The house was perfect for our extended family. We all loved having the dock so close and access to the kayaks and paddleboat. The host is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house for family gatherings. So many spaces to either be together or spread out. Has it all ❣️two porches, a lake with kayaks available, games, even swim toys and games for the kids. Could not ask for a better place for a family vacation

The house was lovely and quite large enough for our group. The lake views were beautiful, especially the sunsets. The hosts seemed to really care that their guests had a good experience and they were great to work with.

Enjoyed swimming from the dock, several hours each day. Large deck with a nice view.

Very convenient location in the HSV. Great deck with plenty of tables and chairs and chiggers. The boat dock was nice but the water was only 3-4 feet deep and muddy. Beds, furniture, and kitchen were wonderful and the sunsets were spectacular.

My family gathered at this home to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday. Upon entering the home my mom was so thrilled with the beautiful view and surroundings. She said over and over throughout the time we were there that it was such a beautiful and relaxing place to be. We had everything we needed and it was the perfect bedroom and bathroom arrangement for our group. Kenny and Jennifer answered any questions extremely promptly and were always ready to assist if needed. Garvan Woodland Gardens was a wonderful surprise. If we get back to the area we will be sure to stay here again.

We all enjoyed the beautiful house and location. Kids loved the paddle boat and room to spread out downstairs while folks upstairs talking. Great meals at Sunset Grill and Debra's Good Eats. Would love to come back!

It is a very beautiful home. It has everything you need you just have to bring your own food. It has games toys something for all ages. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful. Perfect for a family getaway. The host was very accommodating always there to answer your questions I highly recommend this home, the only improvement I know I would make is get a mattress topper for the master bedroom on the main level. The mattress was a little firm for me but that is the only improvement I would make. It is the perfect place. My family plans on returning next year because we had a wonderful time together. This place is for your whole family and stay together to make wonderful memories.

Our family of eleven stayed for three nights in this beautiful home. There were beds and space to spare and everything was updated and well furnished. This home was exactly what we hoped it would be and we would enjoy staying there again. The owner went out of the way to be sure that we had everything we needed. Very happy with another VRBO rental.

The house was very clean, beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, great view of the lake and the boys liked the paddle boat. Closest grocery store is about 15-20 minutes away, so bring your food! There is a nice indoor pool located in the village, but they charge an admission fee for guests. The lake swimming beach area was nice for the kids to play in. Overall a nice relaxing place to visit.

Wonderful 5 days with our children and grandchildren. The space was great with everyone having room to spread out.So good to have household supplies readily available. The flat walk to the lake was super nice. Due to the hot weather and full cans of garbage stored in garage, the ping pong table was not fun to use. But the wii was utilized and enjoyed by the teenagers. Everyone had a good time and said they would like to come back next year.

This home was spacious and provided all and more of the amenities necessary to have a fun time! The views are stunning and the lake was great to splash in!

Beautiful home….could have used a 4th bathroom with teenage girls but made it work. Host answered quickly when we had any messages.

The location and lake view were great but the house was not very clean. It appeared there was another group that checked out the day we checked in. The floors were still sticky and the trash cans were completely full. I suggest a better cleaning crew. There was also a flea infestation in the house and everyone within our group was bitten by fleas the whole time we were there. At the end of the day, we had a great time but it was a big hassle dealing with those issues the whole week.

Large 5 bdr home with all the amenities. Secluded location, very quiet. We had magnificent sunsets every night. Enjoyed the lake every day. Great place to relax.

Have been going to the village for the past 10 years. House is perfect for the larger group.

The house is awesome. The manage was helpful and professional. He answered all our questions right away. The lake and trails near by made our weekend one to remember for a long time.

We've stayed in over 25 VRBO homes across the country over the last several years and this is definitely one of our favorites. We had more than enough room for our family of five plus 2 grandparents. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare good meals and the dining table was large enough for us all to eat together while the sun set.
Hot Springs Village isn't too far away from Hot Springs National Park. It's somewhat annoying to have to drive out of your way to come back into the community through one of the manned gates to show your guest pass, but that was a small inconvenience. Tennis, mini-golf and pickle ball access completely made up for a little bit of extra driving.
We enjoyed walking our dog and appreciating the overall quietness of the neighborhood.
Suggestions for the area:
Obviously, don't miss Hot Springs NP. We enjoyed the self-guided tour through Fordyce Bath House and hiking several trails leaving from behind Bath House Row from the Grand Promenade.
The Gangster Museum of America was actually our favorite stop. We had a very gifted tour guide who made history really come alive for all of us... even the teenagers. This is a must-do activity if you really want to appreciate the history of the area.
Crystal Ridge Distillery was a fun stop for the adults (kids got to go on the tour, but had to sit off to the side during tasting).
Quapaw Bath House, while not really an authentic bath house experience, did provide a relaxing and enjoyable spa day for my mom and me. The Buckstaff would be more authentic, however it's walk-in only and I didn't want to spend our limited vacation time waiting in line.
Hot Springs Village activities were very accessible to guests and reasonably priced. Pickle ball was probably the most fun for our whole family (the Village has a surprisingly large pickle ball complex) and we had no problem booking a court for practice at Coronado Tennis Center.
Overall, this was a great experience! We would certainly hope to book this house again if we're back in the area.

This is by far the nicest most elegant rental we have EVER stayed. Everything was just perfect. The property was extremely clean and well kept. No surprises, Great WiFi, TV, Bathroom were exquisite as were the bedrooms and the kitchen and multiple living areas. The Patios were amazing especially at daybreak and nightfall. Please do yourself a favor and stay here, you will not regret it. A LIFETIME memory for us to cherish.

Stayed with family and friends here along with kids. Place is in beautiful neighborhood with clean and large house. Don't forget to go for paddle boating (it's plus, as I didn't see it anywhere in the listing). Highly recommended place to stay in the area.
