Lovely place for a family to stay.

Clean and comfortable everything we needed.

The temperature was set at 19c and could have been a little warmer with a young family in November

The position.

Personally the steep stairs were difficult and could be more of an issue for some people. No frying pan or tongs.

Great pit stop between locations.

Lots of room for the family to relax and have their own space after a long car ride. Parking right out front that fit our large SUV. Beds and furniture was comfortable.

Upstairs showers had very low water pressure. Doable, but took longer to rinse the shampoo out of my hair. No fans, even with the windows open it was a little warm. Would have liked fans in the bedrooms.

A fantastic clean place to stay.

Very well presented, a short walk to everywhere we needed to get to. It was very comfortable and fitted our needs perfectly. The host Yvonne, was quick to answer any questions we had and we would recommend this accommodation to all. We had a fantastic time, thank you.

The only thing I would suggest would be another handrail added to the stairs to the lower ground floor as the steps are quite steep with narrow treads.

Great stay, excellent value

We had a really nice stay in this house that had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped and it was nice to be able to enjoy the sun in the garden. Beautiful bathrooms and good towels. We really enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend it if you want to visit Kent.

Beautiful home, great stay for family of five.

beautifully decorated well equipped home, great location with ammenities close by and Yvonne helpful, prompt with directions, instructions were clear.

maybe just a little stand or shelf under the sinks for toiletries. otherwise perfect

Definitely worth the money.

House was very modern and lovely. Yvonne was on hand as soon as we text with issues over parking. All rooms were as pictured and there was nothing we needed once in there. Bathrooms were immaculate and smelt lovely. All channels/apps are available on the TV in the lounge, so you can watch pretty much anything! We were very impressed with everything provided!

The carpets on the stairs could do with renewing a little tatty from use as carpets do but the grips on most steps poked through and 1 step has the carpet completely unattached so would come away when walking on it. I did let the owner know about this and she was not aware. Everything else was lovely. There was quite a build up of dust under beds and furniture, I only noticed this as my 1 year old likes to hide his toys under things. Other than that the place was lovely and clean. If you are traveling in more than 1 car be aware there is only 1 parking space available and everywhere else is permitted or 'leave at own risk' pay and display

The house was very clean and decor was on point. Very spacious and well thought out design. Great value for money would highly recommended. Great location from the wedding venue we attended (the orangery)

Lovely property, ideally located

The property was very clean and comfortable. The beds were so comfortable and the towels were lovely and fluffy. Ideal for a group of friends or couples. Ideally located for a stay in Kent, close to Leeds Castle. The host messaged the day before with details on how to enter the property and other key information.
