This home is situated right on Lake Keowee with full dock and lake access. Lake Keowee offers pristine water, recreational fun, sunny shores, and a place to relax and unwind with family and friends.  


The home:

This home is a new build that will offer you and your guests luxury and comfort during your stay. The homeowners put a lot of thought into the amenities offered to ensure you feel at home when you come to “The Retreat.” With a hot tub, multiple King sized beds, sleek granite countertops, state of the art kitchen appliances, and ample seating both inside and out, you won’t want to leave!


 The Floor Plan: 

Upon entering the home on the main level, you'll find a gorgeous open-concept kitchen that features the latest kitchen appliances, cookware, bakeware, glasses and dishes for large groups, a drip coffee maker, a Keurig, as well as a Nespresso machine. The island is equipped with a built-in wine refrigerator, an ice maker, and bar stools for 4. Cook with class and style in a kitchen equipped for a chef and seat your family at the dining room table that offers seating for 12. In the upstairs living room, you'll find a beautiful space for you and your group to gather. With floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings, a stunning chandelier, and a stone gas fire place you will be able to take in the natural allure of the lake from the comfort of the living room. The master suite is on the main level floor and has a King size bed, a desk and chair workspace, and a fully attached bathroom. The bathroom includes an oversized shower with a large his & her closet space. The master suite has french doors that open up to one end of the upper deck and is furnished with sunchairs for you to enjoy. The second bedroom, located on the main level, also features a King size bed and is just across the hall from the second bathroom. From the living room there are large sliding glass doors that open up to a spectacular view of the lake, along with an oversized deck for entertaining. This upper deck has multiple outdoor seating options. An immaculate lake view with 2 couches and 2 chairs, a casual dining table with seating for 8, and a cozy seating area positioned around an outdoor stone gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. This outdoor space also has a built-in propane (tankless) Wolf grill, perfect for you to grill and entertain!


Downstairs, you'll find a second living space with a unique wet bar countertop, fully stocked cabinets of cocktail glasses, and a full sized refrigerator. There is another dining room table with seating for 8. You'll find an additional 3 bedrooms downstairs, 2 more bathrooms, and a sleek game room. The first bedroom features a King bed. The second features built-in twin bunks, and 2 Queen beds on the lower bunk. The 3rd bedroom downstairs is another King bed. These two rooms are located on either side of a full bathroom (tub/shower combination). The game room, located on the lower level, features a pool table, darts, Pin Ball machine, commercial popcorn machine, and an LED air hockey table! There is also high top seating available in the game room. 

The downstairs living space and game room both open up  onto the lower deck. Here, you'll find more space for entertaining. The lower deck includes: a ping pong table, giant Jenga, ring toss, a commercial ice machine, an outdoor shower, 2 outdoor swing beds, and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs (seating for 8).  This homes’ amenities are sure to make your stay memorable.
