About this apartment rental
Studio in the woods with majestic tall pine and cedar trees close to Lassen Volcanic National Park. There's also a mini lake and a creek on the property where you can relax in the natural and peaceful wooded setting . Quiet and beautiful place to enjoy with your friends and family. Guests from all backgrounds are welcome here.
Studio "A" is housed in a single wide mobile that has been completely remodeled to provide two cozy studios. There is a Queen size bed in the Studio along with a bunk bed (2 twin beds). The unit has a kitchenette with a single burner hot plate for basic cooking needs and full size fridge. There is a coffee maker and cups and toaster for the convenience of the camper. Also a microwave. The studio has furnace for winter and an air conditioner for those few warm nights we experience. Outside the Studio there is a picnic table with a wood/charcoal BBQ grill and a fire pit for cooking or for evening ambiance. The studio is fully furnished with linens and towels.
Please help us keep the cost of cleaning low by keeping the place clean as possible. Do not leave garbage around, please put the trash in a trash bag/can.
We kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels near the entry door upon leaving. It helps us get through the cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep the cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
The campground sells large wood bundles for $10 or you can bring your own charcoal. Bringing your own wood is NOT permitted (unless it is store bought locally).
PETS: There is a one time pet fee of $40 per stay.
There is a shared laundry room on the grounds, just short walking distance from the studio with coin operated washers and dryers.

The space was fine. Loved having a DVD player. We had lots of small frogs staying with us that we kept escorting outside.

Enjoyed the trail by creek and tank. Nice place to relax in the evenings. Short distance to Lassen Volcanic National Park and also good eats in Shingletown

The studio is spacious, clean, well-organized, and has everything we need. Perfect for visiting Lassen Park. The only thing is that wifi sometimes was hard to get on. Suggest hikers/visitors to pre-load all the maps.

We stayed at Living Springs in Suite A- great little cabin with a queen and 2 bunk beds! Cabin was exactly what we needed to have a week filled with fun, relaxation and beauty! WiFi was kinda spotty, but you don’t go to a place like that to be on your phone. Starlink needs to get it together though!😁Living Springs was fantastic! The property is sublime!! Go if you can and you will not regret it! Thank you, Living Springs!🙏❤️
