Not sure we would stay there again.

Shower was amazing. Breakfast was very good

I asked if we could switch to a king size bed and the man at the desk said that wasn’t possible because we booked the stay through booking.com

Direkt am Hang

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb des Ortes direkt am Skilift. Für Wintersportler oder Wanderer ideale Lage. Den Ort und die Restaurants erreicht man dadurch allerdings am besten mit dem Auto. Modernes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung und sehr freundlichem Personal. Abends konnte man auf der Terasse an zwei großen Feuerschalen sitzen, Pool und Whirlpool waren ebenfalls vorhanden.Alles neuwertig und sauber.

Great stay near the mountains

The staff was great, they remembered our dog's name and greeted her when they saw her. The room was well planned out, the breakfast was good and the hotel was clean. At night the area was very quiet.

The pillows were too flat.

Excellent stay, highly recommend.

Very clean,modern rooms. The staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Water pressure in the shower was very low. Would have preferred higher water pressure.

Mooi en nieuw gebouw Ruime kamers, lekkere bedden Luxe fitnessruimte Inbegrepen ontbijt Mooie omgeving

Medewerkers waren ongeïnteresseerd Ontbijt werd om 9:35 al opgeruimd, zonder overleg terwijl wij er nog zaten (ontbijt is tot 10:00) Beddengoed ruikt niet fris, kussens erg muf In het weekend is het 1 groot kinderparadijs, zwembad is vol en druk. Erg onrustig bij het ontbijt. Het is erg gehorig op de kamers, tv is duidelijk hoorbaar als die aan aanstaat bij de buren. Na het weekend was het hotel vrij leeg, toch hadden ze de aanwezigen gasten in de kamers naast elkaar gezet. We sliepen aan voorkant van het gebouw, hier hoor je heel erg het geluid/gebrom van de machines (airco?). Bij het uitchecken werd er niet gevraagd hoe we het hebben gehad. Jammer!

I would stay here again only because of the convenience of the location.

Location and parking was great! Easily accessible!

Our door lock broke and we couldn’t get into our room for almost two hours. Not the hotels fault as things do happen, but we were literally in our room just to drop our stuff off and then headed to the pool. We were stuck in our bathing suits with no change of clothes or any of our belongings. We were provided with another room, but being stuck in a cold wet bathing suit was not enjoyable and I didn’t feel the staff were as concerned as they should have been. The maintenance manager was the only one the showed any concern/sense of urgency. The pool never had towels and I constantly had to ask the front desk.

La ubicacion excepcional con vistas extraordinarias a las montañas y a las pistas de 🎿 ski.

Pésimo servicio, tienen la idea de no hacerle la limpieza de la habitacion, siendo un hotel se comporta como "airbnb" el desayuno con alimentos preparados y limpieza qué deja mucho que desear... el personal esta poco preparado y sin capacitación, para querer ser un resort de nieve, le falta mucho mas que las vistas espectaculares y la nieve.

The restaurant should stay open longer or at least update staff when it closes early. Wanted dinner they closed hour before what front desk told us.

Great value! Definitely recommend it

All new facility. Nice rooms, great price, friendly staff, great breakfast, nice pool, outdoor hot tub, and exercise facility.

Loved the place and I found my new hotel chain. (I was a former Hilton guest)

It was beautifully decorated and the staff was very friendly.

That the fire alarm went off and we had to rush out and forget items we needed for the day.

We spent little time at the actual hotel we spent our weekend exploring the area and scenic views.

Loved the location! Close to everything.. love that dogs can stay ( we didn’t bring ours but several other guests did)

A little pricey for our 2 night stay. Second morning the free breakfast was still being set up at the time most guests were looking for something to eat. I’m guessing they were short staffed or something.

I feel I should get compensated somehow for not getting breakfast

The location was pretty good and the room was nice along with bed was comfortable

I wasn’t happy that breakfast was not set up in time for my daughter and I to eat. It was the bring your friend shopping weekend and we needed to be at Settlers Green early which made my daughter jittery at the event because she didn’t eat.

Decent stay for one night, would stay again if in North Conway

The hotel was ideally located for onward travel Across the US, the room was comfortable.

The disposable Crockery & cutlery at breakfast, was very disappointing. No visible recycling options either. I understand this is quite common across hotels, but, I really feel a very well known chain hotel such as the Marriott, should really be striving for more sustainable practices.

Schönes Hotel aber Service und Wohlfühlfaktor noch ausbaufähig

Modernes Hotel in ruhiger Lage etwas außerhalb von North Conway; komfortable Zimmer (mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, etc.) sowie gute Betten; kostenfreie Parkplätze; vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet im Preis inbegriffen.

Aufpreis für "Zimmer mit Bergblick" nicht gerechtfertigt, da mehr Straße als Berg zu sehen war - somit enttäuschend; keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung wie angegeben; teilweise unfreundliches bzw. unmotiviert wirkendes Personal.

A very nice place to stay and relax.

The property was neat and clean. Staff were friendly. Rooms were very clean. Beds were not very comfortable. They were a bit lumpy. Breakfast was very good and area was clean. I would stay here again. New ski area construction next door.

My high expectations were disappointed.

New property. Everything is new. That’s nice. The staff is generally nice and accommodating. Convenient local trail network.

The pillows are atrocious. The breakfast buffet staggers out late and is really mediocre. The location is just ok—unless it’s ski season. The Wi-Fi is buggy and potentially insecure. The whole key to turn on your power stinks. The maid took one of my keys so I had one left and had to shut off the power every time I left the room.
