with this property! The lot was huge with fantastic lake views! We spent countless hours in the pristine saltwater pool, kayaking and taking in the views in the wrap around screened in porch!! The house looked just like the pictures. We had 8 of us all together and had plenty of room and spread out! The beds were very comfortable and most of the bedrooms had huge walk in closets.
The first floor bedroom suite is the size of a small apartment all in itself! We also rented a pontoon based off Paul’s recommendation from Jerry at Jet Ski Rentals Lake Norman and he brought it right to the dock at the property which made it very convenient.
We had a couple minor issues come up during our stay but Paul was super responsive and took care of it quickly. We absolutely did not want to leave and would love to come back!

The home was perfect! The pool, grassy yard ,huge sandy beach, and dock were amazing! Perfect for kids and adults. Paul, the property manager, made the stay so easy. You would want this guy to manage your property- he answers every call immediately and handles any issue or question right away. We had no problems, the property is as advertised. We want to come back!

Thank you for a perfect stay! It was our home base during a very busy graduation weekend with extended family. It offered us a very clean and comfortable home to return to each night and we especially loved the porch! We wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the lake since your home offers so much to do on the water! Thank you!

Everything was as advertised. Would love to rent again in the future. Very clean and furnishings were well maintained. Lots of lake and pool toys. Great space for large events. Beach towels would be nice for those that fly to this location. Boat dock is fixed, not floating. Cove is not deep water so docking and getting in and out of a boat would be difficult unless water is high. It is sandy so you could beach a boat if you wanted. I used the Marina down the road to board my water loving crew. This is a really fun lake house.

Couldn’t ask for anything more!!! The house offered everything anybody could ever want. The backyard was amazing, having the white sandy beach was absolutely gorgeous! We enjoyed the pool and kayaking on the lake very much!!!!! Our nightly use of the game room and fires by the lake was so much fun! . The home is lovely and we really enjoyed the lovely master suite... Paul was a wonderful host and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend it to anybody that’s looking to be on the lake.

The Lake House was perfect for our wedding weekend… we hosted a bridal shower on Friday morning…. The master suite was perfect for hair, make up and getting dressed for the bride and her girls on Saturday…. We relaxed by the pool, played on the sandy beach and had s’mores on Sunday. Paul, the property manager, was available if we had any questions or needed anything. This house was perfect for entertaining !

This property was well set up for a week long stay during spring break. So many fun things to do! Puzzles, books, kayaks, paddle board, fire pit for s’mores, and the pool. The pool water was pretty cold but it was the end of March and it didn’t bother the kids.
During our stay a couple of issues came up and the Property Manager, Paul, was very responsive and quickly resolved the issues.
If you are planning to stay for a few days and/or have a large group, be sure to bring beach towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, dishwasher detergent, coffee pods, paper towels, toilet paper, and paper plates. As detailed in the notes, there are a few of each item to get you started but definitely not enough to last multiple days.
