Bathrooms are fully equipped to suit your needs. Essentials such as hot water, towels, face cloths wash cloths, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper are available for your convenience.

Pantry and laundry room are located in the same space. Plenty of room in fridge, cabinets, and pantry area for groups or guests staying long term. Laundry room comes fully equipped with washer and dryer. Guests have access to detergent and softener for free, should you need to wash a load while on your stay.

Guests have access to the entire condo unit. Enjoy on site amenities such as a pool, tennis court, and playground.

Assigned parking is provided complimentary and there are a number of guest parking spots located near the condo unit.

On the morning of check-in, you'll receive parking instructions and passcode for self check- in and entry.

Pack n' play, high chair, books, toys, and other toddler items available upon request.
Other things to note

1. Upon booking, please read through all of the House Rules thoroughly. If a rule is broken the reservation holder and their guests may be subject to penalties, fees, and/or eviction.
2. Guests are expected to act and treat the property as if it were their own home. Being respectful of the property, neighborhood, and neighbors should be considered a top priority. If damage to property takes place or items are stolen, guests will be subject to pay penalties and fees. Please contact us prior to booking with any questions or concerns.
3. An additional $25 for early check-in or late check in can be applied at booking
4. An additional fee of $50 per person per night will be incurred for additional guests.
5. We have a strict no parties, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any evidence of parties, smoking, and/or pets and pet dander/hair will incur a minimum $300 fee.
6. For security reasons the property includes outdoor cameras in front of the unit. Any evidence of tampering with camera will result in a minimum $300 fee.
7. Empty and take trash out before checking out.
8. This listing is available to rent for a minimum 3 nights and maximum 14 nights stay.
