Save ur money, get a real hotel

The place is aesthetically pleasing but..

First and foremost the check in process is horrendous. Secondly the SMELL! Yo is someone hiding a body in the lobby???? Please do something about that stench. For a hotel that cost more than a junior suit at the Marriott- and still doesn’t have a pool, free breakfast, or u earn points for stayin- I expected a LOT more. The worst part is the view from my balcony was literally a garbage dump.. and there was construction! Who needs an alarm clock when construction is banging at 7am sharp outside. This place was honestly a nightmare and I really regret wasting my money here. It would be okay if it were cheap. But it’s not. Also 80% of my dishes were dirty. Made me question the cleaning. And get rid of that app! How come you have to make ur late check out request 24 hours before arriving… I didn’t even have the room booked 24 hours before checkout! This is so irritating

AirBnB style short term rental at the hearth of Ann Arbor with convenient access

Easy check-in: code literally just sent via message, no check in to wait. Literally instantaneous Location: Center of Ann Arbor right next to some of the best bars and restaurants Room: Feels more like an apartment than a hotel, a very homey feel. Great for long stays with a fully stocked kitchen

Pet fee was a bit difficult to pay as it could not be tacked on via Booking.com and adding payment information via the invoice was difficult Door keypad was difficult to find at first The dishes weren't fully clean, minor spots

The room was spacious and all the convenience of a home.

Host let us in the room early so we didn't have to store our luggage somewhere else.

The entrance and lobby area was dark and uninviting. Elevator noise through the walls.

Great location.

Location is great

Very spartan. Some things needed attention. The hair conditioner dispenser didn’t work. The hand towel hook kept coming off its mount (I hacked a fix to make it usable.) The toilet paper holder was loose. For what we got, it was expensive (though it was graduation week at the university.)

Awful after several attempts we gave up had to rent a room elsewhere

Could not get the code to work on the elevator to get to our room once we passed the main entrance after calls - emailed back and forth- we gave up Went to have a beer Came back code still unable to get past the elevator Left drive to Hillard —-got a room

Great time

Love the apt itself

The entrance, lobby and upstairs hallway made me very uncomfortable . It smelled and looked like it was unsafe . It had an industrial uncared for vibe. Inside the unit was great though .

Great location and spaces but Blue Suede needs to pay better attention to maintenance

Great location and the space is well designed / used; nice modern look with grohe fixtures

Lobby area was messy (first thing you see) and elevator floor needs to be replaced (tripping hazard with split/shredded vinyl tiles)(second thing you see) and there were some wear and tear and construction settling issues in the unit (chipped counters and tile pulling away from wall and edge of bathtub). For a relatively new property, was surprised to see so many issues. Also the key code that was sent to me did not work for entry into the building/unit.

Great location but facility wasn't kept up well the past 2 stays.

The location is great with everything nearby. Street parking is hard to get but a parking structure is very close. Bring roller luggage for easier hauling back from parking structure.

This is our 7th stay at Exhibit A2. The facility is getting a lot of use and it shows. Our past 2 stays the units have not been clean. This past stay the bedding and floors we dirty and trash was left in the bedroom closet. The futon was sagging on one end, shade in the bedroom wouldn't close and the bathroom outlet did not work. We did let management know about the issues both times.

Great location, and awesome hosts!

We love this place! This is our 5th time staying there. The hosts are very personable and kind.

We have never had an issue with our other stays but the floor was extremely dirty, like someone had been living there and never cleaned their floors and the coffee table in the living room area was covered in stickiness like something had spilled. Not complaining just making the host aware so they can prevent this for future guest.

Could’ve been better, there’s potential there to be much better and room for improvement

First and foremost there was literally huge pieces of glass falling on to our balcony from above floors and I mean huge pieces of glass as I was on the balcony literally missing me by inches, as if the building windows were being changed, not to mention the huge piece of glass that literally fell inches from us on the side walk outside next to our vehicle. Balcony was not shoveled so I had to physically try to shovel the snow with a dust pan just to stand out there. The staff there did not speak English so when trying to ask for a shovel, nobody knew what we were talking about, when I asked for supplies nobody knew what we were talking about, so I had to literally go purchase the things that were missing and supposed to be there available. The bed was so small and beyond uncomfortable sheets dirty also, bathroom missing basic essentials, kitchen missing things. Also one of the sockets were the lamp is seemed as if it was gonna blow, and kept pushing the plug out on its own. I can go on but I belive I’ve said more then enough

Loved the location but very disappointed with the quality of our room and the property.

Location was excellent. Apartment had great natural light and large windows.

Apartment was very worn. Rug was frayed. Stains on the walls. No art on walls like in photos on website. Lamps missing from website photos. Existing lamps didn’t work in living room or bedroom. Outlet in bathroom didn’t work. Soap dispenser was rusted and broken. Room was badly in need of a deeper cleaning. Lobby was like a construction zone. Furniture covered in plastic. Open construction visible. It was like a back hallway, not an entrance or lobby to a building. Security code in elevator wasn’t working so anyone could access floors with rooms.

Great stay!

The location of Exhibit A2 is perfect in the middle of downtown. I truly enjoyed my stay in the apartment. The staff were also great on answering my questions via the application.

I got a bit confused looking for the main entrance as I did not see a big sign that says "Exhibit A2". Adding that can be helpful. Also, street parking can be challenging unless you are okay with paying for garage parking.

GREAT LOCATION BUT...the owners need to work on the basics

I was cold!!! heat didnt work and admittedly it was -7F outside but it must have been 50F or lower in that apartment! I CAN NOT SLEEP WHEN I AM COLD so no sleep at all . I had to microwave my hoodie to stay warm despite 3layers of clothes for sleeping. To add insult to injury, NO COFFEE although the property was advertised as having coffee. There is no one on site - all calls are routed to an answering service. Calls are answered promptly but can’t solve little things like lack of coffee remotely

The Worse Date

Genuinely, I had the worst date of my life and booked a room here for the date night. I sent him home and got two beautiful balconies to myself and the whole kitchen, living room, and bedroom. There was a gorgeous bath with a window you could not see in or out of in the tub, which was so beautiful. I really loved this room! I was upset and overshared with staff, but they were kind and considerate and non judgemental!

fantastic short break in a location close to all you need in Ann Arbor

fantastic location, and property was nice and clean

sofa/futon was not comfortable and felt out of place the kitchen could have been stocked with a few more touches such a wine glasses and a corkscrew, but overall was very good

I would and have recommended this location, we will be back!

The location was excellent, close to the university and also close to Main Street. Parking is a real plus!

The lobby and elevator smell could have been better.. but that’s just me being picky.

Favourite place to stay in AA!

Great location, good size apartment, kitchen facilities and large terrace. Host is responsive.

Parking can be cumbersome but usually able to find parking either at parkade a block away or on the street if on a Sunday
