Danke Arnette!

quiet, private and away from people. The staff was very lovely and super accomodating. They were super responsive and did everything to make us comfortable.
Their designated tricycle driver deserve a 5 STAR.
It was too far away from everything. Although the accomodation was a “cheaper” option to other accoms. near Nacpan beach you end spending the same if not more because of tricycle ( and end up with an accomodation with air conditioning and probs a better wifi, and with laundry services ) We were spending between 800 pesos - 1200/ 1500 pesos per day to go to places especially/ obviously other than Nacpan beach. We were on our honeymoon and my husband is Samoan about 6 ft 3 and we didn’t feel comfortable to riding a scooter ( which was obviously our problem ).
We wouldn’t go and book this place again unless we were desperate and had no options.

We spent 10 days here and it was the best 10 days ! Arnette is the sweetest host we’ve ever met, so so kind and helpful, always here with some nice recommendations, always caring and making sure you’re okay. She has some dogs and we loved them so so much as well, some of them were staying in the living room with us which felt so homey. They’re the sweetest, don’t be afraid to pet them ! The place itself is a little piece of paradise outside of El Nido. The place has everything you need, we loved the outdoor bathroom. Yes, water is cold but it feels so good with the heat ! There’s some noise at night but you’re in the middle of the nature, so except some squirrels, lizards and birds to live around you ! We personally loved it ! Place is around 20-30 min drive with a scooter, depending how fast you drive. Arnette arranged the scooter rental for us which was so convenient.
Napcan Beach was great and super close but be careful, part of the road to get there is SO muddy and slippery, we slipped in the mud with the scooter the first time we went there :’) It takes a few times to nail it !
Overall a 10/10 stay, we miss it a lot, it felt so homey ! (we love you Arnette!!)
Nothing ! :)

It’s new and surrounded by jungle, but really very distant from everything.
It was in a middle of nowhere. And in order to go to beach, or to buy something to eat, you had to pay for the transport. No A/C in the room, only fan. Mattress is on the ground, no bed.

Everything. Amazing space. Great location. Little drive from El Nido but not too long and it's very scenic so a nice drive to do! Also very close to nacpan beach.
Bathroom was great. Living space great. Kitchen with everything we needed. Hosts were amazing. Sorted bikes for us within minutes of arriving. Even got us bread one morning when we ran out. Send us recommendations for restaurants and tours. Contactable on whatsapp with very quick responses (couldn't work out the hob and they came to help within minutes). Even collected us from the ferry port!

The host helped us around and is friendly and answered very quickly on all the requests.
The room was infested with insects. When going to sleep (even with everything closed) we had to kill about 20 insects. Those were also inside the mosquito net.
The gas stove was not working. The showers were cold. The toilet did not refill quickly at all.

our little bungalow was amazing! looking at the pictures before, I didn’t know that we would have a whole bungalow for ourselves. we have a patio where we can cook and relax, insides a bed and a large closet space and the most beautiful outdoor bathroom. and yes, it’s all outdoor - so that brings insects and sometimes a gecko, but let’s be real: we’re in the philipinnes.
the lovely arnette does everything in her power to accommodate you. if you have any question, she’ll make sure to help you in a few minutes. for example: we were sunburnt like hell and her husband arranged in the early morning (7 am) an SPF 118+ for us, before getting on our private boat tour which arnette arranged very well.
yes there are dogs, but they are so happy to see people and are super cute. to be honest, every little place, beach or restaurant in the Philippines has dogs.
the location is a bit far from el nido town and super close to nacpan beach, which we loved because in our opinion one of the most beautiful places with excellent restaurants (Angkla & Eco Sanctuaries - where I ate the best dish in the Philippines). with a scooter (which arnette arranged for us at arrival) you’ll be in 30 minutes in the best places of el nido.

