This is a really great holiday resort, with everything you might need. We visited in October, during low season, but everything was working very well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities (two outdoor swimming pools and a large indoor pool) are great and kept in perfect condition. Really good for kids, with a nice and big indoor play area and an outdoor playground. The buffet food at the hotel restaurant is good and diverse enough, with everything you expect when you are visiting a Mediterranean country. The hotel's a la carte restaurant is also very good and serves fantastic pizza, and it is very convenient to have that so close - affordable and open even during low season. Many things that would for which you might be additionally charged elsewhere - pool towels, sauna, children's play area - are free.
The family room was big enough but there was very little place to store things, just one wardrobe for the 5 of us. Also in the bathroom you have to keep much of your stuff on the floor because there are no shelves. You could also give the guests an option to keep the towels and not have them replaced every day - no need for that :)

I loved how the property is family friendly and stuff they have for kids - from swimming pool toys inside to the kids club where you can leave them to have fun. There is also a la cart restaurant where we went for dinner for my birthday and they literally blown me away with food and surprise cake. :) in addition, stuff is super friendly and helpful and the resort is very clean. The beach is amazing and sandy and we never had a problem finding sunbeds which ever time we came to the pool or beach.
Variety of food such as meat and fish was not on top and also local alcohol choice included in the all inclusive offer was terrible :(

the beach and property were excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
for a resort activities are limited, there are tours available if you are Polish, for other nationalities you must find and arrange excursions on your own. We stayed towards the end of the season and there was not much to do. The good was good, but a little repetitive. The alcohol for the all inclusive is pretty much below bottom shelf and limited in basic type.

i didn’t liked the treatment on reception the girls there did not deal with my complain about room location even though I order an all inclusive package in the hotel. Also I heard that they let other people keep they bracelet for all inclusive package and use the other services during the day of leaving even thought they made check out early that day. But in our case they didn’t do that. The other staff was friendly and very helpful!

We stayed at the end of the season. It was nothing to do outside the hotel.
Great little hotel. Perfect for children. Got their own soft play, kids club, playground, pools outdoor and indoor. Great. My children love it. Very friendly staff. All hotel is very clean and looked after. Love it

I liked the fact that there were two separated swimming pools and the one was only for adults. That was our comfort zone :).
The DJ played awesome music!!! Also the evening entertainment was really pleasant. Very talented musicians and beautiful voices made our time great.
The last but not the least - the lady from SPA who did massages and provided free yoga classes - WE LOVE YOU!!!
THE BEST MASSAGES EVER :)
We not always found the place next to the swimming pools. The people make the reservation e.g. put their towel on a sunbed and don't use the place. I know its egoism of those people but maybe resort's clear instructions would help.

The breakfast was good. The location means Hotel or restaurant for breakfast? Anyway, both were acceptable good.
The beach was not open which was supposedly a private one. As the pools were crowded with families and the beach could comfort those sunbathing fans ( not demanding but better if there was a choice)

The staff was nice, they helped my husband get gorgeous flowers for me for my birthday.
1) We came in September 2020 during the covid-19 pandemic, and we were appalled at how lax the hotel was. We never once saw another guest wearing a mask, and most of the staff didn't wear masks, including those serving you food! The people serving food generally HAD a mask (though not always), but it usually was sitting under their chin, covering neither their mouth nor nose. The rare times a staff member was wearing a mask, it didn't cover their nose (even though people obviously breathe through their nose as well as their mouth). I was pretty disgusted by the fact that their breakfast buffet was still open, and people were walking about without masks doing whatever they wanted with the food. Twice I saw little kids playing with the cups sitting out, touching all of them, dropping them on the floor, and then their parents just putting them back on the table. Despite the zero precautions they seemed to be taking about things like that, they would weirdly draw the line elsewhere, and refused to provide room service to us (which seemed much safer than going to completely open buffet) because of covid-19 precautions, and their spa services were closed.
2) The location is okay. We requested a "sea view," and it turns out that that basically doesn't exist. We were facing the direction of the sea, but it was obscured entirely by trees, so we couldn't actually see the beach or the water. There was also what appears to be an abandoned building directly adjacent the property (within the "gate" of the property), and the area, while pretty close to the beach and boardwalk, was super close to a lot of rundown and sketchy areas.
3) The hotel was really not much of a "resort." It was basically just a hotel with one restaurant, a bar, and a couple pools, and a spot on the beach. The concierge couldn't provide recommendations & the pools were too cold to swim in.
4) This hotel is better for families than couples.

The staff was more than accommodating. We booked for three, while we were four, and they immediately brought in an extra bed at no additional cost. The breakfast was delicious. The facilities are extra clean; the indoor swimming pool great; the sauna was great. The location is dreamy. We loved it and will definitely visit again!
We were there for the weekend, and there were a lot of families with small children. A bit noisy for our taste, but this will not stop us from going there again!

Everything was perfect, nice and cozy hotel with a positive energy around. Just the wifi inside my room was not working. Everything else was great.
The wifi in the room didn't work well.
