I had a very short stay.I took a bath, rested for 3 hours and left

I could hear the neighbors a lot, but its old house, there could have been 2 towels, there could have been a hairdryer in the bathroom

Nice stay at 81 Antrim road

Excellent price. Decent size room. Large kitchen on ground floor with everything you need for cooking. Staff were very accommodating and the cleaner was very friendly and pleasant. Highly recommend if your looking for a super cheap stay in Belfast👍

That there was no TV in the bedroom. Only one hand towel between two people to get a shower. Bathroom window didn't close properly. Everything else was perfectly fine

There was no tea/coffee making facilities or television in the room. Also no WiFi. Although Reflecting on the price of the stay this is understandable. Place would be perfect if had television in room

Two night stay Double Room

1) Booked a single & upgrade to double Room 1(2x photos of 6 on booking.com) 2) Bright room; main light & two lamps ample. 3) Desk & chair 4) Wooden floor 5) Long radiator 6) 2 windows 7) Comfy double bed 8) 3 large drawers, clothes rail & large mirror. 9) Decent shower power & heat but upstairs 10) Loads of local shops/takeaway, bar & bus stop very close. 11) All four rings on cooker work, Grill works by clicking P knob clockwise, Oven works, Extractor light works, Toaster works, Micro to heat water for a brew 12) Able to contact someone via mobile number given on booking.com 13) Room heated on arrival ,I gave constant updates of departure, landing & arrival time to B&B

1) No waste paper basket. 2) Need your own 3in 1coffee sachets & soap/shampoo. 3) Hear the Antrim Road traffic & people entering B&B & creaky floor upstairs 4) Dripping/Creaking noise probably from upstair radiator. 5) Downstairs toilet block so upstairs for toilet/shower. 6) Fridge is hidden by a false cupboard door. 7) No point having tall lamp in room if it doesn't work.

Terrible place, DON'T STAY.

The location is good. Everything else is terrible, and this place shouldn't be allowed on Booking.com.

We stayed at Bnb 81 in Belfast for a night, but unfortunately, our experience didn't align with the promises made on the booking website. Our stay was highly unpleasant due to several significant issues: - The host provided inadequate communication regarding check-in details. Despite the check-in time being 3 pm, we only received these details at 4:30 pm. Despite our earlier requests for information, our inquiries were disregarded. This lack of responsiveness was frustrating and inconvenient. - The front door was unlocked upon our arrival, causing us to feel unsafe and insecure. - There was no hot water available despite the early winter weather, with temperatures as low as 2 degrees. - There were no towels provided. - We experienced a complete lack of electricity throughout the entire morning. - The heater failed to function despite the freezing temperatures, making the room extremely uncomfortable. - The room had soaking wet spots on the carpet, adding to our discomfort. - There was no Wi-Fi, which we consider essential. Additionally, when we departed in the morning, we noticed that the key box was left open, potentially allowing unauthorized access to the property. Furthermore, the check-out time is set for 10 am, with check-in not until 3 pm, resulting in one of the lengthiest turnovers I've encountered. Despite this extended window, it was evident that no cleaning service was scheduled, leaving us puzzled by such a poorly managed arrangement. This place is disgraceful and should not be listed on Booking.com. We intend to pursue formal compensation procedures as our experience was akin to staying in a squat. We strongly advise against staying at this accommodation.

La peor noche de mi vida

El momento en el que me fui.

No funcionaba la calefacción, hablé con el alojamiento y no me supieron ayudar, les dije que seguía sin funcionar y no pusieron solución. Hacia mucho frío. También, la habitación estaba muy sucia, el baño sucio y la moqueta de la habitación estaba mojada y olía mal, se te mojaban los pies. No pusieron toallas ni mantas, y teniendo en cuenta que la calefacción no funcionaba las mantas eran muy necesarias. Y para terminar, la puerta del alojamiento no se cerraba bien, no me sentí nada segura y viajaba sola.

Never again

Location was good.

It was dirty. A few roaches. Mattresses looked disgustingly old. It was very noisy with traffic, people upstairs sounded like wrestlers one night, people walking the street all night talking. Some kid threatened to stab someone outside window first night there. I lock on the bathroom door was broke. Blood stains on sheet. Was more like a dirty old hostel.

Nightmare, worst of my life

Nothing. it was filthy , stinky and felt like junkyard

My room was given to me with someone’s underwear laying between bed and window On a window there was half empty beer, burnt cigaret and leftover vape… Mattress was stained with filth. Bedsheets were stinky Worst experience ever

Rooms weren’t clean, shower didn’t work, only 1 towel between 3 of us, no wifi, never even met the owner

Everything in this "apartment" is bad, is like a horror movie and also we get crabs, thanks for the dirty bed clothes. You asking for the WiFi, what WiFi? And the bathroom... The shower work for one day only. You may be close this place

the floor little sticky, I am not sure why, and the lock we cannot lock by using the key. I have not idea where can we get the breakfast. And the shampoos is finished when we just reached there🤔

I'm sorry but not very restful

The staff were brill. No problems here. Really nice and friendly. And they accommodated me arriving ahead of schedule. The bathroom was ok and clean. I didnt have breakfast so cant comment here.

Maybe I should have looked at detail better to see that actually no tv or brew facilities in room which Ive had at other places for the price. I chose quickly and required near town and airport as could get for cheapest could get. Ive stayed in hostels and B&B a lot but this was more like an HMO (Home of Multi Occupancy) The bed was squeaky and the duvet wasnt all that great quality to be honest looked like it had been on a fair few years. There were 2 sockets. couldnt get plug into one and the other was loose off the wall. Why 2 smoke alarms ? Got me suspecting cameras. The surrounding area nice and quiet but didnt get a wink of sleep. Floorboards upstairs proper creeky and the upstairs resident walked up and down constantly through day and night - the noise was horrendous. On top of creek they sounded heavy footed clomping about. The guy talked loudly you could hear everything.

Disappointing

I like the location and the shower

The room isn't enough cleaned 😕, I've got itchs all my body through. I've seen some bugs in the room, a bubble gum at the lampshade. It was just one night, but I don't think so I'd be able to stay for more nights. I don't care if the place is simple, as long as it's clean.

If you don‘t mind how clean it is and just want a room to sleep, it‘s good enough.

sheets felt clean, i had a desk and a shelter

bed was very old and hard, bathroom quite filthy and staff didn‘t show up… thankfully another guest let me in. I felt extremely unsafe at the beginning