Great apartments with all the essential facilities you need to spend a few days in a remote location, away from the crowds. Anette and family are lovely, very helpful and polite. They gave us tips to go around the town and made our stay very pleasant. Totally recommend this place :)

The apartments are very cozy with nice decoration and details. The outdoor bathroom is a highlight. Arnette is so friendly and attentive. It was very easy to communicate with her and also to rent a motorbike from Eden. We liked that the location was far from the touristic spots in El Nido, but near to the beautiful Nacpan Beach.
It is quite far from El Nido or restaurants, so we would definitely recommend to rent a bike. You can find tricycles on the main road, but they are very expensive. However, it is difficult to ride in the evening as some of the roads are under construction yet. We had no hot water or AC, but we were informed, so it wasn’t a problem for us.

I really really loved the interior design of the accommodation, it is so beautiful! You have lots of space there, also a private kitchen and a terrace. Also our host was very friendly and helpful, but of course it would be cheaper if you buy the activities on your own.
If you want to relax this space is perfect, bc it's in the middle of nowhere. Napcan beach is very near, so there you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner! Also we saw that there are waterfalls in the near.
Time to time we felt a bit lost bc the road to the accommodation (and napcan beach) is under construction at the moment. It rained a lot during our stay, so the road was completely muddy and hard to pass with our scooter, but all of the hotels and accommodation at napcan beach have to deal with that. The host is very willing to help you with the pick up etc.
If the road is ok, it takes you about 30 minutes to el nido town.

Small nest in the middle of the jungle, very quiet. We had a great time. And the host is very kind and responsive and does everything to make sure your stay goes well.

Arnette and her husband John John manage the property and they were the most unbelievable hosts - kind, caring and available at a moments notice . They provided everything we needed and more and Arnette makes the most delicious breakfast . It was so peaceful and close to the best beaches , about 5-10 minute ride by trike (taxi ) . trike transportation was always available. Arnette also helped arrange scooters for us to rent for the week and helped with any other questions we had . beautiful outdoor showers and beautiful peaceful room , I slept so soundly. I wish I would have stayed longer. I will definitely be back to El Nido and wouldn’t stay anywhere else .

we loved the decor and the privacy and Arnette the housekeeper was SO lovely and helpful
we didn’t like that we booked the property on the basis that a kitchen is listed in the facilities but once we had arrived we found out that we did not have access to such facilities. this wasn’t good for us as we were budgeting and hoping to make our own breakfasts / meals. as the property is quite remote, we ended up spending a lot more money than planned on having to travel and eat out , had we have been told there was no kitchen facilities we would have probably chosen somewhere else as it was important to us to have access to the facilities we were told were included

nature, rural
no air con, extremely difficult to find, no sign post on the road and it’s very remote down a fort track

The atmosphere of the hotel is amazing. We shared a nice kitchen and seating area with another guest. Its location is close to the Napcan beach which is the best beach in our opinion.
The host Arnette is amazing and super helpful. Managed to secure a wifi connection for us which we really appreciated! Also helped us renting a bike (delivered to the villa), booked tours and gave us recommendations of places to visit during our stay.
They also have a couple of cute dogs and a cosy cat which we loved.
Just note the given information. We went here knowing that hot water wasn’t available and we were fine with that! You get used to the temperature quickly.
We also knew that there was no AC, but was maybe not as prepared for this, as it got very humid.
The water pressure was really really low, which made it feel as you never really got efficiently clean.
Be prepared to rent a bike for the days when you want to leave the villa (700 PHP/day) or ask Arnette for a taxi option (more expensive).

Everything was great, especially the staff was 100% helpful and nice. If you are looking for nice accommodation close to the main beach Nacpan then Eden is the right place. Eden is well hidden gem of El nido. 10 out 10 without a doubt

Eden villas are a fantastic place to get away from things and relax in a gorgeous setting. The facilities have everything you need for a long weekend or week. Arnette and family are super helpful and friendly and gave really good advice on food/transport.
Fully recommend this place.
