Oh, hell no!

The price was decent. However, all in all, it wasn't really worth the price. It's very obvious the manager isn't there for the guests.

No coffee pot in the room. No hot breakfast even though it said one was provided. The front desk clerk only seemed to work the afternoon check-in time, and 1 wore a doo-rag on his head! We stayed for 4 nights only because there would be no refund. My husband slipped & fell in the entryway as it had snowed & there was no rug in place. One evening, my husband & his nephew were chatting in the lobby where there were couches and chairs and the TV was on. The desk clerk told them that they could not sit there. My husband told him that we had a room. The desk clerk said that it didn't matter. The manager didn't allow anyone to hang out there. Definitely don't stay here!

the bed was comfortable

door wouldn’t shut without pushing it shut the bathroom door had no lock and wouldn’t shut the staff is rude had to wait over an hour to check out

The air conditioner didn’t work, light bulbs were burnt out, toilet barely flushed, no towels, room was dirty and smelle

very dated but clean. pool and hot tub were out of surface. outside door was not secure. breakfast was not hot and limited.

Horrible! I demand a refund.

Nothing.

The room was dirty when we arrived and was never cleaned during our stay. The sink was clogged and so was the bathtub, so both filled up with water. The shower curtain was mounted too high so the curtain did not reach the top of the tub, so water went all over the floor. The staff did nothing about these problems.

Not bad, maintenance needs to be aware of problems

King room was large and clean

Sheer by AC was moldy, toilet leaked, TV was way to small for that large room #114 (right across from laundry/maid area) oh and room smelt very musty. I went to front desk for air freshener spray. Otherwise maid did a good job and desk clerk was friendly. Maintenance needs to be aware of issues

Needs much improvement.

The size of room & the sinks being separated from the tub/shower & toilet. The front desk staff were pleasant and courteous.

There was only one towel in our room for two people. I needed to retrieve a towel from the front desk. The shower curtain did not shield the water from going on the floor. The toilet seat was not connected to the toilet and the tank lid was cracked all the way through. And the mirror had streaks on it when we arrived. And one of the bedside lamps did not work. We would not stay again, nor would we recommend someone stay.

Horrible

All the room need major update and the rooms need to be cleaned much better. The bed could have some better pillows and the ac could be updated to go lower then 75. Need better tv with out restrictions on what channels u can and cannot watch plus add phone in the room and lights need to be check. The pool and work out area need major update. Bad stay all around would pay the extra to stay somewhere else then here

Disappointing

Close to the freeways and stores

The property is old with limited staff. The breakfast was so bad it couldn’t be considered a breakfast. Very disappointing. The rooms weren’t cleaned daily only after the waste baskets were overflowing. Only two hangers in the closet. Too much wrong!

Not a bad place at all

Staff was accommodating. Free breakfast was decent. I'd be back next time around ! Just program your vending machines the right way ! 😁
