Welcome to a sweet SLICE OF STONEBRIDGE! We are so happy to host you for an amazing vacation! This stunning 5 bedroom home has a closet large enough to make a "6TH BEDROOM" and has been REDECORATED with added UPGRADES!! It is located in the beautiful gated community of STONEBRIDGE VILLAGE, only 1 block from the POOL and only 5 minutes to SILVER DOLLAR CITY!!
The Space:
The garage has been converted into a GAME ROOM perfect for lots of entertainment at home! The PING PONG TABLE will be fun for those of all ages, or challenge someone to a game a DARTS! We also have 2 FULL SIZE ARCADE GAMES for the kids or for the kid in all of us!! Bring your quarters, they are pay-to-play!
Walking into the living room you will be greeted by 14 foot ceilings, plush leather couches, and a large, flat-screen TV! The living room opens into the dining room and kitchen featuring gorgeous granite counter tops! The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the cookware, utensils, and small appliances you would need to cook up your favorite dishes! We also have a REGULAR COFFEE POT as well as a KERUIG for your convenience! Head on out to the SCREENED-IN BACK DECK to enjoy the outdoors and soak in the view!
The MASTER bedroom is off of the living room featuring it's own access to the back deck and a PRIVATE ENSUITE BATHROOM. The master bathroom has 2 sinks to spread out, a walk-in shower, and a large jetted tub to soak your worries away!
The main level also has 2 more bedrooms, one with a QUEEN BED and one with a KING BED, and both with their own flat screen TVs! A bathroom is right between their doors with lots of extra towels and a tub/shower combo!
The stairs in the living room will lead you down to the MAN CAVE boasting of vintage decor. Spend the evening with family and friends enjoying a game of 8-ball on the hand-crafted POOL TABLE while the big game plays on the 55" flat screen TV! Or choose to chat it up over a friendly game of Texas Hold 'Em with our clay chips on the felt-covered POKER TABLE! Then, the couch in this second living room folds out to a SOFA SLEEPER to help accommodate even more! The back patio offers those visiting another outdoor location to relax on a cool evening and SOAK IN THE OZARKS!
Past the Man Cave on the lower level is another spare bedroom with a KING SIZE BED in an extra large bedroom with plenty of room for a pack-n-play or pallets for the little ones! The last bedroom is also on the lower level featuring 2 QUEEN SIZED BEDS, flat screen TV, and has a BONUS extra large CLOSET BEDROOM with 2 TWIN BEDS! The last bathroom is in the hallway between the bedrooms on the lower level, also with a tub/shower combo and enough towels for everyone!

The Neighborhood:
For those hot summer days, we are just down the street from one of the 3 StoneBridge COMMUNITY POOLS! Close enough to grab your towels and walk on over! The beautiful pool (open mid-May to early September) is the perfect spot to cool off in the summer or lounge with your favorite book in one of the pool-side chairs!
A short 5 minute drive away is the large pond, Forrest Lake, in the StoneBridge community. It offers catch and release fishing, so just bring your poles! (no fishing license required) Several of the other StoneBridge amenities are in this same location including a large zero-entry pool overlooking Forrest Lake. It is open seasonally, Memorial Day to Labor Day, just bring your pool towels! There is also a sand volleyball court, half basketball court, playground, and walking trail around Forrest Lake!
You will also have access to the clubhouse which includes 3 tennis courts, a fitness center, and another outdoor pool (also open seasonally). You can also set up a tee time to play a round at LedgeStone’s golf course (for a fee) or enjoy dinner out at the LedgeStone Bar and Grill.

Or head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! One of the biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! The entrance to Silver Dollar City is conveniently located just one mile from the StoneBridge Village entrance!
The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 15 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!
The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! We stayed at this wonderful home week of July 4th. The house is even better than the pictures show. Beds were comfortable. Plenty to do with darts, ping pong, pool table. House was very clean. Adam was available with quick response, not that we had any issues. But he checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Very conveniently located to so many things to do. I highly recommend this house.

