It was comfortable and very clean.

The facilities were clean and very accommodating

There was no fan in the bathroom to allow the steam from the shower to escape

Definitely stay again!

Property was clean, modern and pet friendly! They had charge stations for electric vehicles, Nice seating area out front with fireplace and morning breakfast. We enjoyed our stay!

Overall great stay!

Rooms were clean and had a mini kitchenette fully stocked.

I would recommend to shampoo the carpets in room every once in a while.

Spotless and professional staff

The hotel is pristine and the staff is very professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable and the fact that is pet friendly was a huge plus. The room is modern and it looks brand new. The breakfast was great. There were different food many options.

It was food over all.

Towels in the swimming pool. Good service. Very clean. Kitchen was a big bonus, and it was well equipped.

I was surprised in such a good way by booking this hotel sight unseen. We will definitely return!

The breakfast was amazing and over the top! The hotel was clean and had a cool vibe. The staff was friendly and super helpful.

The walls seemed a little thin - could hear voices in the next room from our bathroom. Also, the water pressure in the shower was not as good as we had hoped. It would have been nice to have parking for larger vehicles as we had a pickup truck with a trailer.

TownePlace Suites has a friendly, attentive stay, spacious and comfortable rooms, and great breakfast buffet.

Great view of Lookout Mountain. Not in crowded, hectic downtown. Clean. New. Comfortable. Every amenity you could ask for.

I wish it had been built sooner. Would have saved me big $$$.

Best place to stay

This place is absolutely stunning!!! Fully furnished kitchen and a stunning bathroom. Everything in the entire building was absolutely perfect and clean!!! Must stay here if you are in the area!!!

I didn't like that I had to leave this location. I wanted to stay forever!!

Beautiful and super clean. Everything we needed in our room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and shower was great. Breakfast was good with good choices.

I would come back as long as I can be accomadated as promised

The kitchenette was awesome!

We asked for the top floor days before checking in. Upon arrival approximately 3:05. No rooms available on top floor. What is the use of requesting and not receiving 🤔

Perfect for a couple or small family stay!

I loved the comforts of this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and even include a nice mini kitchen area. We enjoyed the fire pit outside in the evenings. We would highly recommend this location and even plan to stay here in the future.

The only thing that we did not love was the breakfast. The pastries and waffle center were great, but we would have liked to see more options in the hot foods center.

Exceptional surprise for the price. Extremely well maintained.

Reminded us of an amazing studio we just stayed in in Manhattan. Very modern and accommodating. Also reminded of us of a tiny house. Everything you need in a small package.

Friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere, perfect!

Great value and perfect location! Our suite had a nice sized kitchen with a lot of supplies for daily meals.

nice, relaxing place after being out all day.

common area, outdoor fire pit & conversation area with gas barbecue. Modern, comfortable room with walk-in shower. Friendly staff. Several restaurants and convenience stores within 1 mile. Free breakfast buffet. Laundry facilities. nicely equipped kitchen in unit.