This home was a perfect fit for our family vacation that consisted of 6 adults and 4 children. The property was clean, provided essential necessities, along with fun extras that kept the children entertained (game room, nearby pools). The property is also in close proximity to
Silver Dollar City, which was a perk!

This large home is in a beautiful neighborhood. It offers 3 rooms on the main level and 3 in the basement. There is a pool table, ping-pong table, and 2 arcade games (need quarters for the arcade games). Everything you need is provided (toiletries, towels, dishes, pots/pans, spices, etc). We had a party of 11 and this house had ample space! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay with a pool table downstairs that provided a lot of fun, ping pong table ans darts in the garage. Bring your own darts if you want to play. The ones provided were mostly damaged. Plenty of space to roam and hang out with friends and family. Great location for silver dollar city!
Only complaint is that the bedroom downstairs to the far right, the drain water from the upstairs bathrooms caused the pipes to rattle in the walls and would wake the kids up.

We picked this place because we like to play pool, poker and ping pong. It was pretty much exactly as advertised.
We used the big dining table for a 1000 piece puzzle that we brought. It worked out well for 4 people all helping at once. We ate out on the upper screened in porch a couple times and that was nice too.
The master bed was very comfortable and I liked the solid surface master shower. The other showers have the shower diverted in the tub spout, just pull down the ring and the shower comes on.
The house was well li can t and the HVAC operated very quietly. If you need AC you should stay ahead of it, because the thermostat shouldn’t be turned lower than 70 for AC. This was not a factor for us.
The refrigerator was very nice. Take your own foil and plastic wraps if you plan to cook and have leftovers. We did one load of laundry and that equipment is new and nice.
My only real disappointment was that the neighborhood was not walkable. We had hoped to walk to the golf clubhouse grill for breakfasts but the roads were hilly and curvy with no shoulder or sidewalk. Certainly not a dealbreaker. Over all we gave it 4 thumbs up.

So many fun things to do in this unit! Pool, ping pong and video games. Gas grill for cooking out and great view. Close to the golf course and just minutes from town. Super clean and had everything that we needed. Will definitely return soon!

My mom, sister, aunts, cousins, my daughter in-law and her 2 babies and my uncle all had an amazing Branson trip planned for 3 nights. The house was perfect and roomy for our group of 11 plus the 2 babies. The house was clean & beautiful! The stay at the house was just minutes from everything we went to in Branson. I highly recommend this house from Adam!

The house was wonderful. All members of my family were very impressed with the house. The beds were all comfortable, the house was very clean and it was in a gated community so we really felt very safe and secure. The only minor complaints I had were that I had to reach out to property management shortly before check in to get directions on how to get access to the property. Kinda had my anxiety level up a little. They did respond quickly with instructions. Probably would have been better had they sent me the info that morning. The only other thing was that the TV in the living room was hard to figure out so we could only watch a couple of channels.

Our family met my husband’s parents, sister and her family in Branson for a little getaway weekend. Our boy (age 4) and his cousins (age 6) had SO much fun playing the arcade games and had plenty of space to play while the adults visited. We also loved that there were 3 bedrooms with king beds for the adult couples to rest comfortably. Highly recommend this property! It was clean, very comfortable for a group of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids) with room for a few more, and just a short drive from anything you want to do in Branson!

Property was beautiful, spacious, very inviting. Although we didn’t stay at the property much because we were touring it was a nice comfortable place to come back to and take a load off. Will definitely come back

There is plenty to like to like about the property and neighborhood. I’ll focus my review on how the property manager helped us get thru a non-working AC.
The week we were there it was in the 90s outside. Our first few nights were ok, but on night four the AC seemed to struggle. The inside temp was in the high 70s at bedtime and only reached 73 by the next morning despite being on all night.
Fortunately, the property manager was fantastic. He had his maintenance team pick up three portable ACs from Walmart that day and they had the house cooling down by dinner time.
The responsiveness and quick communication via text (rather than forcing us to message thru the VRBO app) was really top notch. You can’t always control AC issues in the middle of a heat wave, but delivering on the things you can control like this property manager did count for a lot.

Despite an initial ac failure our property team moved mountains to secure a second location for our large family. The brand new house was beautiful inside and out. It was perfect for our large group (13 of us). We are excited to duplicate our vacation again and will definitely use Adam and his team. The grandkids have given their official stamp of approval.

They personnel and staff were great with communication.
We had problems with cooling, the first 3 days the house wouldn’t cool down below 76 and went as high as 80. They had technician look at air and put Freon in unit but it still didn’t help, the unit must not be big enough for size of house.
There were also a lot of houseflies and ants everywhere.

My only recommendation is to correct the ac. It constantly stayed at 79 to 80 degrees inside

This was the perfect property for our family vacation. Grandkids enjoyed the game room as well as the adults. Golf course on the property was an awesome my son in-laws and i really enjoyed it . Thanks again Adam for all your help looking forward to going back again.

This property was perfect!! Our family met in Branson and stayed at this house together which is usually difficult because there are so many of us!! After a long day at Silver Dollar City it was so fun to go back to the house, eat and enjoy all the games the house had to offer while relaxing and making memories!! Awesome place!!

The property was exactly what we needed for 8 adults and two children. The kids especially enjoyed the garage with the games supplied. The kitchen was well supplied with cookware and utensils and the area was very spacious. Our interaction with the owner was superb.

Accommodated three sisters and their families for total of 14 from ages of 6 to 52. The facilities were exactly what we needed. Communication was prompt and helpful. This duplex is tucked away from the strip but easy to navigate to and from anywhere you wish. The community is open and welcoming with several amenities in the area. We will be back!

This property is gorgeous! The pictures do not fully show how amazing this property really is. It fit 5 adults and 3 children with room to spare. I really liked the fact that there were no bunk beds (just twins) which makes it much easier to accommodate adults that need to share a room. It was very well stocked and very clean. my communication with the property owner was one of the best I have experienced. His communication made me feel like I was a personal friend staying at his home. We visit Missouri regularly and will definitely stay again. The only downside (which is a super small one) was needing to pay to use the arcade games, they were challenging enough that my 8 and 11 year old needed several coins to play. That being said there were plenty of other things to do in the home to keep them busy.

Property had all the amenities we needed and SO MUCH MORE!! House was decorated nicely. Mary the host for our stay was always a text away and responded quickly. The kids had a blast with all the arcade games, ping pong, etc. Plenty of space for our 3 families! The screened in porch was one of the best parts of the house!

Absolutely beautiful house, tons of room. Really enjoyed the ability to kick back and enjoy games/tv at the house. House was very clean, and well furnished with towels, soap/shampoo. Only down side was the first night the heat was turned off and we couldn't figure out how to turn it on. Ended up getting down to 62* in the house that night which made for a rough sleep for everyone. Second night the thermostat randomly started playing music, but shut off after 3 or 4 minutes. Third night the A/C got turned on and the house got down to 65* which was bearable but not ideal. We also ran out of paper towels and toilet paper. Aside from those we really enjoy our stay and will definitely be recommending and returning our selves.

The property was awesome! All the beds were super comfy. I will warn guests to bring paper products and cleaning products. There was not any extra toilet or any wipes, or sponges to be found. Other than that everything was great!

The owner and property manager are very accommodating and very quick to answer questions. Everything was clean and well stocked. A very easy home to feel "at home" in. Our weather was exceptionally nice for December! The whole experience was over the top in comparison to others we have previously rented. We will keep this place on our A list!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The home is so spacious and had plenty to do with the kids! Pool and ping pong were a hit. There were plenty of towels and dishes, the home literally had everything we could need! We would definitely stay here again ♥️

This was a great place for large families. We all enjoyed staying here. Easy to rent Adam was great to deal with. If you have children bring plenty of quarters for the video games. We were there on a weekend no banks open had to hunt a car wash to get quarters lol

We have stayed here twice over past 2 years for Christmas Family numbering 15. Six bedrooms accommodate us well. The staff are prompt to handle any requests made. Perfect 2 x!
